An honest auto mechanic?! HOORAY!!!! Went for a 40K service and expected to get a spiel about all the stuff I need to fix, and pressured to spend lots of money. None of that happened here. They did all the checks, oil change, and changed filters. No pressure, no BS, less than $150. My husband took his car in and the same thing happened (he didn't need the filters changed so he paid $40ish). We love this place and will never take our cars anywhere else!

Great shop!! Very honest guy and does great work. I have had both of my kids cars in here for repairs. Extremely happy with their customer service and work performed.
Auto repairs are not always easy because of the electronics and diagnosis of intermittent problems. I understand that completely. We had to keep taking my daughters car back in for the check engine light. Completely happy with the service.

This has become our family mechanic! They do a good job, keep your informed of what needs to be done And give you a fair price. In fact, the guys are honest. I was told by some oil change place that I needed to replace the timing belt or it would cause major engine problems. These guys told me it doesn't need to be replaced until it breaks. That's great news for me.
They even honored a warranty for my hubby a few weeks after it should have expired. Really happy with these guys and will refer anyone I get a chance to talk to!

My pops had issues with his 2000 Dodge. He had some half ass do work on it for $3500. The truck Still didn't run. We were referred to Steve at Woodcrest Auto, after many positive reviews from friends. They were not only thorough on their work, but took pictures and notes to verify that the work performed prior was shotty. This was not an easy fix. My dad had been out of his truck for months, waiting for his truck to be fixed. Then, we came here. Ater replacing the engine and fine-tuning the truck, my pops got it back, running !.. He said "It purrs like a kitten" and I couldn't be more thankful. Thanks, Steve, and your crew, for helping my dad get going again. Thank you!!

this place is a total ripoff. don't go here. the guys that work there are not customer friendly and you are just a cattle call to them. on top if it, they double charge you if your car doesn't pass smog!!!!!!!!!!!!! $$$$$$$$$$$ don't go here if you don't want to get ripped off..........especially if you are a woman!!!!!!!!!!!!! it used to be good - now it's under new ownership.

Great shop here! They always do great service, and always have really good prices. This last week when they had my car ready a week late for one hose replacement that took 10 minutes, the owner just waived the fees and told me I can get 20% off next time I come in! I will keep bringing my car here, and just make sure it gets known to everyone in there that I brought it in otherwise it could be forgotten again.

Went here based on a recommendation back in 2011 for a brake job. Was told that I did not need brakes yet. Thought that was really nice of them, since many auto repair shops will just do the job and take your money even though you may not need the repair. With that, I told them I would come back when it was ready for new brakes. So, the first week of June I contacted them for pads, rotor's and a few other preventative items I wanted replaced and asked them to call me with a quote. 7 days went by and I never received a call. Therefore, I called and was told "someone lost your quote" . They were apologetic and said they would call me the next day with a quote, well, they never called. Two days later, I called again. Again, they were so apologetic and advised that they had found the rotor's, however, they were the cheap ones. I advised from the beginning that I was wanted quality parts and would pay for them. I was told they would do some more checking and call me back....another two days went by....no call. The final time I called I was told the same things...sorry, been busy, can't seem to find the rotor's......blah, blah, blah. One last time I asked them to check again and was told they would call the following morning....it is now 3 full weeks later...I am still waiting for their call. What did I do? Went to NAPA, bought all the parts (top of the line) and paid my dear brother $150 an axle to do it....Job was done in one day, works perfectly.
Just because your shop is busy is no excuse for the way I was treated. I love to support local small businesses, however, this one...NEVER! Plain and simple...they were not interested in my business.

Very good place to get your car diagnosed or even a place to stop just in case you think there could be something wrong with your car. I went there this morning and Steve helped me out right away although there garage was pretty full he had someone attend to my needs right away and got me and my car out of there in less then 45 minutes. Other places were telling me it would be an all day process and sky high prices for a simple check. Woodcrest Auto Service has very good prices and very good staff who knows what there doing. This will be my new place to service my vehicle thanks Steve will be back this week to do my other services.
