My family and I have been going to HVAB for almost 20 years now and everything from beginning to end has been nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we bring our cars on the lot, their customer service is always over and beyond. They are always quick and attentive, yet very thorough, patient, and HONEST. Every estimate I receive from Bart and Jason is not only explained in detail, but I have never found another body shop that comes close to their numbers. Needless to say, I've saved a good amount of money over the years. Most importantly, their attention to detail and workmanship is bordering on artistry. They stand by their work with confidence and work hard to make sure you walk away 100% satisfied. I have and will continue to recommend this FAMILY business as long as the Rommel family is at the helm.

I can't say enough about my experience with Hunt Valley Auto Body. This was my first collision (animal) so, I really wasn't familiar with the process. They took care of everything and were extremely accomodating. I couldn't believe how great my car looked when they were done. These guys are truly masters of their craft.

This review is based solely on getting an estimate for replacing a front bumper.
When I entered the shop, Bart (the manager) was finishing up with another customer (who seemed happy, a good sign), and then promptly turned to me with a smile, shook my hand and asked, "How can I help you?" I'd never been to a body shop before and his friendly, upbeat demeanor immediately put me at ease. The shop lot appeared full of cars being worked on, so it looked like they do a brisk business. Everyone I saw there seemed happy to be working there.
Bart promptly did the estimate for replacing the bumper and even offered to buff my headlights for free. He answered all the questions I had and explained they would be moving to a new, larger location in a few weeks and I could schedule my job after that. With such courteous and super-friendly customer service, it will be worth the wait.

My Volvo XC90 was hit while parked on the street . It was a mess on a 95 degree day . I had it towed to Hunt Valley Auto Body and Bart Romell was great to deal with . Even though he was busy , he was kind and attentive during a stressful situation . I noticed the way he treated the tow truck driver and immediately felt good that my car ended up here . Bart went over some tips about the rental vehicle and explained the process up front regarding the time it takes if the insurance co decides to fix the car . He helped me carry things from one car to the other and he built an instant trust level with me and I am confident that they will do an exceptional job fixing my car . When you see an employee of a company treat customers how they would like to be treated , it gives you an insight into that employee ... When that person is also the owner , it tells you how the whole company will behave . Way to go Bart !!!

I got into a car accident and came to Hunt Valley Auto Body shop for the repairs and they exceeded my expectations. My car was finished within a reasonable amount of time and the prices were the lowest I found. This is a family run shop so everyone is so nice and helpful, they answer any questions you have openly and honestly. Overall they went above and beyond to make sure my car was all ready to go when I got there. If you need any repairs I highly recommend Hunt Valley Auto Body shop as your go to car repair place.

I went around to different auto body places for estimates for my car. Hunt Valley Auto Body had the best prices and the shortest amount of time. I made an appointment and they fit me in within the week (it was more cosmetic). Everyone who worked there was personable and helpful. I called on the third day, as they said it would take 3-4 days, and they let me know that they would call me by the following day to let me know when my car was ready.
I received a call by 10 AM the next day and they had even washed the outside of my car... what service! The estimate they gave me turned out to be exact, which was what I was hoping but you never know.
They also said if the light stopped working anytime in the near future they would replace it on the spot.

Hunt Valley Auto Body is precisely the sort of place to which you want to trust your car. It is family run (the family is there and working daily), and they clearly take pride in what they do. Their craftsmanship is outstanding. But it is not simply the quality of their work, they provide quick and straightforward estimates, and are very accurate in performing their work at the price quoted. Most importantly, they tell you what you need and what you don't, and what work is worth the cost and what is a waste. It is truly refreshing and confidence-inspiring from the first time you park, shake their hands, and leave your keys to the day you elatedly pick up your vehicle. And as a final note, they tend to predict a reasonable turnaround from dropoff to pickup and deliver on time.

My honda has NEVER LOOKED BETTER! These guys restored my car perfectly after a minor fender bender, ensuring that damage that couldn't be seen upon initial review was also fixed. They handled all coordination with the insurance company and completed the repairs within the timeline originally stated. They surprised me by giving my car a complete clean up just before giving it back and even restored the clarity of my headlights, free of charge. THANK YOU!
