I brought My 05 Dodge diesel to Dustys with severe tranny issues. Matt and the crew had fully rebuilt my trans in just a few days. What I really liked was the fact that they refused to put junk back into my truck. They actually took the time to assess the modifications on my truck, and custom built a transmission that would last. Not only that, but they replaced a leaky rear main seal while the tranny was already out. Very greatful for the level of professionalism and dedication to quality and customer care.

I noticed a little red leak under my car and after googling a few things found out it was transmission fluid. After talking to a few close friends recommending Dusty's, I gave them a try and the fellas there were very patient with my vehicle ignorance and replaced a bad seal without charging me a arm and a leg as i feared! I chatted their ears off likely trying to learn some new stuff and gave me some tips to prolong the life of my car =) Give them a shot and don't be disappointed ;)

Very nice staff I had purchased a used car but they did fix the transmission I had a problem they were nice enough not to charge me for the labor only for the part that says a lot about a company thank you guys so much I would recommend you to anybody

I have not had any work done on my vehicle recently, but when i needed a new transmission for my 1995 explorer, the crew at Dusty's Transmissions did a great job. They were very efficient and got my vehicle back on the road in a timely manner. The crew was very respectful, polite and knowledgeable. I felt like my car was in good hands. I would highly recommend this shop for any transmission problems you may be experiencing.

The crew at Dustys repaired a transmission on my Ford F350 that never worked right from the factory it blew 2 pump seal before the truck even had 7000 miles on it. After speaking with Dusty and Matt and going with their recommendations of a better convertor and some other upgrades my transmission works excellent! thank you for also getting me right in and out like you had promised...Good job guys!

Thanks to all the guys at Dusty's! They did a great job at a fair price and they were so nice! They explained what was wrong and what they needed to do to fix the problem. The work was done at the price quoted and faster than the estimated time. My mechanic does not do transmission work. So, he sent me to Dusty's, the place he called, "The best in the Valley!" This shop specializes in transmissions of all types. When it is not your transmission causing the problem they let you know and have great recommendations for other local knowledgeable shops in the area. As long as I can remember the transmission hanging out front of the shop with the guys legs sticking out of it has always been a fixture in Central Point. As a kid I though it was cool. Now as an adult I laugh at their slogan "We're into transmissions" because now I get it. LOL! The shop is very organized and clean but when I get my vehicles serviced I prefer to go across the street to the Rogue Creamery and Ledger David to pass the time. The Dusty's crew has been very informative and puts the time into educating me on the problems so that I can make the best decision for my vehicles situation. When I was working and unable to come take a look at some problem areas Matt was nice enough to send me pictures over the phone so that I could get a second opinion and I really appreciated that.

We went to get a transmission leak fixed and we were in and out quickly. Because we waited in the shop they even found a way to move our car up so our wait was shorter. The service was awesome. Staff was super friendly and was honestly interested in getting us the best service possible. They pointed out a possible future problem and gave us a very reasonable quote to have that fixed, too. We will return for any other issues we have and recommend them to friends until the great Mothra rises to claim our lives.

I chose Dusty's over another place because the customer service during our phone conversation was excellent. I took my car there to have a leak checked, they concluded it was an easy fix, fixed it, and I was on my way within a half hour. Based on this experience I would definitely have my transmission serviced here if needed in the future.

Dusty's was wonderful!
I had known for a long time I needed a transmission flush and started having what I thought was transmission issues. I stopped into the shop on my way to work one day told them what was going on they looked at my car the next day luckily all I needed done was the transmission the other issue was a simple fix that they found & fixed when they were getting my car back together... Everyone was super nice!
I recommend them to everyone!

I bought a truck from lithia that turned out to have a busted transmission within the fourth day of owning it. lithia wasn't willing to work with me on the repairs. I took the truck to dusty's they did a free job estimate. they were very friendly. dusty himself took me back into the shop to show me the problems with the transmission by physically pointing them out to me in the actual transmission. dusty estimated me a $3000 dollar repair and finished the repair above $3250. dusty stood by the original estimate and charged me only 3000 dollars and ate the rest. the company shows true integrity and I personally recommend the company to anyone and everyone with a transmission problem.
