I just recently bought my 2nd car from Neat Auto Sales! One from the Merrimack NH location around 8 months ago for my wife and the more recent one from Manchester NH. I was looking for a good deal on a Subaru for this coming winter and Neat Auto Sales in Manchester had what I was looking for at a great price. This is a very friendly and trustworthy place and I recommend anyone looking for a good deal on a vehicle to check them out!

I bought a 2006 Civic from these guys. They gave me a great price on it and it also came with a 3 month warranty. A few weeks later I had a problem with the AC and a couple other little things. I gave them a call and they got it in a couple days later and fixed it quickly with no problems. Their customer service is top notch. I highly recommend them.

I bought a 2007 Subaru Legacy from Neat in Manchester NH. Loui and his daughter Jessica were really nice to me. They helped me out getting my loan and a super interest rate!! Loui helped me out so much with the Legacy, which needed the timing belt + water pump and also the head gaskets, instead he gave me a super price for replacing all this at his cost. I love my car and I recommend Neat to all my friends and people looking for an used car. Thanks so much guys!!

I bought a car from here to replace my old and tired auction-bought car... what a mistake that was. I should've turned and ran from the first time I dealt with one of their sales staff. They advertise themselves as low pressure, but that is far from the case. They tried to sell me on the color of various cars, and how "pretty" they looked. The one time I took my boyfriend back to check out a car, they all but ignored me and tried to sell him the car instead.
I did end up buying a Toyota ECHO from here, and reading all the rave reviews on this car made me think that it was a good deal. Car checked out, and I decided to purchase it. All was fine, then after about two weeks, it all went horribly wrong. I had constant problems with the tires, and a "mysterious" bouncing (that I later found was caused by bad struts). They advertise a 3 month / 3000 mile warranty, but they can't (won't?) fix a car worth a damn. The car was back at the dealer almost every week, and causing me to miss work constantly, and they kept telling me they "did the best they could" to fix it and that "we're doing our best to work with you".
I finally had enough and ended up trading the car to another dealer for a 2012 Yaris. Don't do business with Neat, you WILL regret it!

I purchased a Toyota from the Merrimack location how could a Toyota be a poor choice! Right? Wrong! I have spent thousands on fixing a myriad of problems. At first I actually went back to them as they promise a 3,000 mile or 3 month guarantee on the engine and then half price on repairs other than that! Yet they do not repair anything! They are fraudulent and do anything possible to rig the car as cheaply as possible. Then within a week, the problem resumes and back you go! No more! I brought my car to a reputable mechanic who has stories a mile long on Neat Auto Sale purchases. It is travesty the Lemon Laws do not protect consumers as they should in New Hampshire! Because I bought a lemon...a rotten lemon that has become an endless money pit. STEER CLEAR OF NEAT AUTO SALES!
