Family friendly

My family owns 2 Volkswagen and an Audi. Earl Huber has been a very knowledgeable and reliable mechanic for all our cars. Huber's has shown us that Volkswagen service or Audi Service doesn't have to be expensive and has saved us a lot of money over going to the dealer. They have all the latest tools and provide better service then the new car dealer too. It would pay you to check them out.

After a tree fell on my car and was a total loss, I needed to find a replacement quickly. I specifically wanted a car just like the one that was smashed, a Toyota RAV4. My wife bought car from them and it was the best car buying that we ever did. Then I took my car there for service great job good price. Then just days ago we took our sons car there after spending a few thousand at other places and it was never right ythey fixed it. Hard to find some who can and will work on an older car. It is only a 1997 but still no one but them could fix that one. Good job and you will keep seeing us for all of our cars and truck.

We drove from CT to purchase a 2003 Cobra and it was well worth the trip. The car was exactly as described and the service was top notch when we arrived. I trust these guys to fix anything. Certainly a great garage and car dealer ive bought 2 newer Volkswagens from them both great cars. I wouldnt be afraid to drive any of the cars on there lot to cali and back. Sales and serivice team beats out any. I rather buy used from them then new from autohouse or h.a. Boyd. Top notch place.

I have been taking our three vehicles to Huber's for some time now. We own two Volkswagens and an Audi. They are vintage ones and I have never had any problems getting them serviced or repaired. Huber's have always worked with me on any types or servicing we have required. The pricing is very fair and they always hold fast to their estimates and completion dates and times. I worked in the Automotive field for 40 years in all areas and found a home at Hubers. The service team there are very pleasant to work with and always communicate what's going on when we have a vehicle there. Great place for all your automotive needs. I live near Seattle and found a 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland at Hubers, online, June 29th. It appears I was probably the first to contact them, they had just posted it for sale as the pictures were still warm. Yes, its a 12 year old Jeep, but it has only 31,000 miles and that is super rare, but it gets better! I had been looking for a 2004, Jeep, Overland, Inferno Red with super low miles for over 5 years and there she was, on my computer screen, 3,000 miles away and not in my possession, yet! It was for sale, so there was hope! We negotiated, a little, finalized the sale and knowing the distance between us Eric Reedy offered to secure the Jeep until I could arrange for a pickup or fly and drive it back home to Seattle. I must say Eric, and Ryan, were very helpful throughout the entire process, they even removed it from their website that day, so as not to be misleading to others who may think it was still for sale. The time between then and now was all on me. Transferring funds, sending funds, exchanging paperwork back and forth, our motorcycle vacation, etc. I was also very specific when securing a transport company for a reasonable price, but as of a few hours ago Eric emailed me that my new Jeep was on its way to our home, 3,000 miles away. The story behind the story, my wife loves her current 2002 matching bookend Jeep (Red, Overland, etc) sporting 200,000 miles on it. The only way I was going to get her another vehicle that would last another 14 years was to find a low mileage perfect match and 2004 was the last year of this body design and all else matches to a T. Our criteria was very specific and after years my searching is done. This has never been a rush as the current 2002 is still running like new and will be for sale next month if I can catch my wife looking the other way for just a few seconds. Thanks to Hubers for making this cross country purchase easy and painless. You guys are true professionals!

I have purchased 3 cars from Hubers Auto Group, the most recent being a Mercedes Benz ml350. This car was not on the lot but I told them what I was looking for and they found it! Although, they can't always guarantee they will find the color you want (in this case they did), they will do their best to find the vehicle you want! Every experience of purchasing has been wonderful and hassle free. All 3 vehicles were top notch and ready to go when I arrived to pick them up. They pay extra special attention to be sure the vehicles are clean upon release to the customer!

Want to talk about service with all the other bells and whistles attached with it ? Then this is the place to take your car and peace of mind! A savvy group of well trained people who know how to quote estimates over the phone and suggest things that might go with your requesting and explain why! These people are not out to pad your bill but just the opposite ! We had the experience of dealing with these professionals recently and were overwhelmed with their competence in addressing our financial concerns when face with the prospect of additional services needed as they addressed our original quoted issues! They understood of where we were in $$$ amounts in having this extra additional address and worked to the best of their ability to get the complete job done and i should also say "Plus" ! Great workmanship, mechanics and staff that give a customer a real sense of what old time garages use to be with customer satisfaction-----and it's for sure this is one customer that is and will shout it from the rooftops !!!!

Several days later, we returned to purchase the vehicle. Eric greeted us with the same gracious hospitality, gave us a fair deal on our trade in, and completely explained the purchase process with us. I rented a mini van from Hubers for eight days. I was able to return the van one day early thinking that I could save the expense of one day. I returned the van at 14:05. Hubers told me that the check-in time is noon and since I was 2 hours and 5 minutes past noon I will have to pay for the full day. I was 2 hours and 5 minutes late and had to pay for a full day. The Hubers rep seemed to be indifferent about my concerns. He just told me that the check-in policy is in the contract. There was no offer for a prorated charge and there was no forgiveness of the check-in being 2 hours and 5 minutes late. Contractually, Hubers is within their right to charge me the full day but that does not make it the right thing to do. If Hubers is willing to let a customer walk out the door feeling discontent over $64.95 that is also their right. However, following this unpleasant experience Ill not do business with Hubers again. Allow me to write Hubers replyIts in the contract.

Was searching for a 2012 VW Jetta Sportwagen TDI online and saw Huber's listed on the USAA and Carguru websites. Only problem was it was almost 2 hours away! The car's pictures, description and detail on the website made me give them a call. Eric Reder filled me in on the details over the phone and stressed how much work they put into the car before putting it on the lot. I was surprised to hear that because the car only had 36,000 miles on it! He also said that the car looks better in person than in pictures (he was right!). I drove out and met with Eric Huber and immediately hit it off with him- we are both VW guys. The car looked showroom condition (my wife said several times she can't believe its not new) but Huber's went over the car and performed all of the 40,000 mile services on it! The car is only at 36,000 miles! The point is, I think they could have just vacuumed it, washed it, put 2 tires on it and put it for sale, but Eric explained that most of his customers come there for follow up service and if I came back for the next oil change at 40,000 miles and he hit me with VW's recommended 40,000 mile service charge, I would undoubtedly be P.O'd since I just bought the car. And he's right. Very impressed with that kind of thinking. Huber's is a full service car repair facility that also sells high quality used cars and they put good cars on the lot to keep their customers happy so they'll come back for service. Worked out well for me!
