Chicago Tire & Service has been reliable each time I've taken our car in. They have helped with a couple of flats, and in each case they were up front about patching options or used tire selection. They offer personable and honest service that is extremely helpful in a jam.

My girlfriend and I were looking to buy mud tires or LT tires for her 14 jeep wrangler and on Monday I stopped at the Chicago tire and service shop where David was the one that took care of me. He showed me some tires and they were in good condition, I asked if he can put one to see how it looked and with no hesitation he put it on. he gave me an amazing deal for the tires. My girlfriend and I are extremely happy with the way the tires look on the jeep. The service was great, I will definitely recommend this spot.

David the owner is very professional and knowledgeable about his work. I was informed that I had a nail in my tire from a horrible service company. But after a call to Chicago Tire, They quickly and efficiently replaced the bad tire and David diagnosed a problem with another tire that was critical. He has the expertise to help you with your vehicle and advice you with important information. I highly recommend this company for any difficulties with your car.

They saved my butt! They were super quick, friendly, and very reasonably priced. I popped a tire on a Chicago pothole coming home from work. I got to Chicago Tire at 6:30pm and they had replaced the tire and inflated all the other tires including my spare by 6:45! Crazy fast and helpful. Love them!

David is a pro. I called him for a front alignment on a 1999 Ford Ranger. It was so bad before taking it in to his shop that the tires would squeal and veer hard to the right if I took my hand off the wheel. These Chicago streets are garbage. He's got a nice setup and a super chill office (he had Grandmas Boy and then Clerks II running on his HD tv). David aligned my truck as well as the wheels and I drove out within about an hour or so. Very calm and collected and reasonably priced for the job he did. Drove off straight as an arrow, I couldn't thank him enough. He's my new guy out here in the city. Don't hesitate to bring your problem to him.

I should have written this a few weeks ago but was busy...
I went to this place in June 2016 after the dealership told me I had a nail that was illegal for them to fix because of where it was located. They tried to sell me 4 new tires because my tires were almost wasted mind you on a 2012 with only approx 18,500 miles on it. I went to Chicago Tire because many years ago I had gone there with someone and I liked their service. They looked at the tire and it was fixable plus they showed me where the nail was. My tires are good by the way and Chicago Tire checked the air on them which surprised us that they were filled to 41. That was ILLEGAL! So guys keep up the good work even when you see single ladies walk in and continue to make them feel comfortable. I have told people about you. Honesty and integrity will take you further than trying to make a quick dollar. I said thank you before and I say THANK YOU again!

Me and my family stopped in Chicago on our way to our next duty station. We need tires asap, so we called to check to see if the tires we needed was there and to our surprise they had them. The customer service was awesome from the young lady that answered the phone to the mechanic that installed the tires everyone was extremely professional. They even stayed open later then their usual business hours to help us. If we're ever in the Chicago area again and need anything for our vehicle this is the place we're going to.

Today, around 7:45 pm I got home with a tire almost flat. I google tire service hopping to find something open. I found this tire service company that closes at 8 pm; and I call them to see if they can wait for me around 10 minutes. I explained that I had to go to work the next morning at 5:50 AM. The guy told me he will make an exception and I got there at 8:06 PM. I was so happy when Patrick fixed my tire in 10 minutes and did not charge me extra money for that. His service was excellent, cheap and fast. They made my day! I will strongly recommend this place.

I was on my way to a family vaca on the 4th of july and was ready to get on the hwy when I felt my tire go flat with my kids in the car. Being a single women in the city of chicago i didn't know what to do, so I went on Google and called a couple of places but they were all closed due to the holiday. Thank god I found these guys because I was beginning to think that my vaca was going to be over. They came out and fixed my tire because they said they didn't want me to drive on a flat and ruin my tire and or rim. That would have costed me more. They really care about their customers. I'm truly thankfully for this place and will be coming here for all my car needs.
