Jim went "the extra mile" to accurately diagnose what was ailing our Spark. Cost us quite a bit less than what we had originally been looking at, and Jim took measures to prevent the problem from recurring. We've been taking all of our cars to KPro for years, because of Jim's attention to detail. Highly recommend!

I found him to be in reliable. I called and made an appointment with him two days in advance and when I got there he told me he would not be able to do the work because he was backed up. When I called I had given him a description of the vehicle and the problem. He told me me at that time that he would be able to do the job.

I was referred to KPRO form another friend, Jim, the owner had not only told me that he would go the extra mile on fixing a transmission problem that I was told by two other shops would require a new transmission for the price of around 5k dollars. Jim not only kept me informed right up to of calling me and telling me that it was fixed and ran properly, but drove my truck to deliver it to me personally . My truck has 230k on it and now shifts like NEW! KPRO is FANTASTIC not only in service, but INTEGRITY that counts more than anything! $670.00 in parts and $350.00 in labor. WOW! MANY THANKS!

I brought my farm truck to them when they were at the old site. Truck was in bad shape. Told them I was in no hurry but they called me within the week to ask in addition to the required work to get the truck moving again if it was ok to put in a new starter. 'yea sure'. Went to pick it up and the owner stopped what he was doing to chat with me and tell me what's what. they were busy and that was cool. 2 weeks later and the truck gets stuck in the cranking position. ugh..... call him up and he tells me it's hard to tell what the prob is over the phone (and I am clueless--he doesn't say this, I am) I will have to get it towed. This seems kind of harsh to me but what the heck. THE NEXT DAY calls me to tell me it was a bad starter. His bad, and get this.....he fixes it for free and he picks up the tow charge!!!.
None of us mind paying for things when they are fair. We just don't like being ripped off. The whole thing was more than fair (had it not been his fault, why should he pay the towing?). It was great customer service. Now that they are across from the bowling alley, this is a no brainer. GO TO K PRO!

I found K Pro to be unreliable. I emailed the owner through his website 2 days before I called him with a description of my vehicle and the service problem. I did not expect an immediate response because it was a Saturday. On late Monday, after not getting a response I called the shop and spoke with the owner. I again described my vehicle and the problem and we agreed to a Wednesday morning appointment. During our conversation, I asked if he had seen the email and he replied that he hadn't checked his inbox. I also asked him if he could handle the problem in one day because it was a motorhome and I was living in it. and He rplied that he could do the job I a single day. When I arrived at the shop he informed that he was backed up and it would be a day before he could get to it. Since I couldn't leave the vehicle overnight I went elsewhere.

Located shop on BBB website, wanted a shop less mainstream, more old school. Called ahead, my vehicle went into service for brakes and routine maintenance same day. Work was completed in a timely manner, quote was solid along with out the door price. Left with shirt on my back and smile on face. Car wash was a nice touch.
