GREAT people! My muffler fell off on the way to my boyfriend's mother's funeral today. We brought the car there and they tack welded the muffler back on for free given the circumstances! Thank you so much guys! My faith is restored in humanity. :)

It's so nice to find an honest repair shop when traveling. We were 700 miles from home in our RV. Rob was able to diagnose and fix an issue 3 other repair shops missed. He was very thorough and charged me the bare minimum. Great family business!

OMG Rigs is the best place I have ever gone to fix my never ending mess of a GM. Every other place I go to either tries to sell me stuff I don't need or just simply do a crappy job causing me to have to have to come back in in a couple months only to have the problem "fixed" again for another cost. When I go to Rigs; I get treated with respect as a customer should. I don't get talked down to and most importantly; I leave out of the lot KNOWING that I won't be coming back in to fix the same problem over and over again. Rigs is over an hour away from my house and it doesn't matter that their is a "trusted" mechanic right across the street from me......I still go to Rigs because their the best. Which reminds me......My ABS is going out on my GM (ha figures) right now so I'll be seeing Rob and Heather............And Doug (lol) very soon

Rob and the staff at Rigs To Rods have always been nothing short of fantastic to us. We have been taking our cars there since the day they opened. I stopped in here on my way out of town because I found a nail in my tire. I had no idea what to do and the gentleman who helped me did a great job explaining my options. I decided to move forward with plugging the tire. After pulling the nail out he told me that the nail didn't go all the way through the tire and I should be fine driving on it. No need to plug it. I was beyond happy and asked how much I owe him. He said nothing!!!! I'm so impressed with the service I received. I will for sure be back. Thank you!
