crestview is the best dealership!!

Crestview is one of the only dealerships in the area that gives you an honest deal! They do not tell you 1 thing on the phone and then tell you something else when you get there. If you want an ethical dealership--go to Crestview Cadillac.…

We at Crestview feel sorry for your perceived experience. The GM price on vehicles is the same no matter which dealer you purchase from. General Motors fixes the price for their employees, they set the price, not the dealer. \r GM…

Bought a CTS from Kevin Huff who was tremendous. He was very knowledgeable and efficient and made my wife and I feel very important. Mike in financing was also great and handled all the paper work quickly. Was so impressed I took my son in to see Kevin and Mike and he bought a CTS as well.

I visited Crestview Cadillac during my search for an ATS. After a brief search, I located the vehicle I had been looking for, a 2015 ATS4. I sat down with the dealer and got some numbers on paper. I told him that I would be calling or visiting the following day with my decision. As the deal he offered was decent, I decided to purchase the car. When I sat down with the manager, however, the car had magically become about $2,000 more expensive. I had a written sales order (I still have a copy, but the manager conveniently kept the original), but that didn't seem to make a difference to anybody in the shop. I understand that the dealer needs to generate income in order to operate, but operating with this complete lack of integrity is very poor business practice, to say the least. I will still be purchasing a car, but, as I will only deal with honest businesses, it will not be from Crestview. Very disappointing.

My experience sucked rocks!! i received an email at 7:14 a.m. on 3/7 stating that they were unsuccessful in reaching me by telephone. First of all, no one ever called at that time because i was getting ready for work. I called at around 8:30 and left Boyd Childers a message letting him know that I could test drive the BMW X3 around 6:30-6:45 that evening. I leave work and drive over an hour to the dealership just to find out that the car was being sold. I wasn't angry that the car was being sold, I was PISSED because no one was intelligent enough to call or email me to say please do not drive out this way because the car was being sold. Also, after Kim tells me that the car is being sold, he tells me that I can go see it being sold. How dumb is that? This dealership disrespected me and my time. This dealership's customer service sucks rocks. No one greeted us at the door, and I had to find my name and sales person the teleprompter. I will no longer look at this website for cars because they do not care about their customers.

We were extremely happy with our SUV buying experience at Crestview Cadillac dealership. It was fortunate to meet sales consultant Donna.

Test drove few cars here, hoping if like them, which I did. However, I have never received $100 gift card that they offered with a test drive. That was over 4 months ago! I called and left a message but have not heard back since. What a scam!
Poor customer service very disappointed.
Ps. Still no phone call, it's November now lol

Terrible service, worked out a deal for a lease, next day they called me to tell me the guy I was working the deal out with "wasn't vetted" well on my particular car so they were assigned me a new sales associate, 5 mins later I get another call from the new sales associate and he tells me the guy I had been working with the day before was let go and they won't honor any of the paperwork we had already started, now they're saying it's going to be another 60 MORE a/mo AND another 600 down, complete garbage. BEWARE OF THEIR FLIERS!!!! It's a complete scam and they won't honor it. Try a different dealership!!!!

Despite getting our lease deal done the overall experience was a complete nightmare. It took over 2 months to finalize a deal which in my opinion was absolutely unacceptable. Although I am grateful we were able to finally close the deal the overall experience was one of the worst situations I've been in. We leased two cars from Crestview 2yrs ago when we moved to MI from Chicago. I was used to driving Audi's and decided to give Cadillac a shot. We didn't have a very good experience the first go around and I was hesitant to go back to Crestview for two more leases. However, we decided we would give Crestview a second shot on this recent lease but NEVER AGAIN. I leased our other new car two days after we closed this deal at LaFontaine. LaFontaine was professional and made me feel valued as a customer. I never was made to feel as if they didn't want my business like Crestview made me feel...in fact, they did such an excellent job with calling/texting/and emailing me, it proved how much better the sales staff is at LaFontaine (David Booker was excellent) regarding customer service/care.
My experience with both Mark Michie and Craig Muran was so unprofessional and frankly one of the worst customer service experiences I have EVER HAD. I work in a service driven industry and if I EVER acted as unprofessional as both Craig and Mark did, I would most definitely not be employed. I hope this feedback is taken seriously...and that as a dealership you never put another guest through what I experienced. I certainly don't think expecting a call or text back is too much to ask especially when the sales staff and general manager PROMISE they will call you. I lost all hope in Crestview...I guess my business wasn't important enough.

I bought my Cadillac SRX through used car sales in July of 2013. They were unfriendly and rude and sold me a 2 Wheel drive car when I wanted a 4 Wheel drive car scamming me by saying they drive the same in the snow. They also didn't have my second key-FOB for my car and told me they'd mail it to me because it was "somewhere in the shop". They never mailed it. I called and called and had to come into the dealership to confront them. Finally talked to the Used Car Sales Manager who ordered a key-FOB for me. Then they called to say it was in, I drove in only for the blonde service adviser, Mary Atkinson, to tell me with a snotty attitude that I needed to make an appointment to program the key-FOB. Are you joking? Guess what Mary? When I was 18 and in college, I worked at the Lexus dealership doing your exact job, and I know for a FACT it takes 15 minutes to program a key-FOB. So just to pick up the stupid key-FOB took almost 4 months and about 5 separate visits to the dealership and to wait for almost 2 hours when it was finally done.
Now I come in again last week at 1p.m. which is plenty of time for them to do a diagnostic on my car, and again Mary has an attitude from the get go. After seeing my car was not under warranty, she immediately tells me before I get out of my car that they would not be able to even look at my car for weeks much less give me a loaner car. A mechanic came up with a clip board and said to Mary in front of me "is anything staying" meaning should I look at the car or not since I'm CLEARLY not busy. She says no of course because she doesn't want my business. She then berates me after I ask her about my discount since I'm a REAL General Motors employee, telling me that in "all her years of working at several dealerships no one has ever gotten that discount. It doesn't exist. Ok maybe it does it exist but no one uses it. Ok maybe only 3 people ever used it. Ok it's only up to $25 off anyway." and on and on and on. ARE YOU EFFING KIDDING ME??? I literally laughed in her face and left. I did not feel comfortable leaving my car there.
I called Suburban Cadillac in Troy and Tom in Service Department was nice and friendly and told me they would take me in a few days later and give me a loaner car.
Crestview Cadillac is a joke from the front of the house to the back. I literally have no idea how they stay in business since when I got back to work on Monday and told everyone how I was treated, 2 other people said they had similar treatment from Crestview employees. They try to act like they are "Soooo High Class" are you kidding??? This is Rochester Hills, not BEVERLY HILLS.

The same day I picked up my car from this dealership I had to take it into a transmission shop. I was told that the transmission was bad and to take it back. I haven't even had the vehicle 24 hours and they will not take it back. They say because its already in my name (which it can easily be taken out of). As a first time buyer I must say this has got to be the worst experience of my life and I would never do business with this dealership again. I cant understand how they will not take back a car that they sold me with the transmission in the condition its in. The representative kept telling me that I shouldn't be upset because the warranty on the car will cover it being fixed and wont cost me anything out of pocket. Which is one of the biggest insults i've ever heard. I know he wouldn't of felt this way if a dealership sold him or someone close to him a car in the condition of the one they sold me. My advice is to not be Fooled by them being located in a clean and prestigious city such as Rochester. They are out to make money, and I can truly say they don't care about the customer being satisfied with the vehicle that they sale to you. I can only hope someone reads this and doesn't make the same mistake I did. Have a certified mechanic look at any car your interested in first because these dealers will sell you a car with problems and pretend the had no idea that there were any.

We hit a deer and the service mechanics hooked it up for us to use another Cadillac until the car was done. It took about 2 months, but they worked with the insurance agency and everything worked out wonderful!

5stars for service dept. had a window that would not go up in lease vehicle, right before this weeks heavy rains.called and was told to bring car in between the rain. Was offered a loaner while it would be worked on. Figured it would be an old clunker, instead a brand new cadillac ats with 25 miles was given to me. Sweet. My car was ready next day. Car wash also was done on my car. Impressive service.
