Years ago took my car there for just a regular oil change. Their new manager from the start was trying to convince me that there were so many things wrong with my car and needed to be replaced. It was so stressful and uncomfortable to listen to his BS while I knew my car and was taking care of it well. Saw the comments and thought to ad mine as well even after few years.

I took my car in to have the electrical system looked at and a fuel pump put in (I bought the part elsewhere.) They did everything I asked and told me everything was good to go except I needed an alternator. I replaced the alternator right after and took the car to Autozone to have them check that it was done properly because the dash light was still on. (Had been since the shop along with brake light.) They tested it and told me it was fine. Later that day on my way to work, the car died and had a puddle of gas under the engine. When I called Four Seasons, they told me there was no warranty because I didn't get the part from them. So the tow and additional repair charges would come out of my pocket. I went back in to get it fixed and after working on it for two hours, they told me I had just run out of gas. Technically, that was true, since it all leaked out of my fuel lines. I asked about the dash lights, I was told that the alternator was hooked up wrong (lie, Autozone already checked it) and when I asked about the brake light, I was told they knew nothing about it. When I picked the car up,the second time, neither dash light was on. Shady, shady, shady, shady. Do not go here.

I took my car in this morning to have a routine oil change. Pretty basic, but from the get-go, Mark Graham, had a bad attitude. He tried to tell me that I would need to get 520 oil (synthetic blend) in my car and when I asked why I couldn't get conventional oil his response was, "Well you can, but it just means you'll have to change your oil every 3,000 miles instead of every 5,000)." I told him that didn't make a difference to me and to go ahead and put conventional oil in. He then proceeded to tell me that I should get the cabin air filter replaced, to which I responded that I would look into that and was not interested but thanks for the offer. I put the keys in his hand and walked across the street to get some lunch and wait. I got a call from him telling me that they were just about done with the oil change and that he didn't realize when they started that the oil filter was a canister and it would cost me an extra $10 to replace it. To which my response was, this should have been something I was informed of BEFORE the work was started. Essentially, he told me that was not his problem and that the work was already done. I went over to pick up my car and inform him that I would NOT, in fact, be paying for his mistake when he told me that he could just take the new filter out and put in my original. Thus ensued, essentially, a battle of who is in the right - the customer or the mechanic. I kept trying to speak, but he kept interrupting me - INFURIATING! He finally told me, "You know what, I'm not even going to charge for the oil change. Are you happy? You got what you wanted?" When I tried to tell him that was not the answer I was looking for at all and I would be happy to pay the price he had told me when I first dropped off my car, he told me he wasn't interested and didn't want to hear it. I have NEVER been treated so disrespectfully by a business in my life! You'd better bet the owner will be getting a call from my husband regarding the business practices of his employees while he's not there! Save your money, time and frustration, go somewhere - anywhere - else!

This place is a joke. Couldnt even properly diagnose a problem in a Chevy 350... pretty much the most basic of all engines. I took it in to have a timing/idle diagnosed. They basically took my money and didnt figure out anything, they didnt even provide me with a list of things that they ruled out. Its the most unprofessional experience I have ever had working with a shop. I complained to the manager/owener and he said to bring it back in. Which I did. After three days I got no answer from them and he said he thought it might be a couple of different parts... though he didnt bother testing them or anything. The kicker is, I have a 1992 Chevy Suburban with a TBI 350, he said that he thought the problem was either the Cam Sensor or Crank Sensor... Trucks of this year/model... DOESNT HAVE EITHER OF THESE SENSORS!!!!!!! They basically charged me money to diagnose a problem on a vehicle that they know nothing about and didnt even bother to learn anything about it in order to properly check it out... they just took my money and wasted my time. There are a lot of mechanics in Vancouver. You may have a good experience here... but why take a chance when there are other shops within minutes of this place?

I knew there was something wrong with my brakes and they suggested changing the pads and rotors. They were very vague saying that my rotors "might be the problem" and my brake pads "still had life but I should change them" without giving me much detail. When I took it to get another opinion it turns out neither needed to be changed but my master cylinder was leaking. I would not go to this place again they were completely unable to evaluate and diagnose my problem and just wanted my money.

Poor communication
Very upset, I took my truck in there to see about what it will take to get the drive line fix due to high vibrations when driving. I took the truck in their first thing in the morning, waiting 4 hours called them up to see how's it going, first thing they said, I will get back to you so I called them again 3 hours later said the same thing so I came down there, the truck was just sitting on the lift and they told me the 2 u joints where connect to the shaft was worn and the center support is worn out too and they can honed end of the drive shaft and replaced the center support , and the they said it will cost 200.00 to 500.00, ok fine then.( I felt like if I didn't come down there they wouldn't have told me anything). So I had to keep the truck there overnight and they called me the next day at 4:50PM and the total is 1300.00. Due to balancing the driveline they replaced the whole driveline and did all that work without telling me. I came down there to talk to them about the high price and the decisions made without letting me that the price will come out to be that high? The only answers I got from the staff and the technicians there at the time I don't know I wasn't there. I told them about their lack of communications, I researched about balancing drivelines you do not need to balance drive lines if the whole thing was replaced like mine of course I find out about this after words, so I will never go there again

If you believe a business should value it's customer, have integrity, and build it's foundation on honesty, you won't want to bring your business here. A while back I took my car here to have the headliner replaced. It was the only thing wrong with it ... It's an '89 Olds Cutlass with 69000 miles, always garaged, 1 owner ' til I purchased it (from an 88 year old lady)... Like a showroom car inside and out. These guys botched the job. Broke my ceiling trim moulding in 2 places. Only told me about 1 and then, only when I was inspecting and looked toward the break. I found the other break later. They offered me $50 off the repair. I told them I wanted it fixed. They said they'd install the trim piece, but that I would have to do the footwork to find and buy the moulding. ($50 wouldn't touch the cost to replace the moulding and why should I do have to do the foot work for their mistakes.) So I ended up dealing directly with one of the owners which was so frustrating that I just settled for the $50 to be done with it Moulding not fixed. When I was handed the money I expressed my dissatisfaction with the poor work, the dishonesty in nondisclosure of all the damage they had done and how they don't back their work or take responsibility for their mistakes. The owner followed me to my car yelling and called me an f---ing jerk, and then said my car is an old piece of sh--! No kidding! I've never been treated more poorly anywhere! I normally deal with honest/reputable mechanics and was asking myself how I ended up here. Bottom line,,, they're quick to take you're money but refuse to "take responsibility". If you need work done, you're better off going NYWHERE else!!!
