I love these guys, they always take care of my whole family's cars. I had them do a repair in a half hour what the dealer wanted 8 hours to do. I trust these guys and I respect their honesty. If it's not an expensive fix, they will tell you exactly that. Give tem a try, they'll treat you right at Auto-lab of Fenton. Tell em I sent ya.

I would recommend Auto Lab to anyone. They are just good people and their prices are reasonable. I took my car in for brakes because another company told me that I needed brakes. Auto Lab of Fenton sent me home and said that my brakes had 30% usage left. Plus their quote was 25% less than the other auto repair place. They turn repairs around quickly. There is no reason to go anywhere else.

When returning home from a trip our car broke down and was taken to this Auto-Lab after closing time. They contacted me in a timely manner the following day and were so helpful through the entire process. Our old jalopy wasn't worth repairing and they connected us with a local scrap yard. Being from out of town it was comforting to have someone like Barb and Dave (owners) help with all the details. Barb never once made me feel like I was asking too much of her. This was by far the best customer service I have experienced in a long time.

A different shop In town told me I needed about 500 dollars in parts and labor including couple things they tried adding on happy I called auto lab after they found the real proublem turns out was just a loose clamp and other place was trying to take me for a ride these people are so honest and explained everything to me was out the door for about 40 bucks I'm coming back here when I need anything done trust me it's worth having them take a look

I was driving an old van that I had to keep on the road so I could get to work. David and Barb were a huge help in doing just that. As a woman you can't trust repair shops. They always did the best for me, and never did I feel taken advantage of. I am now on to a new car, but my van is still running and working great for my son and family!
So don't hesitate to take your vehicle there. You won't be disappointed!

I won't visit this service company again. I had used on the past and forgot how I didn't like them, so tried it again. Big mistake. The final price was way higher that they quoted, they padded the bill with extra parts and services that I had not authorized, and they did a half-ass job which resulted in having to take it back again. Most of all is their condescending attitude when you try discuss anything with them. They want to tout their good reputation but I absolutely won't ever use them again. There are a lot of other automotive service places - try somewhere else!
