Really fast and cheap

After the Honda dealership quoted me $700 to replace my window, this guy came to my house, fixed my window, cleaned up the glass and it only cost $120. All in under an hour and half. He was super nice too. Highly recommended!

Someone broke into my BF's car window so after work the next day he and I searched Yelp for someone to fix it. Unfortunately, all the places I came across on Yelp were closed or would be closed by the time we arrived, so I was excited to see that Precision Auto Glass closes at 8 p.m. I called and and was bummed to find out that they close at 5 p.m., so take note, the times listed on Yelp are incorrect. But that didn't stop Willie from helping me. He asked the make, model and year of the car, what window needs to be replaced and said he would get back to me within 20 minutes to ensure he has the part needed. He got back to me and scheduled a time for the next morning and said he could some to us (YAY!). He was on time, extremely nice and well priced (others quoted me INSANE amounts). It only took him about half an hour and we were good to go. I'll definitely recommend him to anyone who needs a window repaired. I thought this process was going to be a headache because all those who did answer were not that nice but it was cakewalk with Willie!

This is my first Yelp! review and I felt compelled to write one because Willy did such an awesome job.
A tree fell on my car yesterday. After calling around auto glass repairs around the area and obtaining quotes the most affordable price was Precision Auto Glass. I assumed that I would need to get AAA totow my car to the address of the shop but Willy said that his service is mobile. I need my car for work and needed to have this fixed today. Willy was accommodating and he set up a time. He was very prompt. The service was great and my windshield has been replaced. I hope I never EVER have a tree fall on my car ever again so that I have to get my windshield replaced, BUT IF I DO, Willy is the man.

It was a Tuesday evening when my wife called me, someone had just put a baseball through her windshield. I called AAA thinking they would recommend someone, nope, just told they could tow. Didn't need that so I started looking for AAA recommended auto glass repair shops, didn't find much but came across Precision Auto Glass, and hey only 9 minutes to closing. I immediately called fully expecting it to roll to voicemail but big surprise a live person at the other end. Within 15 minutes Willie had me booked for a repair the next promising to be there no later than 2 pm.
He called the next day at shortly after 7am to tell me he had found a replacement windshield close by and would be at the house at 10am. He arrived on time, took care of business and at a reasonable cost.

FANTASTIC! Willie came out to fix my front windshield on my Jeep and he did just that. Over the weekend a rock hit my windshield and cracked in two places, which spread across my shield faster than I could say "SHIT".
Willie came to my work and fixed it for $150. Looks beautiful. He was very nice and professional. One of the easiest transactions I have ever dealt with in my life.
I absolutely would recommend him to anyone and everyone.
I found him by googling "Windshield Repair in LA", saw him on Yelp, read his reviews and called him up.

Great service and amazing price. All I had to do was wake up, step outside, and point to my car, and Guillermo set to work. 90 minutes later I had a brand new windshield.
While shopping around I noticed a lot of vendors will quote you a price and mention all sorts of surcharges you're likely to incur. Not with Precision. Their price was the lowest even before the so-called surcharges and it did not change. Glad I shopped around.

I loved this service. After some $#%* broke my Jeeps rear window, Willy came out early in the morning and replaced it at my home in an hour! The new window looks perfect and he wired up the defroster. He also vacuumed the back of the car to remove all the broken glass. Amazing service! A++++++

Awesome service.
I came back home to West Hollywood after a two week long trip back east to find my passenger side car window had been smashed all over my garage. Needless to say, that was not the most pleasant surprise to come home to, and I had no idea how to go about getting it fixed. Google led me to the Yelp page for Precision Auto Glass, and I called. The next morning, Willie was there, bright and early and right on time. There was glass everywhere inside the framing of my Volkwagen Jetta, so it took a bit longer than expected, but Willie did an awesome job, and even cleaned up everything inside and outside of my car.
Totally reasonable pricing, AND I didn't even have to get out of bed. Fixing a crappy situation just can't get any better, and although I hope I never have to use Precision Auto Glass again, they'll be the first one's I call if I do!

I took to Yelp after being referred to other Auto Glass shops by AAA that did not have an opening until "later next week."
Precision Auto Glass was not only $80 less for a new windshield than the AAA places but they would be able to come fix it in the next hour...on a Saturday.
"Willie the Glass Man" showed up right on time, was very nice and did excellent work.
My experience with Precision Auto Glass was great and I will refer anyone looking for auto glass repair.

STAY AWAY from this company! On Jan 24th I had them come out and fix my car. They were there in a couple hours. A guy named Willie. He was nice. He told me not to wash car the day I got it fixed. A week later I went to get a car wash and my car started leaking and then flooding on the inside. I was furious. Their 1 job is to repair window glass and it should be done right the 1st time. I called asking him to come fix it that day b/c me and my car were soaking wet. he said no. The next day I had to turn my car into my mechanic for the body work repairs and Willie went their to repair it. He did a sloppy job. I paid $195 and my car flooded with water. I should have gotten a refund and he didn't give it to me. It should have been done right the 1st time. I will NEVER use this company again. Now I have to have my mechanic's glass guy repair the job and put a new seal/molding to ensure no leaks. VERY upset about this!

I called Willie at 4pm on a Friday for a cracked and quickly spidering windshield, and he was able to meet me Saturday morning at 9:30 am. They claim they don't do windshield repair anymore.

Guillermo is simply the best!
I got out of work this morning at 2 AM to find my back window smashed in. Some douchebag had smashed into my car to steal my iPod! So I called Guillermo this morning at 10:30 AM to see if I could make an appointment for Monday morning. Not only did he quote me less than any of the other places I had previously called, but he said he could do it today! On a SUNDAY!! He said he would arrive at my place after church, and sure enough he called at 11:40 AM to say he was ten minutes away. He arrived at 11:50 AM and by 12:15 PM my window was all fixed!
He even swept and vacuumed all the extra glass that had fallen around my car and in my back seat! Plus, he washed the window to remove any of the gooey gunk that adhesive leaves on glass. Everything was perfect and just like new again!
I can't recommend anyone else but Guillermo. He was so friendly, accommodating, efficient, and did such a great job.
All in all, it was $110 to fix my small back window. I can't complain.

Had to replace a window on a car this week. I went with precision based on the reviews from yelp. I was not let down. He was really professional, kind and prompt. The price was great too! $135 for a front passenger windshield.
I would recommend him to anyone. He's been in the business for many years and can be trusted with your window repair.
One thing though is that he only accepts cash.

I called Precision Auto Glass today after discovering someone had broken into my car last night, breaking my passenger side window.
They showed up exactly on time and charged me exactly what they estimated the cost of the new window + installation to be ($135). Even better, they traveled to my house and did the work on site. "Willie the Glass Guy," as he called himself, was incredibly nice, humble and fast. He even cleaned the broken glass out of my car.
Nothing is going to turn a broken window and theft into a "good thing" but Precision came about as close to that as humanly possible. Great work!

The passenger side window on my 2004 Toyota Corrola and my boyfriend's Nissan Tundra were broken into late on a Friday night. We taped up our windows and called this guy in the morning for the following reasons:
- good reviews on google
- had our windows in stock
- offered to meet at our location 40 min after we called
- gave us the lowest quote
After he left I noticed there was a small amount of leftoever debris under the car mats, but all in all, I'm thankful this guy was available right away and came to us, so I didn't have to drive around dangerously with glass all over the place and my window taped up. He's a really chill guy who will get the job done fast. CASH ONLY!!

My car was broken into two days ago and I was devastated. I searched around Yelp to find someone who is close and inexpensive. I found Precision Auto Glass to be the best choice based on the reviews and I'm SO happy that I went with these guys! I believe the guy who replaced my window was named Willie. He was on time, dressed well, and was very kind. We shared stories of car break ins and how terrible of a feeling it is.
I called at around 11:00 am, and he said that he could be at my apartment at 1:30. It was exactly 1:30 on the dot that my phone rang and it was Willie letting me know that he was outside. He had the window replaced and all of the glass vacuumed up within an hour. The window works perfectly, just as it did before. He even did a little air freshener! How nice! I would recommend him to any one who needs a car window replaced and would use him again in a heart beat if (God forbid) this ever happens again.
PS: I feel the need to add that I had to wait two days to get the window replaced because that's how long it took LA's "finest" to come do the fingerprints. If only the police were as quick as Willie....

"Willie the Glass Man"- That's what he always refers to himself as over the phone and now what my boyfriend and I call him. :) This guy goes above an beyond. My windshield has been cracked for over year now and I had been procrastinating on getting it fixed until I got a fix-it ticket. I called and Willy came out the next morning to fix the windshield. He did a phenomenal job and was finished in an hour. I got to continue working in my apartment while he was hard at work outside. He called me when he was finished and that was it. After walking out to my car this morning and seeing that the back door window was completely shattered, I was understanably very upset, as this has never happened to me. After doing an internet search I called a few places and settled on Precision Auto Glass. I called at 8:30am and was able to make an appointment for 11:30am. Willie arrived at my job on time, I gave him my keys, showed him where I parked my car and returned to work. About 45 minutes later he called me and told me he was finished. I came downstairs looked at my perfectly installed window, paid him and he was on his way. When I think about how upset I was that someone had broken my window (and hearing the shattered pieces falling in the back seat as I drove to work didn't help), I literally can't believe how simple this process was. Here I was thinking I was going to have to call around all day, that I probably wouldn't be able to get a same day appointment and I'd have to take off from work to have this work done and to have Willie come out and fix the window while I worked. Also, it was very affordable. While I hope I never, ever have to call him again however, should I ever need this service again he will be the only call I make. I definitely would not hesitate to refer someone to him. I almost never write reviews but I had to write this one just in case another person finds themselves in my position. If you need a window replaced, this is who you call.

Can you give someone a negative star?
This dude sucked, it's the end of December and I'm doing a friend a favor, helping her move when my car gets broken into and my window's smashed. i read the other review and thought OK, sounds good. I call the guy, and he says, I'll come to you and make it convenient.
I schedule him to com by on my lunch break at work, and surprise he's an hour and a half late, so much for getting it done at lunch on my time. and while fixing my window he breaks my power window switch, he says he'll fix it, but he needs to come back. 2 days later he comes back with a used part and charges me for fixing what he broke, then with my keys in the ignition to test it, he locks my keys in the car so I have to call AAA to come unlock my car. And while I wait for AAA since he left all the electrics on my battery drains out and I have to call again for a jump start.
This guy SUX, no break on the price for showing up way late, he broke my stuff and charged me more. This guy is what Yelp's all about, people like me saving people like you from calling this walking disaster.

Willie was great. I had a windshield that cracked after 4 years from a small chip in the middle of it. Willie came out within 2 hours and replaced my windshield in an hour. He did a great job. When he arrived, I realized that he had worked on my truck previously 2 years ago when some fool broke my back side window. He does great work at the lowest price, by far. I saved $100, from the highest quote I received. I will use him again if I have to in the future.
