I came here last month, told them I needed everything looked at because I was driving to NY the next day. Was told everything, tires and all, looked good. 2 hrs out of WR and the tread came off one of my tires on the HWY. When I finally found someone who had the tires I needed and was willing to come to me he looked at all the tires and said I had another one that he wouldnt trust driving that far on it. So I was stranded the DAY AFTER I was told by one of the employees that my tires looked good! I only came here because it was closer and I needed it done fast. There is no way that this employee actually looked at my tires!! Needless to say I will never be coming back and I will continue to go to Express Lube on Houston even if its out of my way!!!

Jim's offer quick, courteous service and advice on what your vehicle really needs without trying to up-sell you on a bunch of things you don't need. I received a few free oil changes from the dealership when I bought my used vehicle. After just a couple of times of waiting for hours for them to change the oil, I'm back at Jim's and happy to be. Fast, friendly, and honest.

This is one of those places that you fall in love with pretty quick. Fast service is great...but great fast service is even better. They check everything, and let you know what you need to be aware of concerning your vehicle. They have NEVER left a single drop of oil on ANY seat, carpet, or steering wheel. Ever. It's just the best place to go for an oil change... bar none. Kudos to Jim and his crew.

Great place to get your oil changed. Had Another local oil change place refuse to change our oil because the "didn't have the tools" to do it. Went to jim's...and sure enough... out the door in 15 mins.

When it comes to oil changes, this guy is best. He makes a living on repeat business, not expensive options that you don't need. Never have had him push anything other than a, "see you soon!"
He has the filter for my kid's VW, but that's as foreign as I've got with him.
And they don't take long - but always go on Saturdays...
