I sent in my 98 Honda Civic for a new motor. Was promised a removal and replacement of the motor. Instead, shop removed and rebuilt my original motor without my consent. They lagged on the entire project, did not do ANY work on the vehicle for one month and a half. Had many communication issues even after all paperwork was reviewed and understood. Mechanics lie to you completely. First was told my short block was un usable. Then was told the short block was fine and they put it all together to drop in. I insisted they check the short block and the mechanic assured me he did, but soon enough i get the call telling me the short block needs a rebuild. They also tried sticking me with a pick a part motor that wasn't even the original motor so it would not have worked. The customer service was horrible sorry to say, and the quality the same with an entire one month and 2 weeks of the car being in the shop, with NO work done what so ever. I was also told to drop off an exhaust to be put on the vehicle, which they then claimed was an illegal exhaust (Even though it isn't) and sent me home with open headers. Not even putting on my catalytic converter, which is 10x fold more illegal than an exhaust! Drove the vehicle for almost 200 miles, already have a check engine light, rough and low idle, and my oil light goes on and off at complete stops. Their entire "rebuilt" motor, doesn't even have a new oil pump in it (which is causing the oil light to go off). Moreover, they insisted on replacing my suspension and was offering me $750 for junk yard suspension. Which i obviously turned down, however they installed coilovers to lift my car up to make it easier on them, but it wasnt installed correctly. My rear passenger side shock popped out of its rubber groove. Thank God the coilovers are big enough, otherwise my tires would be rubbing right now. So in conclusion even the suspension was installed poorly. My opinion, is that they are extremely lazy. They also did not do a complete job, as most of the things are unfinished and many short cuts were taken. A lot of original parts were also lost, and replaced with ZIP TIES. Not professional at all. My quote for all of this was I believe $2,235.00. Where as next door at Evolution Motorsports, a tuning shop, quoted me a stage 1 entire full motor performance race build for $2,050.00. The price is enough said. My opinion, i will never take a vehicle to Adams Service ever again. I am honestly dissapointed in every aspect from my experiance.

seems like this shop has no experience with hondas. took my car to serveral places for inspection on overheating and i believe this place was the worse diagnostics they gave me. they told me i had cut and spliced wires and they would reconnect everything for 400 dollars and go from there. went i got home i inspected every inch of wiring and did not find one cut wire. thank goodness i decided not to go along.

This business is run by good people. And I mean that in the human sense. They're just good human beings. They value their work and they value their customers. They're extremely straightforward and do a great job with whatever you hire them for (in my case an emergency window replacement) and will even explain the process for you while you wait for it to be completed.
Their prices are extremely good and their service is much better than a lot of the competition.
I'd recommend them for any window related work. They also do powered window repair if thats something you need. Extremely helpful and easy to work with.

Great family run business!
My husband took my car here today to get my windshield replaced because after contacting a few shops this place was the cheapest and closest to home. They were able to get him in right away (same day). They fixed my windshield and not only that, they saw that the molding around my original windshield needed replacement and did that for free. No charges nothing. Just saw that it needed replacing and did it. Now that is great service! I'm sure other places would've either charged for that extra service or tell us it was needed and charge it. I'm so thankful they fixed it out of the kindness of their heart. Will be recommending this place to others!!

Got a pretty big chip in my windshield last week driving home from Havasu. Called all around and got prices ranging from $600 to over $1,000 for my convertible windshield. Everyone told me it would take weeks to get it in since it had to be special ordered and 4 days later, I have a new windshield thats directly from the manufacture and I paid 1/4 of the cost. Called Ray with All American and he gave me an amazing price, lifetime labor, and didn't try to sell me things I didn't need. I will be referring him for sure!!!

Talked to them and got a price, I let them know I was waiting on another quote but hopefully I would be calling them back soon. The other store I requested a quote from still hasn't contacted me! My girlfriend got a fix-it ticket for a huge crack in her windshield this morning and I went straight to Yelp to help her find a place to get it replaced. All American Auto Glass was first on the list w/ 5 stars and I called them for a quote. They quoted a great deal less than anything else I saw online so we went in w/out an appointment and they had it done within 15 min. It was quick, painless, and nothing short of a 5-star experience. I must have been there on an off day but they told me 45 min and 2 hours later I got my car. The window I had replaced held my antenna in it. After a couple days of not getting any radio stations I took it back to show them the antenna connector is bad. They told me the window was fine and that I should go pay for an external antenna. Why would I pay more money for an antenna that worked fine before the new window with connector? 200$ for a window that I waited two hours for and get no stations. I will never go back.

I had a crack through my windshield and I did some shopping beforehand. One of the places I called first was All American Auto Glass and they quoted me $120 for replacing the windshield and everything included.
Then I called Safelite and the guy told me it would be $208 +$25 for them to come to my work. I told him.
that was a little high so he "randomly" found a $40 off coupon and would bring the glass down to $168 +$25 to come to my work. And that they "make their own glass and it's well worth it." I told him that was still too high and it would be at least over $200 and I received a quote from a different location for $120 and he tried to convince me that I would be paying $120 just for the glass and about $60 for labor. So I called AAAG back and the guy said the price was flat out $120.
The quote time was an hour, but I think it only took about 25 mins.
Moral of the story, don't go to Safelite.

Got hit on the freeway in corona by a massive golf ball in Riverside - called around to a bunch of places, but All American Auto Glass was the only company that could come and fix my windshield in less than an hour. They showed up earlier than the quoted time, and had the correct glass to replace my windshield - they turned a stressful and frustrating situation into one that was quickly forgotten and I was able to continue on with my weekend as planned. I cannot overstate how happy I am that I found All American Auto glass, after being quoted over $500 by the auto dealer for a window replacement, All American Auto Glass not only replaced and cleaned the broken glass out of my car but they did it expeditiously and for a very reasonable price of $100. I had my windshield replaced today. I had a not so good experience at Go Glass. So I called this place and he beat their price by over $60!!!! I was like heck yeah! I love saving money! They have great prices. It all depends on the year & make of your vehicle.Ray is the person I spoke to on the phone, very friendly person. I was greeted immediately with a smile when I walked in which is always nice to see.
When they got to my car it took about 30-40minutes.. good, quick service is a plus. I didn't get the name of the other man but he was friendly as well.
When I saw my windshield I was so happy..They did an awesome job. My windshield looked beautiful like when I first bought my car. I drove home with the biggest smile.
I understood that there is a lifetime warranty on labor so if you have a problem with your windows they will fix it for you.

I had my windshield replaced and the guys were friendly, professional and fast. I called three other places and they were also the cheapest by far. In my opinion the new windshield was installed better than the factory one was which had glue exposed on the sides. I couldn't be happier with my experience with All American Auto Glass replacing my windshield and will be back if I ever need new glass again.
However, two weeks later while on the freeway I got a chip in the new windshield. I called and was told to bring it in for $30 instead of the normal $50 for a repair so I did. When I arrived I was told the chip would still be visible which I accepted as being the standard outcome. The whole process took 25 minutes total and not only could I still see the chip I could also see two small cracks coming off the chip. This peeked my curiosity so I googled windshield chip repair when I got home and watched three different videos for kits you can buy at the store for $10-$15. Each kit took 45 minutes to an hour and afterwards I could not see any signs of a chip having been there and I definitely could not see any cracks. I firmly believe he rushed the repair job and did not do it correctly. He didn't even clean the windshield around the chip before he started which they said to do in each of the videos. I really wish I had seen the videos before I called and just done the repair myself. Now I continue to worry that the chip/cracks will eventually spread.

This place is the best! Called at 8 am to get a quote. He not only gave us a great price but the customer service was great! He said to bring the car in at 11 but the glass ended up coming in a little earlier so he text us and let us know we could bring it in earlier. When we brought in the car they not only replaced our backseat window they even vacuumed up all of the glass that was shattered in our car! Definitely recommend this place to every one!!

This is the place to go for windshield replacement! Someone had shot an air-soft bullet at my windshield and cracked my window on the 91 freeway. I called and spoke with Ray for a price quote. He was friendly and helpful in answering my questions. The labor took one hour as mentioned, which was not too bad. My windshield looks fresh and new as ever. Overall, I was satisfied with the customer service and quality of work done. You will not be able to find great quality and prices like this anywhere else! This place all together is great! My new bmw had a broken windshield I called all American auto glass for a estimate and same day repair.. I was amazed by the service!! They had my windshield fixed in no time and in the same day!!! Best quote I found. He even called back a few minutes later and offered me a lower cost, saying the employee I spoke with gave me wrong quote! Good experience here. I had a huge crack in my windshield going across the driver side to the passenger side. I called and they quoted me $150 over the phone. The price changed once I got there and they told me $200 and gave me some weird story about my cars body style being different rent than the year it was made. I still don't understand what they were talking about. And I tried explaining it to my husband and he said it doesn't make sense. My car is a 2013... So it would be a 2013 windshield, not 2014 right? I don't know. Anyway this controversy jumped the price up $50. So despite that whole last minute change in price, I had good service. My windshield is fixed and looks good! I dropped my car off and walked to the burger joint across the street. I thought they would call me when it was done, but that didn't happen. I walked back over after waiting 2 hours and saw that my car had been sitting there for awhile. I would have appreciated a call when my shit was done so that I wasn't waiting around longer for no reason.

They most definitely have the best price around. I've changed 3 windshields in the past through other glass companies and this place offers the lowest of all.
I unfortunately had my vehicle broken into today and the thief shattered my front passenger window. My friend referred me to this place after finding out my insurance's referral cost was over $300.
Ray picked up my call at 8:30am and was very helpful. He quoted me $109. Their prices DO start at $99 and I don't recall any customers paying more than $150 here.
When I arrived, I had to wait about an hour and a half before they could work on my car because they had to rush order the appropriate window from their supplier. Luckily I was in no rush to leave so I didn't mind the wait. They do accept appointments and drop offs as well. I witnessed Ray helping 4 customers before me, he does a good job! Both him and his team replaced 2 SUVs and 2 car's windshields within 2 hours. A lady walked in and got her car back within an hour while I was still waiting for my window to arrive. When my window did arrive, it took them 10 minutes to install and I was out the door.
My only con about this place is that they offer lifetime warranty on labor but that's it. Then again, the price I paid was affordable to me and the quality glass doesn't seem like cheap plastic either.
I definitely recommend this business!
A lot of larger glass companies charge $230 at the least for a windshield. I'm glad my friend told me about this place! Yaasss!!

There's a reason these guys have a terrific rating--they're terrific. My driver's side window was smashed, so I called All American as well as two of its competitors. All American quoted me the lowest amount ($129), scheduled me to come in that same day, did the work in one hour, cleaned the glass out of my car--it was all over the place--and charged me exactly what they'd quoted me. I had 2 small chips on my windshield from rocks on the fwy, they hadn't spread to full cracks yet, just small chips, but the guys were able to fix both for me within 45 mins for just under 50 bucks. He said, "Oh yeah, that's simple. We'll take care of it."
I waited in their office for it and Rommie (Rami? Rommy?) waited with me the whole time. He's a cool guy, very chill and down to earth. No upselling or pressure to get anything additional done. I took in a Kia Rio, had someone smash the right rear passenger window. I had called some of the other places mentioned and they all had told me that they had to order the part, so I had to wait for them to receive the part. Came here because a dang rock chipped my windshield, new I had to get it filled fast before it started to spread. Drove by and found this place. Guys here are super friendly and prices are reasonable. I was told by another shop that a chip repair would cost $75 bucks! This place is has good and proper pricing. Based on the yelp reviews I gave this place a shot, made a call and Ray quoted $125 to fix my windshield. After making several calls around the area they seemed to be the most affordable. When I called back to make an appointment, I verified that the price would be $125, with him agreeing I was pretty happy about getting my windshield fixed the next day. When I pulled in, the staff was very friendly and I was out within 20 minutes because they had two guys working on my car. After it was fixed and I was getting ready to pay I told the guy Ray's quote, he said he could do that. Calling Ray to verify, he said that I misheard him and that it was $150, after he hung up the phone the worker began to justify why the price was what it was and how he was surprised/confused when I told him the original quote. It may not sound too much of a price difference but as a college student it can be a bit of a struggle. After driving almost an hour to this place, I wasn't going to waste any more time so I just paid and left. Although they were quick at repairing my windshield, just triple check the pricing before you invest your time and money.

A rock on the freeway hit my windshield and it cracked and continued to crack. It was not safe to drive with the windshield cracked. Went in for my appointment. Needed to get a windshield called to make an appointment. Show up the next day to them with nothing on the books for my appointment. They made an excuse that the other guy yesterday on the phone said "I never said I was going to come in." Yet I asked if I needed to pay over the phone when making my appt. I felt he was quick to get off the phone when making the appointment. But with ALL the great YELP reviews I didn't worry to much. So some how they ordered a windshield out of nowhere and that one came cracked. So he returned it. I think the guy was just trying to make an excuse to cover theirselves. He did try to make it right but when you make an appointment sometimes there is a specific reason or time frame you have. That is not adjustable.

Outstanding.
I woke up Saturday morning to find one of my rear windows had been smashed in. I felt violated and I was upset.
So, I started calling shops in the Riverside area. I got the same spiel from most, if not all, of them, "The rear left window on your vehicle is rare. We will have to order it. We can repair it on Monday for about $240."
I did not have time to wait until Monday. So, I called All American and they told me that they had a connection with a local warehouse in the area. They sent a runner to retrieve the window while I headed down there.
I was in and out in 1 hour. They vacuumed the vehicle (there was glass EVERYWHERE) and even matched the tint!
All said and done, $140 out the door. Almost half of every other quote.
These are my guys now. As long as I live in the area, they have my business.

I had a brand new car not even a month old and a rock hit the side of my windshield. Unfortunately I did not see the chip until the next day when there was a crack about 2 ft long. I called American auto glass for a quote which they said was about 150. I was a little skeptical that the price would be that low. so I took it to the place and the service was quick. The final price was 160 including tax. The windshield looks like the one that came with my car. I am very happy with the result.

This place was awesome. My car got broken into during the night, the whole passenger door window gone. they fix it for me the next day after a big let down from my insurance company there prices were awesome. My second visit was even better I had my windshield replace with a great deal. Thank you so much. They were very kind, understanding and professional!!!

Had to get window fixed because it wouldn't close. Called around, All American charged $100 less than others. Though to be fair the others didn't SEE the window. Great service, had window repaired in an hour. Would definitely go back!

I was looking for a place to get my windshield fixed. I came here and instead of them trying to sell me a complete new windshield they said they can repair it for a minimal cost! Instead of spending a couple hundred I only spent about $40. I will always come back! Thanks Guys.

This place is great, I was given the best service, at the best price. They ordered the windshield for me, installed it, and I was out in less than an hour. The family who owns this place is extremely nice, and know how to run a business the right way. If I ever have to get a window fixed or replaced, this will be the first place I will come to.

Super awesome customer service, I had made an appointment at 10 but didn't show up till 1130 had a few things come up before my appointment I called Ray to let him know and he just said it's OK get hear when you can so I did. Once I arrived the welcome was very kind. Turn in my keys and the car went right in the shop. I had my 9 month old daughter with me and with in 30 to 45 it was done fast and professionally. I would completely recommend this place everyone I know.! Also, the price is the best in town.

This place is go friendly n quick I had my window broken on Xmas n they replace it quick n the most important thing they didn't charged me an eye for the window I own a 90 nissan 240sx and parts for this car are expensive I quoted several places the highest I found was $258 their price $145 with my window tinted I'm so glad I found this place!!

Came here because the price quoted was low. Had an appt at 10. Came here at 9:30. Did paperwork and car was started around 10. We were promised it would take about 1 hr. One hour later, all that was done was the vacuuming of the broken glass. And that took him about 10 mins. When I asked what's taking so long, and why is no one doing anything, they said the glass isn't here & they are waiting on the glass. When it comes, it will only take 5 mins.
So I finally left the place at 11:30. The glass took about 10 mins to install.
Why would you make an appt for me at 10 when you don't even have the product and it finally came after 11? My time could easily be spent elsewhere than sitting here watching you do NOTHING. This kind of business pisses off to no end.
I hope I don't have to go thru this again. God forbid I should, but should it happen again, I would not be coming here.

I came here a couple months ago when a rock cracked my windshield. I did a Google search and found this place and was shocked at how easy, friendly, and quality the whole experience was. Within an hour of calling the shop, my car was in getting fixed. And 25 minutes later I was on my way. This is a family-owned and operated place that operates on a hand-shake and word-of-mouth. They process insurance info in the snap of a finger. The two brothers I worked with were super. I'll be coming here again if I ever need more glass work on my car (but hopefully I won't need their services!).

Sept 2013 update:
Came here for a windshield crack from a rock on a freeway. Many other shops would not even try, and would rudely reject but this place told me honestly they would at least try, and if things did not work out, i'd get a good deal on a windshield for my brand new civic.
Turns out they PERFECTLY fixed the crack i was so scared about. it was on the spot and executed with detail to prevent further windshield damage. These guys are so nice and remembered me from so long ago as if im a family member returning. They are respectful, do not mind to discuss any questions, and do the job right.
PROS: YOU SHOULD GO HERE!
GREAT PLACE for auto glass tint electrical etc just ask! I like to build good relationships with car shops then become loyal. The manager Ray is so honest and respectful, not to mention helpful. His family had another car shop too and his brother gave me a really great deal on a tint. This place is excellent so helpful and even if he cant offer his service, Ray or anyone else there will guide customers to a good shop.

Took my Prius in- I called around and their price was 50% cheaper. They started the job on time and finished on time at the agreed amount. They then discovered that as a result of the broken window ( my car was broken into ) ,, it wouldn't go up and down, so they worked on it for another 30 minutes free of charge to fix it. Amazing professional service.
I recommend them highly.

My windshield was removed and replaced and they did a good job, however, there were other issues. I ordered my windshield and came in the day after they said they would have it. When I came in it was a hassle to even figure out where my windshield was and then they said they wouldn't have it for another couple days. I wasted my time and gas. A phone call letting me know of the delay would be the professional thing to do. Lastly, they broke my rear view mirror. It would have been appropriate to let me know of that too. I don't recommend these guys. Definitely not a 5 star place.

Had a huge crack on my 2012 Honda Civic windshield I called around and was quoted the best price at All American Auto Glass. Others quoted me at $225 and I ended up paying $175 (: They did an awesome job and even replaced the trim around the windshield. They gave me excellent customer service and the quality of the glass is amazing. They replaced the windshield in less than 40 minutes and they had a great variety of magazines while I waited. They are friendly and no upselling they give you exactly what you want, so happy I came here.

I think it is better to come in and try to make them match the best price you found online. Glass is top quality and great service. Finished within one hour. Worked out great for me. Called couple auto glass shops and this was one of the lowest in town. Quick and easy. Only thing is that they have old magazines, so you may want to bring your smartphone or iPad while you wait.

I support this business wholeheartedly. They fixed the windows to my BMW quickly and being that it is an older model they took their time to make sure no clips were broken and no problems remained. I had the same window fixed before by another shop but they botched it and after 4 months I heard rattles. So I brought it to All American and they looked at it for no charge, diagnosed the problem and fixed it no time. It's been more than four months and it still works. They were friendly, like family friendly, and honest. Thanks. I highly recommend this business.

I called and was quoted cheaper than every other shop in the area and it was in stock. I also was able to have my vehicle worked on same day even though I called at 1:30pm. When I arrived they where very nice and professional. Very clean waiting room with TV and magazines. I was in and out with in an hour.
