On my way to work my car began making some really bad noises when i applied the breaks. The staff at Boyden got me in that day & fixed my car while i was working. They really saved me, my car would have been very dangerous to drive. I have to say that the staff, especially the secretary (you know, the owners wife) did an excellent job. They were extremly professional & the bill was not too steep. I would bring my car back to them any time it needs work. As for the person who wrote the distasteful nasty review, you may want to learn how to spell.

Very Satisfied!

The staff was extremely helpful in time of uncertainty. After hitting a deer with my car, their staff was very helpful in every stage of my repair needs. From the photos, to the estimate, working with my insurance carrier, & to scheduling the work around my work schedule, their staff was extremely professional. Thanks & I'll be back.

These guys are Awesome !!!! We were in Canton today and our daughter had to drive through a flooded roadway. Because of todays thunder storms causing roadway flooding, her Ford Focus had it's front spoiler damaged and was dragging. Had another great experience at Boyden Brook Body Works last week. I brought my wifes Civic in for a 4-wheel alignment and they keyed everything in perfectly! I prefer to personally tackle most of my auto repairs, but when I need an Alignment, Air conditioner service, or anything else a Shadetree Mechanic doesn't have the equipment for, I bring our vehicles out to Meade Rd. We have had numerous (different) cars to Boyden Brook for body work....everytime they took care of us in a timely manner and the car came back looking like new--whether it was hit by a deer or the car getting backed into a lightpole! Each time they worked with our insurance company to get the paperwork and everything taken care for us and made the process so seamless for us. They are so friendly and caring--they even worked on a time crunch in a time of need for my husband and I; they got our car back to us, just in time before we had our first baby :)

I have just begin to go to Boyden Brook in the last year. It is a short distance outside of the village of Canton, but sure is worth it! They do a great job on body work as well as mechanical. This business is well worth the drive. It is just a few miles outside the Village of Canton NY. They are friendly, positive, and very experienced. Excellent customer service. They called me as soon as my car was ready. They made suggestions and called me at each step. They fixed exactly what was needed and saved me money. I thought I needed a complete tuneup but they called me and told me that the spark plugs were still good. They also fixed my bumper so that it looks new. They completed the service on time as scheduled. My car runs great now! I would highly recommend Boyden Brook for all your auto needs.
