They did a very thorough job of inspecting a used car I was looking to buy. The mechanic was forthright in estimating how long it would take and diligently gave me a call when he was done. Job well done.

I needed to schedule a last minute pre-purchase inspection on a used car that we only had time to see that same day. It just happened to be a Sunday, which is when 99% of auto shops are closed. According to Yelp, this place is one of the very few shops open on Sundays so I decided to give them a call in the morning. Over the phone, Jun explained that they're actually not open which made my heart sink as I thought I'd have to quickly scramble to find another auto shop. As the conversation went on, Jun asked me what I needed, and I explained our situation. After hearing that we needed a PPI that same day, he welcomed me to set up an appointment in the afternoon and quickly relieved my anxiety. This guy obviously cares about his customers. When we arrived with the car, he was very helpful and thorough in his inspection. After about an hour, we got everything we needed to know about the condition of the car. What really separated him from other mechanics is his warm and friendly demeanor, and I would gladly schedule another inspection or repair job with him next time. Not many people would've taken time out of their day off for a last minute appointment, but he's the type of person who goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are happy.

I called Keith in the afternoon and he said "come here and take a look". So I stopped by and left my BMW (I was able to take a ride home with Jun the co-owner). An hour later he called again and told me what needs to be done. I agree and then by 6pm I was able to pick me car. "No need to change the belt,"he said, "just the tensioner".
What are your concerns about auto repair? time frame? cost? unnecessary repairs? None of this is an issue here. My best experience dealing with auto repair so far. Beats the dealer on everything!

Came here to get a used car inspected. He's totally hooked us up and how to in and out within an hour and a half without a prior appointment.
When we came back with another car the same day, he intervened and was like you know what let me do the basic maintenance there's no reason you need to pay me twice in one day for this. Gave the second car a quick look through, and sent us on our way. When so many mechanics are often just looking to make a few dollars off of you, it was so refreshing to have somebody so honest and so there to make sure we got a good deal. Thanks Keith!

I took my Toyota truck in a few months back......I had to do a SMOG, but had a check engine light on. Spoke with Keith and he found the issue and fixed the problem, and the light never came back on again. Good price for both the fix and the SMOG......

I have never written a review for auto service, but these guys are great. I received incredible service and attention from both Keith and June. They offered me good sound advice, and while I had some major work done on my car, I never had the feeling that I was being ripped off, as I have had in other experiences with mechanics. Fair pricing and great service! As long as they are my local shop, they have my business.

I could give them a 10000 stars . This is a very biased review :)
My car was leaking from the inside due to AC hose issue. I found them on yelp on a Sunday . Jun the owner was very helpful but predicted it might be a $1000 job due to the complexity of the heat compressor assembly. He was trying his best to lower that price but he decided to make sure he was a 100% and tried some simple tests and turns out it was a simple dirt block and I did not need the repair :)
Most mechanics wouldn't even tell the owners if it was such a simple fix when they have a chance to make a $1000 but Jun was honest . I appreciate that more than anything. I found my mechanic in Bay Area ! Highly recommend the shop ...

Awesome service from beginning to end. These guys did so much for. When my car was crapping out bear Oakland on my way to San Jose they talked me with me over the phone and helped me quick fix my car to get it to their shop. They explained what I needed to do once I got there and were very courteous to my needs since my budget is low. Jun and Keith are great guys and helped me bring my car back to life. They got me a deal on a great japanese engine with low mileage. I would recommend their service any day!

These guys are awesome. My Jeep started making terrible noises and the engine just cut out and wouldn't turn over. I had it towed over to Saratoga Auto Repair. I was freaking out because everyone I had spoken to prior to these folks said they thought it sounded like the timing belt had snapped, and probably damaged the valves... basically thousands of dollars in repairs. I dropped it off, and they gave me a ride home for free! They ran diagnostics and determined it was just the alternator. My car was ready the same day! They were very sympathetic and it feels like they truly care about their customers. I am so glad I found this place. Will absolutely continue to bring my car here for any preventative maintenance and repairs.

My Honda Accord got a flat tire and I went to Honda service. It turned that they were almost closing and I was asked to go to other stores. I ended up looking up on Yelp and called this store. They said I could bring my car there and they'll have a look. The moment I brought my car there, the guy in charge recognized that it was me on the phone.
The shop itself didn't look as good as Honda service center where the service center looks clean and feels luxurious. But it turned out I was completely wrong by judging the auto-stores from the appearance. The issue of the flat tire was found in 2 minutes and fixed in another 3 minutes. I only spent less than 10 minutes at the shop from car arrival to when I left. More importantly, the price is incredibly good and the owner is super nice and friendly. I think I'll bring my car to this place for auto repair in the future whenever possible. Strongly recommended!!!

Absolutely Love this place. Actually had a oil change and smog check at Saratoga Auto Repair center. They do excellent work at a very reasonable price. People who work there are very friendly and actually talk you through what went wrong and what needs to be done to be fixed at reasonable rate. I absolutely/highly recommend this place to all my friends and anyone out there looking for the best customer service. :) GOOD LUCK
