I js love this place! Prices are very reasonable. The guy who owns it is very nice & thoughtful. He goes above & beyond to fix things. If he cant, he can tell u where to go where the prices are also reasonable. I've been going to him for many yrs & I will continue to because he does excellent work!

I ALWAYS bring my car here, conveniently it's across the street from my work. But he always gets what I need done in a timely matter, always explains to me the problems and how it was possibly caused, and is always extremely nice!!

Richard had the referral of my mailman; quite an endorsement after 20+y on this route- I have been confidently trusting Richard for my Subaru wagon for 7y+ now and I do NOT get ANYTHING done to it unless Richard says it is necessary... I trust him more than any mechanic ever bc from the first day I went in & asked if I could see what was under my car, he has been providing me with the answers to my questions- all of them- He is knowledgeable AND patient and I know my curiosity is painstaking and tiring but Richard has never ever seemed put out by my questions, even on the third explanation of the same thing- not that I'm stupid but my questions exceed my level of knowledge which is necessary to understand the answers- Richard gives me both. If he hadn't been so generous with his time and patient in his explanations about this last set of repairs, repairs that he was not doing because of part-specific tools, I would have had to go by what the dealer told me and what I found on line and have sold my car for lack of knowledge but, because Richard shared his expertise with me, I was able to search for the right shop to get the right work done and literally keep my car which, by the Grace of God and Richard, has 185,000 miles on it! I am a Christian, there is nothing more valuable than the truth- when it comes to cars, I know to trust what Richard says.

I live in western Iowa and had been looking for a month for a 2013-14 Malibu. We usually use Cragislist to search for cars and have had good luck with that in the past. We just weren't finding anything we liked in our price range in our area. My husband is not afraid to travel for a good find and he happened to find the car we really wanted several hundred miles away at Matrix Motors. We both talked with George over the phone asking soooo many questions. He was patient and honest.
We needed to make sure the car was what they advertised if we were going to travel that far. We were aware the car was a prior salvage, and we were fine with that.
George helped us out by meeting us a little closer to home over a holiday weekend. That in itself, I believe, is over and above the scope of a normal sale. He was willing to take time out of his weekend just to help us out a little.
We had a little trouble finding each other, but when we finally got to the meeting place, my expectations were not only met but exceeded. I was blown away at how beautiful it was. The pictures did not do it justice. The car was immaculate, just as described. It drove flawlessly, and I LOVE it! The paperwork was ready, just had to sign and drive.
Thank you, George, for all you did for us! One happy car buyer here! Would definitely recommend to anyone in that area or anyone willing to travel a little. Ask for George and tell him I sent you

I have purchased 2 cars from George at Matrix. Both were a very good deal, but they needed a little extra work after purchase. They were late model cars with very low miles, salavge title. I took each to the frame shop to check alignment before I purchased. Be sure to get all the stuff taken care of before you put any money down. All and all, I'd buy from him again, but I'd be sure to have a mechanic check things out before payment.
