Firstly, if you have Triple AAA hopefully you don't get into an accident in Palmdale because they will send you to this place. Which closes at 5 and there is no where to drop your car or keys off and it is in a sketchy neighborhood. We hit a dog on the freeway which caused damage to my front fender and radiator and had it towed here.
After a $6,000 quote which should have been around $3,500 for parts and labor, after 3 weeks with still no car everyone from the shop each time I would ask the status of the car would call me stressing out because they didn't know how to fix the car. Until it was decided the car needed a new engine, even though my car only had 50,000 miles on it. After almost a month and a half later and $10,000 in repairs from hitting a dog, I still get a call saying they can't figure out something with the temperature gage, even after the new engine was put in.
Upon picking up I noticed some valuable items in the car had been stolen. I have no idea why Triple AAA works with this company. Please don't take your car here! Bad customer service. Total criminals.

I am also a Triple AAA member and had my car(s) fixed here in the past. Those experiences were positive with both the quality of work and customer service.
My most recent experience was not a pleasant one. My vehicle sustained damage to the rear bumper. I brought the vehicle in and was told that it should take 3 days and that I would probably need a new rear bumper. I am flexible and realize that sometimes it may take a day or two longer.
This stretched into a total of 12.5 days, which caused an inconvenience for me. I had to initiate the majority of telephone calls to check on the status of the car only to be told that the shop was waiting on a part to install with the new bumper. Were the employees rude or impolite? No. Did the employees answer my telephone calls? Yes. Did the employees keep me informed? Only towards the end of the 12.5 day ordeal.
12.5 days for this job was way too long and went well beyond a reasonable time for completion of the project. The shop could have done a much better job in obtaining the needed part and keeping me informed. Would I recommend this shop to my family, friends or colleagues? No. Would I use their services again? No.
If you are a Triple AAA member, there is at least one other pre approved repair facility in the Antelope Valley.

My car's been through it and was in dire need of a facelift. I dropped my kids off at their track meet in Palmdale (since those things go ALL DAY LONG) and took in my car for an estimate. Glad I took a chance on these guys. Jeff's honesty, excellent customer service and sense of humor made it worth the drive to get the job done here. He even got me a great deal on a rental. A friend recommended I drive from Burbank to Palmdale for repairs after my car was broadsided in a hit-and-run. Although the drive was long, the last few shops I had been to in the San Fernando Valley were unreliable and made shoddy repairs. Needless to say, I was ready for a change.
After making a call to Jeff at Precision CARSTAR, I knew the drive would be worth my time. I brought my car in the same day, and Jeff walked me through the AAA claims process. Jeff provided me with a breakdown of the work that needed to be completed, called with regular updates along the way, and I received my car with all of the necessary repairs less than a week later.

I wish there was a 0 review rating on yelp. After what should have been a week repair that turned into a month; I got my car back and within 2 days my car's transmission started to slip nearly causing another accident. I took it back into them and having them ride in the car with me, they acted like it was something I had done. Turns out there was a damaged transmission line that they didn't repair, causing it to leak transmission fluid so the torque converter wouldn't work properly. Jeff and Mario are the only two people you can speak to in the entire company, and although Mario is very friendly, Jeff just freaks out and acts like he doesn't know how to fix things.

I couldn't have been happier with my experience working with Jeff at Precision. The man is a master of his trade, both from a mechanical/autobody and business standpoint. He is creative with options depending on the budget and offers solutions most never think of. On top of his expertise and professionalism, he takes what is typically a stressful nuisance (car repairs) and turns it into something fun (the man is f.u.n.n.y!). I was involved in a small fender bender . Brought my Dodge Ram to precision carstar. My truck was completed before the due date, Not only that I was very happy with the quality work. I took my 2006 Honda civic for a front collision repair. They perform an excellent job and staff was helpful. They updated me through the whole repair process. When i was scheduled to pick my vehicle i was impressed by the work that was performed. The paint job look really new. It looked the same way when i purchase my vehicle. I would highly recommend this location.

The driver's side side view mirror was busted on my brand new car. Paint from the car that hit me was swiped across the front and rear driver's side doors. Brought my car into "Rick" for a quote. There was no waiting. He had me out the door with a quote in 10mins. Brought my car back in to get the work done. Again, I was helped immediately. They installed the new mirror (saved unused/unbroken parts for me), and buffed off the paint super quick. I was in and out of there in 30mins! The car looked good as new. Probably one of the best auto body repair experiences for me, ever!
