Good for a quick exterior wash. The Supreme wash has a special with free hand dry- but by the time they get to you the car dries. Interior clean is lacking and I go elsewhere for complete service.

We have given them a few chances and every time a huge disappointment for $61 I probably could have a twelve year old kid do a better job then what they have done but they had there few chances we are over it will not be going back nothing was wiped down the outside was ok but for $61 really very disappointed oh we waited about an hr and a half to top of I would not waste my money

Yesterday I brought my car here for a bath and some TLC. They overlooked something in the process and I came back to have them complete the job I paid for. People are HUMAN and make mistakes; we all do. How they make it right is what makes a company stand out and makes the difference. I've never had better customer service than I've received at Fairway Car Wash and Automotive Services! Went back on a gift certificate from management from a previous oops and thought I'd pay extra for some better detailing. The "premium interior" is what was decided upon that was suppose to come with either a seat clean or a rug clean and ended up I got neither just a wipe down of my doors and some cracks and crannies. Even gave the worker who sold me my service, my Benz floor mats as I planned to replace them and he still kept trying to upgrade me to get more money out of me. Needless to say I left disappointed. And went home and cleaned it myself. 59$ package that we just should have done ourselves. Sorry we won't be back Fairway we gave you a second chance but detailing and care takes a little bit more time and effort instead of just pushing cars thru.

We are repeat customers....Long wait when there were only 2 cars ahead of us when we came in, however a BMW, a Jaguar and a Denali that came in after us were finished before ours. Then we had to hunt down our keys and to top it off the interior of the car was not wiped down even though we paid for an interior wipe down!!

If I could give them 0 stars I would but it's not an option. Second time breaking my power antenna! First time they replaced it. This time they are not. Even though the antenna was down when left my vehicle. Also, every time I use this car wash I have to empty my ash tray after they've finished my car. I leave it open when I pull in so they can clean it out, but they simply push the ash tray back in, which is probably when they powered up the stereo and caused the antenna to go up again before going through the car wash. Terrible service and inconsistent policies.

Always five stars for me. I only use touch less drive through but come here 4-5 times a year! They use an air compressor to blow the water out of the seams on my Toyota and there are lots of seams and areas for dirty water to hide and blow out during the drive home. They do an excellent job!

Having my car detailed....going on four hours...still here. While I am here....a car in the automated wash runs into another! The people are very upset....while no one is responding for their request for a supervisor. The only person who cares is the gal at the customer counter and is doing a very good job. Don't come here. It's convenient but not worth it....the management does not care.

Not going back. To be fair, they do well at most things you would expect at a car wash. But, I think the machine is too hard on the cars. Every time I go through, I notice new scratches. Sure, it may be that I only look after the car wash. But, with one of my cars, the front license plate would get bent up, every time. I mentioned it to a worker once, and he couldn't do anything about it, of course. After having a "subscription" service and going multiple times a month for about 6 months, things didn't get better. I stopped the subscription and tried with my other car today and after "finding" many new scratches, I left with the same feeling: the staff tries hard but the machine is just too hard on the cars. After giving lots of tries at this business, I'm not going back.

Recently had my 2004 Jeep detailed at Fairway Car Wash in Roseville, and I am beyond impressed with the quality of work they did on my car. For years I had a horrible dark stain on my front passenger seat (husband accidentally spilt a can of dark wood stain on it during a move) and I was sure there was no way to save it. Just covered it up with a seat cover and that was that. But fairway was up for the challenge and the stain is gone! It looks brand new!! I will definitely be coming back and referring all my friends and family to Fairway. Wonderful job all the way around!

All I can say is great things about Dan AKA "The Tint Professor"! I had recently taken in my second vehicle(truck) to get the works done on my windows because he did such an excellent job on my first car. He initially gave me an accurate pricing on what I wanted done and what product I wanted, which was all 5 plus a visor strip. I ordered 5% for the rear window, 15% for the back doors, and 35% on the front doors. I got the Apex film for all of my windows. He has a machine that cuts the tint by manufacturer's specifications, so there was no time wasted in tracing and cutting along my windows. He quickly cleaned and prepared my windows then slapped them on with zero problems. I am extremely satisfied with his work..
The things I like about Dan the most are how knowledgeable he is in his profession(guy knows everything there is to know), how attentive he is to detail to make sure you get great quality window tint, how prompt he is in getting it done in a timely manner while providing exceptional craftsmanship, and the great quality film he chose to bless his customers with.
If you want an overall superb experience getting your windows done, give Dan a call... because DAN IS THE MAN.

Spent two days calling around searching for a good price, relatively close date to have the work done, and quality workmanship. Spoke with Dan and he offered to get me in right away when most shops in the area were booked out for the next 2-3weeks. Dropped my car off at 9a.m and received a call in roughly an hour and a half with the news that the vehicle was being run through the car wash and detail center and was ready to be picked up. Upon the initial viewing of the vehicle as I pulled into the parking lot it looked great! And after careful inspection I truly couldn't be any happier with it or speak any higher of Dan and his staffs workmanship. Customer service is a 10/10 and price and quality control are undoubtedly 10/10. I can't speak highly enough of this business or individual and will be coming back with my other 3 vehicles shortly.

Great from A-Z. I brought in a 2015 Honda Civic and with the computer cuts and great price I couldn't be happier with how it turned out. The tinting was a gift for my girlfriend and she loves it. First off, he didn't remember he made appointment with me when I showed up. Was getting my rear window, all four windows and strip on front windshield. Was not happy with tinting jobs, lumps and debris under tint and he forgot to do the strip on front windshield, told me to come back and he would do the strip, when I came back a second time I told him I was not happy with his tint job, he offered to redo all windows but had to come back a third time smh. When I got my car back the third time tint job was ok definitely not great and then the next day I realized that he put on the wrong tint, a lighter tint on all my windows, which he got right the first time but messed up the tint, now second time messes up the tint shade ahhh smh. I said forget it! Was not going back a fourth time. My advice find another place to get ur windows tinted.

I called today about getting the windows timed on my new F150. Dan took the call and scheduled my appointment for the same day! He was very helpful and I thought offered a very fair price for the upgraded ceramic tint. He quoted me the job taking about 2 hours, but to my surprise he was done and had the car washed and ready to go in just over an hour. Im a owner and enthusiast of a 2011 Subaru STi. Took my vehicle here for ceramic tint on the back 5 windows since im having a baby soon. He did an amazing job and it took him about 90 mins. He has a machine that cuts the tint out to the perfect shapes for your car so no blades ever touch the car. He was cool with me watching since im super anal about my car and he really knows what hes doing. He explained the techniques he used and the advantages to them. The service over the phone was awesome when i set the appointment which was super short notice. He got me in the next morning. Im very technically and mechanically inclined. I do my research and have a strong knowledge of the subject at hand before doing something on my expensive car. He was able to answer all my questions and left me confident on my decision to schedule this job with him. He went the extra mile and filed down my roll down windows edges at no charge. At the end when i paid he asked for less then he quoted over the phone, i made up that difference with a very nice tip from a customer that will return. Its been about a month since my windows were tinted and clarity is excellent, no bubbles and compared to other cars ive had tinted this is the product im most satisfied with. Awesome job tint professor!!

Used the Groupon. I was assured by Tint Professor that they would do a good job, and that I wouldn't have problems with blemishes, bubbles or debris behind the film (I had these and other problems when I had it done at Acme Tops and Tunes with my last car). So when I went to Tint Professor I told them to please be mindful of those issues and to keep that from happening. I simply asked them to "Do a good job, please." They told me it would be perfect.
Well, when I got the car back I was astounded by a number of grease/dirt marks all over the roof lining (from an installer who did not care that he was rubbing his sweat and dirt all over the roof while installing the film). This is a brand new car. I brought it to them spotless. In addition, every door was coated in a layer of whatever liquid they use to put the film on (I was told when I called to complain that it is baby shampoo). It was a shoddy job and I could tell that they really rushed through it because of how busy they were with the Groupon. I have had nothing but bad experiences with Groupon and I vow to never buy another one. But back to the point--I think people should avoid this place.
Maybe if you pay full price (which is only $50 more) they will do a decent job. If I knew they were going to do such a poor job I would have never gone to them. I found 1) specks of dirt, 2) HAIR! and 3) random unidentifiable crap between the film and the window on at least three of the five windows they did. It just baffles me that a business can do work like this and think it's ok.
When I called they told me that they were willing to fix the issues. I have not had time to go back nor do I even want to deal with people who take so little pride in their work, but I will have to go back since it's driving me crazy to look at. It takes at least four hours for them to do five windows. I don't know when I'll have another free Saturday or Sunday.
If for some reason you go here tell them that you want to inspect their work before you pay. Pay close attention to the edges and look for crap stuck between the film and the window and don't leave until you are satisfied that they did their job and did it well. The film comes off the sheet spotless (I've seen a friend do his own windows) but it requires one to be very careful during the application to avoid any debris sticking to the adhesion side. Clearly (pun intended) the folks at Tint Professor hope that their customers won't have an eye for detail. Don't go to Tint Professor to have your windows tinted, or you'll get a lesson in disappointment.

After listening to my friend complain about my windows needing to be tinted, I finally purchased a groupon and got a great deal on having my back three windows tinted.
I can't believe the difference, but I'm a total tinted window convert. Which I should already be, since this is the second car I've had with tinted windows. But I digress.
I was able to get an appointment when I needed (around the holidays, even) and the service was quick. I had my little one with me, as well, and let me tell you, nothing kills the deal quicker than a bored kid.
Customer service was great, Dan paid attention to details and I was in and out within an hour. All around excellent service. I know they have a detail side, as well, but I didn't get the sales pressure. In fact, I had to ask about it, which is kind of funny. I'm pretty OCD about my auto detail, but if I was in Roseville and needed work done, these would totally be my guys for detail work.
All in all, get your windows tinted here!

My experience with the tint professor was great! He was very informative and welcoming over the phone.
I described to him what I wanted and he gave me a great recommendation on the tint at a very reasonable price.
Took my car in at 9 and got done a little past noon, which I really did not mind because it indicated that he was taking his time to do the job right.
Overall, very satisfied with the work. My car looks awesomee! No bubbles or scratches and I can see perfectly at night..haha

I'm following up on Tint Professor's performance. On October 23, Dan from the Tint Professor called, presumably in response to my contact with Groupon. The call failed while he was leaving a message on our answer machine, but I had his number on file. I responded to him on the following day (the 24th) and left a message on his machine. I have heard nothing back from the him.
I had the car repaired at my local mechanic. Groupon stepped up to provide excellent customer service by refunding our money.

I have had many different vehicle windows tinted in the past and finally found someone that I can count on to do a great job. I have been a customer of Dans at the Tint Professor for over 5 years now. He has tinted my Camaro and Denali, my parents vehicles and several of my friends vehicles.
What I love most about Dan is that he always offers the lowest price possible right away and can always set you up with an appointment in an appropriate amount of time. When Dan is helping you, you feel like you are his only customer and all his focus is on you and that is how it should be no matter how busy he may be!
I will continue giving Dan my business and referring all my family and friends to him, he does a great job!

After listening to my high maintenance friend complain day after day about how the sun burns him while he's sitting shotgun in my car, I decided that paying to get my windows tinted was worth more than hearing his screeching complaints.
The Tint Professor did not have their sign out and the building had a different name so of course I drove by it... Good thing I have well tuned instincts since I turned around quickly to scan over the buildings to find my destination. At this time, a random man stepped out to the sidewalk of the street with his arms stretched, waving at me, so I turned into the lot hoping to pick up a new boyfriend...
Just kidding.
It was Dan from the Tint Professor. I couldn't believe he knew I was his customer! After stepping out, he warmly greeted me and directed me to the receptionist before leaving to work on my car. This woman was also very sweet and proceeded to explain the process to me and went over the tint and the warranty.
Dan came back to the lobby where I was waiting to tell me that the two hour process would be cut down. I sat on the couch while listening to Pandora, which they had playing on the TV. Another customer was sitting on a couch near me, snoring quietly. I thought he was silly, but after 30 minutes of studying, his current status looked appealing. I sat in a relaxed position on the couch and ended up dozing off.
I woke up and Dan walked in teasing me about my cat nap. He can judge all he wants; he was just jealous.
But another man that worked there approached me and asked me about my detailing needs. I told him I barely get my car detailed...but what I really meant was that I get it done for free and I wasn't interested in the service.
After a few minutes, the same man called me over to look at my trunk, as the detailer polished part of the paint. He was trying to sell me by showing me how nice the polished paint looked compared to the other side...Okay...still not interested.
Overall, the process was easy and the service was very friendly. Could have done without the extra selling of services, but I respect the attempts :)

After purchasing the Groupon Deal about a month ago, as user P.F. did below, I had my appointment on the 28th Friday of September. My experience wasn't that great as well. My appointment was set at 11 am that morning, when I had arrived, I waited about an hour before they started on my car. I felt that they were rushing as Dan stated they were behind. After completion which took an hour, he sent me on my way. Honestly, I felt like he was just trying to get me out so he can work on another car. One thing I didn't do which I should've was to read the review here to be more informative about the company. After inspecting my windows again, I noticed a lot of debris and residue of the liquid they use. The tint looks good from the outside but from the inside some areas where lifting, I just kept in mind that it should cure as he stated to leave in the sun. One thing that really irritated me was that they scratched my glass. From how they were applying it, they scratched the outside of my glass, both front driver side and rear driver side glass. The scratch is about 1.5 inches long. I did noticed some areas had debris under the film as well. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this place.
