They quickly diagnosed my problem (disconnected spark plug) and fixed it right away free of charge! Yes, it was a small, very simple problem, but I still believe they know what they are doing. When I contacted them initially, they diagnosed the problem over the phone (and they were right!) and they were very on top of things - they recognized me because the AAA had contacted them. I was told by a mechanic friend that $30 is a fair price for a spark plug problem, but they didn't ask us to pay anything. They also did not try to inflate the problem - I am a young female, and had 4 other friends with me, we were clearly heading out on a long trip to the beach and it was pretty apparent we did not know anything about cars, so I wouldn't have put it past some mechanics to take advantage of the situation, but these guys were very straightforward. They communicated clearly, and said all they would have to do is reconnect the spark plug, and that unless the there was something wrong with the threads, it should be easily fixable. When I asked further questions about the threads problem (like if they'd need a part, how long it would take, how much it would cost...) the head mechanic (I think owner) said not to jump the gun and he'd come talk to me if there was anything else. Though this all doesn't really speak to their skill with actual, difficult problems, I am confident they know what they are doing. And their clarity and fairness is a major plus! Overall great experience!
