Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. We were 500 miles from home and our van blew out a spark plug. They were able to get the parts and make the repair. Cost was much less than I have heard others pay for the same fix. If we were local we would use this shop for all our auto maintenance. Highly recommended!

Staff is great and willing to fix just about anything. This last fix would have cost me more than $140 at the dealership - they charged me $40.

if you want a cheap oil change where they just change the oil, filter , and lube the chassis. they are a good deal. I had over a thousand dollars worth of front end work and a serpentine belt and alternator replaced there in just over the last year. The front wheel bearing we had replace just under a year ago went bad. After sending us to a second shop (Leitz auto repair see my review) to make sure what we already new, the wheel bearing was bad. We brought our 05 trailblazer in at just after 9 am they charged us 60 dollars to put the warrantied part in. Since we were not a high priority they took several other customers before us. They also brought cars off the lot in to repair before doing ours. My wife and kids were waiting in the waiting room at the shop. after 3 hours of waiting they walked in the snow to a local store to kill some time. at the 5 hour mark they finally got the repair done. I called and talked to chuck the manager about the way they handled the situation. He yelled at me on they phone and was a complete jackass. I reported him to his superiors at muffler man corporate offices and We will never return for repairs. I probably will never go there again. I have to thank chuck for sending us to Leitz automotive, because I love them and they will get all my future automotive repairs.
