Center Auto Body has worked on 3 of my cars over the past 15 years, all 3 times due to major auto accident damage. (People seem to aim at my car.) They are by far the best body shop I have ever had work done at. John Silva, in particular, is very enjoyable to deal with and makes the process easy & quick. I could not provide a higher recommendation of them - unless I could give 6 stars. I have referred 4 people to them over the years, and they have had all good things to say about their experience. A car accident or car damage is a lousy thing to have to deal with, but surprisingly I've come out of Center Auto Body with a smile on my face after every visit. I am extremely picky about a paint finish ending up just like new, and it has every time. You'll be more than pleased.

My car was sideswiped 10 years ago. The side of the car they fixed still looks brand new They handled everything, I dropped my car off, picked up a Volvo rental they arranged, dropped it off when my car was ready. Done... never had to fuss with insurance. Also fixed my previous car. Again they did a great job. The manager actually found some overspray in the wheel well when I went to pick it up the first time, and I had to come back, but the fact that he spotted it and did not try to hide it was commendable.

I had my vehicle repaired at Center Auto Body last year. Several things stand out: - they did not properly prep the surface before painting the hood. The spots were rocks had chipped the paint are still clearly visible. - they broke several plastic clips and did not replace them. The plastic license plate panel keeps falling off now, and I have to use super glue to keep it in place. - they broke several of the clips that hold the wire harness for the headlights in place. As a direct result, the sagging harness got clipped by the radiator fan blades. - bolts and screws are missing front to back Overall, this is a place that caters to insurance companies more than the customer. I will not go back.

Terrible. Atrocious. Disgusting. Slow. Lazy.
The first thing that struck me was the professionalism. The shop owner is an old disgusting angry man who sits in his back room barking at people while making unprofessional comments about his staff.
They mishandled u insurance claim from the start and then, rather than admitting their fault, decided to badmouth myself and my insurance company for no reason. The repair took 27 days for a repair that should have taken 5-8.
The gentleman who seems to be running the day to day operations admitted that they didn't have a full staff and couldn't keep up with their light work load. You could tell the guy in the back was slowly running the place into the ground because no one wants to work there.
Avoid at all costs.
