had some shoddy exhaust repairs made on my wifes 2005 corolla a couple years back at one of the big chain barke & exhaust places. was getting some bad vibrations from the exaust recently & knew that their repair had failed. made s saturday appointment at lou's for 11:00. brought the car in, they diagnosed the problem and fixed it for less than i ever would have anticipated and had me out of there by 12:15. not used to that level of quality & service. Eric was fantastic !! Thats how business is done !!

I had my 2007 Scion tc dropped off an simply told them that i want a deeper performance like sound and not a fart can. The did the whole thing asking me if it was what i wanted it to sound like and it was perfect! They did an awesome job. I would definetly recommend them to everyone.

I Had my 1948 Jaguar dropped o...

I Had my 1948 Jaguar dropped off. this car was is storage since 1960 and only 136 were built with Left hand drive. Needless to say parts are very hard to come buy. I happen to have a manual on the car, with a drawing of the factory system. They rebuilt a new system perfectly. This is the best custom system i've seen and would recommend any colletor to use them for a custom system on any car. Thanks Roger Lovering

Very knowledgeable. Pricing was more than fair! They know so much about custom exhausts that to my amazement they basically finished my sentences for me before I could! Took the words right out of my mouth. Lou's custom exhaust knew exactly what I was looking for and they did not disappoint. Very professional finish and after a year of driving there have been no issues or exhaust leaks. Will come again.

These guys have been great at the manchester location.... In the last month they have installed an exhaust on my buddies Saab along with my Saab and my other buddies 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Sport and each time have provided a great product for a great price. Absolutely AMAZING customer service! I can say, with confidence, that I have found my new mechanics/garage to bring my vehicle to whenever it needs to be serviced. Fantastic service. Won't bring my cars anywhere else for exhaust work or state inspections. In and out in no time. The owner (Johnny) very very nice and reasonable. The manager Erik explains everything in detail and walked me through every step of the process. All the staff is just amazing and very pleasant shop to be in. Excellent service, friendly atmosphere. Everyone who works there knows what they are doing and what they are talking about. They did an excellent job on my BMW and an outstanding job on my friends Supra(3" downpipe to a catback)They met his demands perfectly(Quite but clean and still able to hear the turbo spool) Both cars I have personally drove and heard driven(Fly by) sound excellent inside and out with no flaws. I have and always will recommend people to this shop for whatever they need done to their exhaust.

Nice guys and work gets done very quickly. Failed my inspection somewhere else and was told to pay $600 to fix it (I think the first shop told me to change the whole front exhaust pipe and that's why it was that much). Got a second look at Lou's.. Was told there's a leak in flexible pipe and was quote a much better price. I don't know if the price is high or low compared to other places for flexible pipe change but I was very happy already for a much lower price compared to $600! Saved a few hundreds. Will do other things there too in the future.

STAY AWAY. Cut out my catalytic converters and never replaced them... which is ILLEGAL. I went in last year to get 2 flex pipes done and nothing else. Just brought my car into another Lou's because they had rusted out and the guys in this shop (they're all franchised) tell me I have no catalytic converters! Walked me in to show me... Sure enough they're GONE and replaced with straight exhaust pipe.
How does an EXHAUST specialty shop put an illegal exhaust system on a car? "Probably just got lazy and didn't put them back on" this guy says. $600 later and I'll repair the damage this place did to my car.

Lou's was recommended by my usual shop since I just needed one piece of my exhaust replaced and not the whole thing. I've since been back for subsequent work. They are FAST. During the week you can usually come in without an appointment and be served quickly. Prices are better than the big chains.

Lou's did my 2008 Cadillac STS and my 92 Volkswagen project car. Both cars sound great, and no problems what so ever. Costumer service is great, and the staff is personable. Very fair pricing also, I highly recommend anyone to go there for exhaust work.

I went back to lous to have a oxygen sensor put in the sensor they installed was defective I talked to the manager and explained to him that my check engine light had come on again after I left he told me to bring it in and they checked it saw that it was a defective sensor and ordered a new one and put it in for me without any hassles now that's what I call customer service at its best good people here I highly recommend them

Great service! The people here are wonderful! The prices are really fair and they never do anything without your knowledge and consent first. They are always willing to explain everything thoroughly to you before they start working on your car and they even go as far as to show you what needs to be repaired, so you aren't feeling like you're being ripped off. I have sat in the waiting area the whole time I am waiting for my car and the receptionists are so welcoming and chat with you so you don't feel like you have to stare at your phone for an hour. They also offer so many options for people who are into racing/rallying/etc. I highly recommend this place!
