My 2000 dodge Durango was in for repair on both bottom rocker panels , I mainly spoke with Wesley throughout the week , he was very professional and met my needs, while my repair was through the insurance company I would recommend I'm am looking forward to getting future work done by them on my Durango

This place is great. I have had 3 of my cars fixed here before and even worked here for awhile before I went to school downtown. The place is very neat with its neon signs on the walls and a few motorcycle on display in the front office. I actually enjoyed the place so much that once I graduated I applied for a job and now work full time with them. I highly recommend you stop in and see everything for yourself. I bet you will be amazed.

This guy's are very professional , from the beginning to the end. I was not sure if I could trust them because I had prior experiences with other body shops, but i google serch and decided to give them a shoot to this local shop. I own a BMW 5 series and I couldn't play around with my car . I was going to do 2 more estimates but when my insurance adjuster come to my house I already had the estimate and he look at it and told me " JR it's a good place I seen they work before " give me reassurance to go ahead and get it done with them. I pick it up a few days later and they did a great job plus my car was clean inside and out. They also left a small container of touch up paint for me to use . I will recommend this place to anyone who had an accident and need to get there car fix.

I went to this place because of the review that I read and they were right about everything. They are very friendly and very honest which is very important because too many places try to mislead you and are deceptive. Their price for the work that they offered was very reasonable and the job was well done. I highly recommend this place.

110% satisfied with J.R. Auto Collision! My car looks brand new again! The entire team was super nice and very professional. I loved that I they made update calls to let me know where they were in regards to repairs, and when I picked my car up it was completely cleaned and buffed. If I should ever (sorry guy's kinda hope I don't :)) need my car repaired after a collision, I know exactly where I would take it! J.R. Auto Collision! Great job!

Excellent job restoring my bumper like new after a minor mishap. The paint and finish looks like it came straight from the factory showroom the day I bought the car.

I have used this company with many different vehicles within my accident prone family over the past decade. EVERY time they are courteous, efficient, and take the extra step in making sure that the customer is happy. Eric and Charles are two employees that I have had the pleasure working with and they have made it easy on me with a hectic schedule to make sure that I got a rental, immediate and accurate estimate and finally a great finished product. At JR Auto Collision the employees take the time to explain and show you how they actually repaired the damage to your vehicle. They also call or email daily with updates on how the repair is progressing and finally they make sure your vehicle is so clean when you pick it up, its almost like the day you picked it up from the car dealer. Lifetime customer here for sure. Thanks guys. Hell of a job.

By far the most accurate, efficient, and courteous collision repair experts. They do the communication between the car rental and insurance company so it's less hassle you need to worry about when all you want is your car back.
The entire crew is diligent and meticulous in ensuring in the Mount Prospect and Arlington Heights area. that your car is back to it's usual condition. My family takes any car that gets into an accident since the early '90s. They've worked on probably 8 of our vehicles. (We have a big family with a car per person). This is definitely an exceptional repair shop and when I end up moving out of state I'll come back if I ever get in a jam. Just be cautious sincd the entrance is overshadowed by the Noff's/Penske building next door.
