Been bringing my cars to Mike for about 20 years, I guess. I like to some work myself, but with the value I receive from Worrells, I get more time to do other things buy utilizing them. Just recently had to have a clutch master cylinder replaced. Called Mike and got a great quote, which is only an estimate. I was expecting the repair to take a couple of days. Not only was it fixed the same day I dropped it off, the bill was actually less than I expected. If anyone reading this is looking for a very reputable mechanic shop for either maintenance or repairs, I highly recommend Worrells. Even his techs are extremely polite and professional.

Amazing people and amazing work!!! I paid for services at Walmart and after 2 months of being told my tires were balanced and repeated trips back to Walmart, I decided to bring my car else where. Well guess what? 1 trip is all it took after Worrell Automotives looked at my car! I'm so thankful that I do not have to continue to take my car back and forth for work not performed on my lunch break!! Thank you guys!!!

I will never bring my Mercedes here again. After having AC issues and having them run over $100 worth of diagnostics (which btw, after politely requesting an explanation on the phone for these fees when the AC was still broken, I was shockingly yelled at "I can't stand customers like you who just don't get it"), they quoted me over $1000 to replace the entire unit, compressor, etc in my car. My husband did the work himself with no luck. Took the car to the Mercedes dealership, where we should have started, who ran diagnostics and confirmed it needed a new electric board. Finally runs like a champ. In the end, we spent more money dealing with worrells, who were actually quite rude and unprofessional toward me as a female client. They never even bothered to follow up with me, a customer for over 3 years. My advice, go somewhere else.

Stopped by Worrell's to get an estimate for a job needed on my pick-up. Since they have been on the coast for decades I assumed that they would be on the up and up. Their estimate was three times the amount quoted at to other shops! Will be adding worrell's to my list of repair shops to avoid.
