I've been getting my oil changed here for several months. These guys have great service and are fast and honest. I recently had an issue with my jeep making a strange noise. I took it in, and they checked it out for me. They suggested I take it to the dealer because it was still under warranty and could be fixed--didn't charge me. Great place--highly recommended!

Out-freaking-standing service! Over the years I have been looking for an auto service shop to depend on and I can confidently say that I have found it here with Jett's. These guys are honest, organized, timely, friendly, very helpful (with questions and whatnot), dependable, and reasonably priced. I'm not going to be putting any of my vehicles in any other shop for the foreseeable future. Basically all you need to do it set up an appointment, they put you on the board, you bring you car in, and within an hour or two they've got you in, have checked whatever problem you reported, and are giving you a call with the estimate. I'll spare you all the long story but basically these guys could have easily sold me a few things I didnt need that I told them to check out. Of coarse they didn't and I got outta there with a lot lower bill than I was expecting. Highly recommend. It's little wonder they've made the Best of the Best lists around town. Thanks guys!

Took my car there for a misfire on #2 cylinder, was told they couldn't get the computer to hook up and they replaced the spark plugs and that's all they could do, recently just found that only 1 spark plug was replaced and one of the spark plug wires wasn't even connected. Took my car there again when the rear end housing was leaking, was told that the nuts had loosened and they had put Loctite on them and tightened them back up, well it's leaking again and there is no signs of Loctite on anything. Spent around $400 dollars of my money here only to have to fix my car on my own.

This is my go-to auto shop for any automobile difficulty. I have been taking my 1999 Honca Civic here for standard upkeep and for minor repairs. The guys have always given me a fair quote and have provided exceptional service. And, if they say they will call when it's done, they will. Amazing!
Last but not least, I recently sold my beloved Civic. To begin the selling process I called Jett's first. Charles said he knew of a few people who were looking for a car like mine and picked up the phone to contact them. He even helped me price it and now it is sold.
These guys are solid.

Well, I am not sure what happened with L.M. I have been using Jett's off and on for 7 years and I am SO happy with their service. The few times I have taken my car somewhere else (due to coupons, traveling, etc.) I end up even more appreciative of how great they are in comparison to all other car repair places. They have always been fair, efficient, respectful, and honest. I sincerely think they put their customers first. I suggest them to everyone who is looking for an auto place. I call them my personal car talk. Give 'em a shot.

After several recommendations, I took my Jeep to this place when it was overheating. I also mentioned the drivers side window wasn't rolling down anymore. He let me drop it off that morning and called me the same afternoon with an estimate. I decided I couldn't afford to do the window so he offered to put a block in it so it wouldn't fall out, then did the thermostat work. SO NICE! These guys are quick and nothing but professional.
