Yes, watch the workers in the bay. I had a fair sum of money that day and had locked it in the glove compartment. I had my car in for state inspection. I was standing in the bay doorway when the one fellow pulled my car into the bay. He was testing lights, and such. Soon another fellow opened the passenger door and got in the seat. The other fellow was still in the car the one behind the wheel must have handed the one in the passenger seat my keys because the one in the passenger seat leaned forward and opened my glove compartment. I stepped into the bay and shouted what are you doing in my glove box. The fellow replied , he was going to check my in-cabin air filter. I told him to get out of my car. I went immediately to my car and checked and the bank envelope was still in the glove box. I would not move out of the bay area until he went and brought the manager out . I asked the manager who gave this young man permission to open my glove compartment and stated that I was there for an inspection and had not asked to have my in-cabin filter checked as it has nothing to do with state inspection. The manager seemed more concerned with me being in the bay "because of safety reasons". Needless to say, I just got in my car and left. I probably should have called the police.

Watch out with your valueable. I had some dollar change in my arm rest and once service was complete my dollar change was gone.

I went to these Pros for years while I lived in San Antonio, and now that I live in Canyon Lake, I still drive in for service there. They carry ServicePro, fully synthetic oil made by Valvoline that I use. It is the same oil that you pay more for in individual bottles, but cost much less. Have always gotten great service. Highly recommend them.

These guys are just a flashy racing arena short of a true pit crew experience! I didn't even know what hit me!
Let's make sure to hit all these points: they're friendly, they're fast, and they're economical.
I walked in and was promptly greeted by John, the owner. He's owned the place since 1987, when the only other thing on Nacogdoches was his place and the Dutchboy Cleaners across the street. Oh and Church's Chicken moved in not too long after. Yeah. That's a long time ago.
I had called to see how long I'd be likely to wait and he said he had both bays already occupied, but that I shouldn't have to wait more than 10 minutes or so if I got there right that second.
Yeah. He lied. I didn't have to wait at all because he has three bays, and he saved one for me. WHEN DOES THAT KIND OF THING EVER HAPPEN ANYMORE?!
While I waited for the car's oil to be changed I watched about 5 minutes of Jeopardy on the tiny little TV they have sitting in the lobby. I was offered a homemade chocolate chip cookie by another gentleman behind the counter (I had just eaten, so no thanks, maybe next time). I don't know what's gotten into these guys but I wish it would infect all of the city!
I didn't even get a chance to sit down before a technician walked in and said "the car in bay 3 is done." WOW! Time to pay already.
Here's some "tech specs" for those of you interested in pricing: 3.3 L engine, oil, filter, and fluid check/refill cost just over $32. That's awesome. And it's name-brand oil, so you're good to go!
It was a friend's car, so it was regular oil. Since being in real estate puts so many miles on my car I've used synthetic for years. I'll have to take my car in for a repeat performance.
Again, I have to give credit where credit is due: my Community Manager (Krys T.) definitely knows what she's talking about. Thanks Krys!

Quick and reasonably priced for oil changes. Fair and honest. I always go here for inspections. They have never tried to threaten to fail my car, and then offer to do the 'needed' work like another shop I went to did. It's difficult to find an honest business these days, so when I find one I stay loyal.

I have been a customer here for many years, and my grandparents many years before me.
They always take great care of us. I mostly come for oil changes because I appreciate the great job they do and the fact that they never try to up-sell me on anything. And anytime I have maintenance issues with my car, they always look at it, give me an opinion and help me get it fixed.
I can't say enough about how much I appreciate all the great work they've done for me time and again and if you're on the NE side, stop by when you need an oil change. These guys are the best!
