worst customer service EVER!!

I have never received such rude customer service in my life. To make matters worse, it was the owner of the shop that I was dealing with. Not willing to help me, swearing, and just plain unprofessional. I only went to this estaplishment because of my insurance company, but I promise you, I will never step foot in this business again. I will also voice my concerns to my insurance company to ensure they do not send unsespecting customers in to such a poorly run estaplishment. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!

Great Customer Service

I have used this shop twice for repairs to my Honda mini van.\r Both time they did an amazing job. They dealt with the insurance companies so I wouldn't have to. Everyone was so nice and polite!!

Highly recommended!

I've taken four of my vehicles into their shop for repairs. The staff is friendly and excellent with communication. The repair job was outstanding! If you have a vehicle that needs auto body repair Modern is the place to take it!

I would highly recommend this company. They have a great reputation in this area anyway but felt it necessary to give them credit on here as well. They actually did a better job than the dealership in Hagerstown, by far.

Modern Auto Body was the best decision I could have made for my car repair. I needed a new paint job on my hood (the clear coat came off---in large pieces). They gave me the lowest quote ($150 less than the other autobody company I called) and kept me informed of what was happening the entire time my car was being repaired. They were very polite. This is the second time I have been to MAB and I've left both times feeling confident about the repairs that were made!

Thank you!!! Just picked my Jeep up from Modern Auto Body after an incident with a deer and I am very pleased with the quality of work! You guys went the extra mile to get hard to find parts and did a perfect paint match. I really appreciate the quick turn around time, I didn't expect to be back in my car so soon.

Amazing. I was rear ended-- i had never been to modern auto body, but it was recommended by the insurance company-- the people there are extremely friendly and kind. They did amazing work on my car in under a week. They updated me every day, and my car looks better than the day I bought it. I had a wonderful experience, and would highly recommend them.

Honest & Professional Service is hard to find when it comes to needing your car repaired these days. I am glad to have been reccomended to Modern Auto Body by both my neighbors and my co-workers. These guys are the best, start to finish. I would highly reccomend Modern Auto Body to everyone who needs any of there services.

Recently got in a bit of a fender bender and AAA had Modern Auto Body on their list of approved shops. I saw it only had one review on here which wasn't much to go on, but it was the most convenient shop for my fianc's parents to drop my car off at while I was on vacation so I gave it a shot. They got my car done in less than a week, everything looks perfect, AND they cleaned the interior. I was planning on washing and cleaning my car out when I got home and was pleasantly surprised to see that the floor had already been vacuumed and she was shiny and clean! I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a shop in Frederick!

This was the best experience I've had with an auto body shop. We came here because it was a preferred shop for our insurance (allstate) an we couldn't have been more pleased. The car was finished in less than a week when we expected it to take about 2 weeks. They kept us up to date on the progress almost every day and the end result was great. 5 stars for sure!!

I think these guys are indeed *capable* of professional quality work, but it appears that it's not part of their daily grind.
The bodywork is acceptable after their 2nd try, and the paint work is shoddy at best. They can't blend colors like a body shop would know how to do. If you're looking for quality paintwork, stay away, because you car is going to end up bothering you every time you look at it.
Yes, I can see where the paint colors don't quite match.
Yes, I can see where there was a massive run in the clear and you sanded and buffed it, thinking I couldn't tell.
Yes, I can see where you missed buffing it completely and it still has sanding scratches on the paint.
Yes, I can see where you chipped the paint off the bumper and didn't mention it or try to touch it up.
No, I don't want to bring it back because I don't want my car to have sixteen layers of paint on it fixing all the screw-ups.
Lesson learned. I won't be back.
