We went there for an oil change. As soon as we left I thought I smelled burning oil. We got home and didn't drive the car till the next day. When we came out there was fluid all over the ground. We had it taken to a mechanic who informed us that the line to the transmission had been removed. It is not a line that can just fall out and there is a clip that holds the line on. That clip had been removed and not put back correctly and all the fluid in our transmission leaked out. There is no reason they should have touched our transmission for an oil change. DO NOT GO TO THEIR STORE! I really hope there is no damage to our transmission because of them!

Just left. Really friendly guys. They even lent me a phillip's head screwdriver so I could put the new plates I got today at the DMV on.

BEWARE! This place is untrustworthy and will oversell services that are not necessary. I came in for an oil change (and was up sold to "high mileage" at 75K) and left with a $200 bill after being told I needed an "Engine Flush" and Rear Differential Fluid. All of this after I had just had the vehicle serviced 3K miles prior (from a trusted location) and there were no issues. This place preys on customers who trust them to advise correctly on autos which can be complex and confusing. Read the other reviews, similar stories. AVOID!

Went in for a basic oil change I'm think 30 bucks max. Guy doesn't go over anything with me besides asking to upsell me for a 54 dollar engine flush which I respectfully decline. 10 minutes later asks me for 54$ for an oil change. I'm if course baffled as to why I could be so much and ask if they have any coupons to which he says if I had come in before the date I would have gotten like 5$ off. I go home and read the receipt and find out I was charged for a full service which is supposed to include a vacuuming and windshield wash and all this other stuff I did not want or request! No wonder I was charged 54 dollars but they didn't vacuum they didn't wash my wind shield they didn't even make sure my windshield wiper fluid sprayer were working (which they are not) so I go down there for an explanation and some random dude says he was in the office the entire visit and heard him go over everything which is an outright lie! I asked if that was the normal charge for an oil change to which he replied no and I said that's what I wanted and he said he asked me which he didn't! So congratulations if I could give no stars I would they don't go over anything with you so they can over charge you for shit you don't want and also not do what's included with the charge. You may have gained 54 dollars but I'll make damn sure you lose at least 5 customers if not more from this review. Couldn't even offer to refund me for charging me for shit I didn't want or need. Thanks fast lane, thanks!
