I have been RVing my whole life and know rigs well. The detail this place goes through before they put them on the lot is amazing. And I assumed the rig I bought was "as is" which is what everyone else does with used rigs, but not so here. They stand behind their rigs with a warranty. I would definitely buy from them again but I don't see that happening for a long time as I think I will be getting a lot of miles from my new rig.

I know this because they send all their motor homes to my shop to perform smog, safety and any repairs or service I see fit, they do not ask how much they just say make it right and I do. After I went to 2 "mega" rv dealer service centers (one of the big dealers we purchased from) all told me to except my refer tempture ,too warm. Yes I know the refer works on heat, and the temp is related to outside temp. But my beer is still too warm. I have had 3 rv's in my long life and I know this is the first rig that gave me hot beer at the river, B.S. to the other "BIG" service centers. These guys (Derrel) got me cold beer. We just bought our trailer from Jamie Beltran. Living 250 miles from the RV Spa in Upland could have been challenging, but it wasn't. Jamie answered all our emails, texts and phone calls and was AWESOME to deal with!! Stacie walked us through all the paperwork and was very professional. Lastly, Johnny in the Service Department did our walk through and covered literally everything inside and outside the trailer. If I could rate my experience higher than a 5, I would. Our new/used class A Terra XL coach is beyond our dreams.
The price was far below all local similar type, size, even exact style of the one we bought.
The so called big super stores , wanted as much as $50,000 more, yes $50,000.00.

If you don't mind the old SWITCHEROO, The RV Spa is the place for you! They're completely dishonest & absolutely not upfront. Tammi Higley, the sales associate, appears to be all over the place & speaking out of her ass on deals she can't follow through on.
After weeks of planning, and back & forth communication between Tammi Higley & Yvonne Khalilieh, we drove 450 plus miles from Sonoma County to Upland to purchase a fifth wheel. A unit that we were never told had a deposit down on it already, even after they knew we planned to make the long trip. We were told that the price of the fifth wheel would still be $46,995, even though the reduced price on their website listed $47,995. And if the current people with a deposit wanted the unit right away, we'd get the 2017 en route in its place. Otherwise, we'd get the unit on the lot. (Later the $46,995 was crossed out by Tammi after she photocopied the written offer for us, and then wrote a "7" over the "6", while stating "Yvonne isn't going to be happy".)
The day after we left, and after leaving a large deposit & expecting The RV Spa to keep its word, we received a call from Tammi & were told we were not getting the fifth wheel for the same price, even though she had told us that we would more than once. It was now $5,000 more, but "discounted" to $3,000 - as if she were doing us a huge favor. And, that discount didn't include the taxes, registration, care package, etc. We've spoken to Tammi on the phone a couple of times since, and needless to say she isn't as friendly as she was when she thought she was going to double down on multiple RV sales. She recklessly gave us a deal & price without checking with the owner, Sammi (Essam Khalilieh) - who won't back up the words of his sales associates, apparently. We have yet to hear from Yvonne or any management. You can't even get a hold of them.
Poor business. SHADY business. Let's hope they actually destroy our deposit.
*NOTE: As of 5/22/16, the Sandpiper 371REBH still listed for sale on their website is the one already sold with a deposit down. Don't get fooled. Tammi told us the price for it was $46,995, even though the reduced price states it's $47,995. Perhaps that's the price she & Yvonne gave the other buyer, even after telling us via phone & e-mail there was no wiggle room for price negotiations on this unit.
5/25/16 - we just bought a 2017 Sierra 371REBH from
in Ohio for approximately $4,000 less than the 2016 Sandpiper 371REBH for sale, but not for sale at The RV Spa. If we would have purchased the 2017 from The RV Spa, it would have been $5,000 more! With Couch RV were able to build our trailer to our liking, with all of the Sandpiper choices, but added a central vac system. Our final price ended up being OTD what it would have been with The RV Spa, but only because we don't have the time to drive to Ohio & paid for delivery to northern California.

Very whiney mean and rude customer service and it stems from the top down!! No consistency regarding company policy on merchandise purchases and returns. We spent $2,000 on rv repairs a couple months ago and really found their service good, but then the true colors came out when we last week ordered a part for our rv, the service dept guy ordered the wrong part then tried to blame us for it. When I returned it he made statements to me that my husband gave him the wrong part number, yet I was sitting right there while my husband was talking to him on the phone. I had to return it and was treated very badly. We will not go there anymore!! We were looking at possibly buying a new rv from them in the near future absolutely will NOT now!! Very creepy!!

I purchased an r-pod 179 in April of this year. I love it!! I am really happy with all the professional and friendly service from finance with Yvonne, to Tammy my salesperson, to Jeff in service (and the technicians)and to one of the owners who recommended a weight distribution/anti-sway hitch. Tammy was a fantastic sales person and helpd me with my trade and suggested the 179 which really fit what I was looking for in a new little RV. She was very comfortable to be with and clearly knowledgeable. Yvonne was so helpful with my transaction. I had surgery and there was a delay in my ability to handle the paperwork. She went the xtra mile as far as I was concerned. Jeff, the service manager, and his service team have been phenomenal as well. He has been extremely helpful in items that I needed for my RV. He and his team are friendly, knowledgeable and treat me like family. When I have stopped by for RV needs, I am greeted with a smile and hello. You rarely get service like I have found here anymore. Professional, friendly, responsive, with excellent pricing. I feel really fortunate to have purchased my RV with them. I truly believe that I am treated like part of the family. Thank you RV Spa! We purchased our first travel trailer in April from RV Spa. We had been looking at travel trailers for months. We visited a number of dealers within a 30-mile radius.We drove 50 miles to pick it up in Upland from our home is SW Riverside county. My wife saw this trailer at another dealer and loved it. The RV dealers near us who carried the same brand were all out of trailers, but she found it in Upland.
We dealt with Jamie Beltran at RV Spa. There were four or five phone calls before we visited the dealer, and we were able to handle all of the processing over the phone. Jamie had all the ducks in order, and on April 1, we drove to Upland to pick up our new trailer. We love it and have gone out twice by ourselves, and my son and his family are using the trailer as we speak. We will be hitting the road again next week for a couple of days in the mountains.
I would have given RV Spa five stars, but we purchased a solar panel to charge our trailer batteries, and when we opened the package, it was obviously a returned item, and there were parts missing, so we could not use it. They refunded our money. There was no hassle returning it other than driving the 50 miles to return the product.
After our second trip, we discovered the hot water heater was not functioning properly. We didn't need to use it on the first trip as we used the facilities at the campground resort. We were able to bring it local to another RV dealer associated with RV Spa, RV Ready. I dropped the trailer off at RV Ready and they found the problem right away. There was a broken thing-a-ma-jig that controlled the on/off switch for the hot water heater and was replaced. My son told me the hot water heater is now functioning properly.
All in all, the purchase was pain-free and everything went smoothly. I would have given five stars, but I believe the solar panel kit should have been inspected if it was a return, and all the parts should have been included.
I just want to give a shout out to the mechanics and other folks at RV Ready and RV Spa. The guys at RV Spa were very helpful explaining the different functions of the trailer as far as grey water, black water, fresh water, etc. Marcus at RV Ready is really helpful. I dropped the trailer off at RV Ready and Marcus took care of everything for me. When I told him the problem, Marcus pretty much diagnosed the issue from what I relayed to him. I had the chance to see how incredibly busy their maintenance department is. Those guys are running all day long. I hope they get paid well. When we went to pick up the trailer, we spoke to a couple of the maintenance employees, and everyone, without exception, was extremely courteous and helpful.
I would recommend RV Spa and RV Ready to a friend.

I did my reaearch before placing my high-end RV on consignment with RV Spa. They were just about the only dealer with mostly positive Yelp reviews, which was important to me. It took several months, but Sammy eventually negotiated a deal that was good for me and the buyer. He made sure the minor squaks were fixed properly for the new buyer. For me, it was a no-hastle transaction. RV Spa obviously cares about its reputation and (Yelp) rating, and the results show in their performance. I will definitely go to them again both to buy and sell an RV.

What an excellent experience we had at the RV Spa. We found the staff to be honest, courteous and knowledgeable. We had an awning repair, as well as our generator checked. Jeff in the service department was a pleasure to work with.

I've been meaning to write a review since buying a new trailer from The RV Spa.
I had done quite a bit of research as to what models we wanted to look at. The RV Spa had all the brands and models we were considering, so it was great to be able to look at them in one location.
Overall, the experience was great. Everyone was great to work with and they took really good care of us.
Although we've only been able to take the new trailer out a couple times, we love it and appreciate the help from everyone at The RV Spa.

Jamie Beltran was a great help to us as first-time RV buyers. I walked in initially thinking I could rent an RV, and Jamie explained that they did not do this but after spending some time just visiting with her and her happily showing me some trailers that would be lightweight enough for our vehicle to tow, I was slowly beginning to think it might be possible for my husband and I to purchase a trailer. I left, sent my husband by a few days later for him to see for himself. No pressure from Jamie, she was always just pleasant and helpful. Jamie stayed in touch via email for any questions or concerns we had. A few weeks went by, a month went by, and we finally were able to get our finances together to make the purchase, which went smoothly. We were looking for a dealer who would take our 9 yr old motorhome for sale on consignment. None of the dealers in Orange County would even respond to my email inquiry. Tammy at The RV Spa replied right away. After a detailed email exchange discussing the condition of our RV, we took the vehicle out there to let them see it in person.
We negotiated an acceptable price, signed the consignment agreement, and left the vehicle with them on a 90-day deal. They sold the rig in little more than 30 days. We did have to drive back out there to sign the bill of sale, but it was totally worth it.
Perhaps we could have sold the rig privately for a higher price. However, we would have had to advertise it, show it to a bunch of strangers, figure out how to get a large payment from a stranger plus do all the DMV paperwork on our own. Frankly, it was worth taking a lower selling price and letting The RV Spa do all the heavy lifting.
Everyone we met was friendly, cheerful, outgoing and helpful. Our overall experience from start to finish was truly excellent and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

After 2 months of waiting, numerous phone calls and excuses as to why my name wasn't correctly put on the wait list, we were finally able to bring in our 30ft fifth wheel. We were in, on automatic payment and ready to go. After 3 months we were given a price increase notice which we unfortunately had to accept. 1 month later I receive an email stating that this company is "expanding their retail" and we need to pick up our trailer. Ridiculous!!! What is even more frustrating is that we have a family member storing there as well that did not receive this notice. After visiting the place to see what's up we have found that no other trailers were moved. I don't their reason because we were good customers. But their retail was not expanded and the only conclusion I can come up with was our trailer is a little older and they didn't like the way it looks.

I do not write reviews very often, but this one was worth my time! I will start off by saying that we do not know the owners and any one working here prior to the purchase of our camper! I HATE reviews when you can tell it is family and friends saying everything wonderful and you can not trust the review!
We honestly just stumbled across RV spa on a Google search looking for a trailer that has a weight that could work with our existing vehicle. We had been to so many other big dealerships and I can honestly say, the sales people never felt like they were being honest with details and what would be best for us and our safety for that matter. With our sales person Tammy she was straight forward and honest and made great recommendations from her personal RV experiences. Never trying to up sell us.
Now this is not a fancy or flashy place at all! Don't expect a big fancy show room or anything like that. But to be quite honest, we could have cared less because of the service we were getting.
We picked up our trailer last night, did the walk through. The service manager John, blew our expectations out of the water! HE WAS GREAT! So patient and took all the time we needed even though we could tell they were very busy with other customers. Never felt rushed.
So just to prove this is an honest review, there was one service guy that was good, (he was not bad at all) but was rushing us a little showing us how to hook up our trailer and we were a little confused and unsure if we could do it again on our own. So we started to get a little stressed out, but I decided to let John, the service manager know and he was right there helping us out and did not make us feel stupid for not getting all the first time.
And I will say, the first guy was good, but you could tell he has done this for years and knew his stuff but he ran through everything like not problem, you got this, you're pros!! loll and we're not. :)
OHHH and Johnny, the service guy who did the Inside walk through! Absolutely wonderful!!!! The trailer was spotless (they cleaned everything) and had the a/c running, the frig cold! So we could see that everything worked!
And I feel so bad the lady that help us with our paperwork! Did a great job too! I can't remember her name :( But all our paperwork was ready when we got there not errors, we were done in no time! Loved the efficiency! :)

When my wife and I decided that we were finally going to pull the trigger on our first travel trailer, the first thing we did was go online and look up different RV places to check out. After reading horrible reviews about giant rv and mike thompson's we decided to give the RV spa a try. I saw online that they had the exact make and model trailer we wanted for about 1500$ cheaper than anywhere else so we contacted them and setup a day to check it out. Being new to the RV game I had a lot of questions and Jamie was awesome at answering anything I asked her. While talking with her I never felt pressured into buying anything or felt like I was getting fed a bunch of BS. We liked the trailer and price so much that we put a deposit down on it that day and picked it up a few days later. The whole buying experience at RV spa was absolutely delightful and painless. The whole staff was awesome, from Jamie that sold us the trailer to Staci that handled all of our paperwork, they are truly good people. The RV spa would be the only place I would recommend to buy a RV! Thanks again Jamie!

My wife and I have been looking for a motorhome for about 5 months already even went to the big show on fairplex and everywhere we went the salesman seemed like we needed to earn their business some were outright rude. Then we came to the rv spa after reading their great reviews online and let me tell you we felt like we were right at home they treat it us with respect and interested in explaining every single detail on the rv we were interested in. Sammy was a great help and a very professional person you won't think you are talking to a salesman but a friend, Sammy and his wife run a very friendly family oriented business the kind that you don't see anymore. Although we have not yet decide if we will buy the coach I highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for an honest, friendly buying experience The Rv Spa is the place to go. Just bought a pre-owned fifth wheel toy hauler trailer at The RV Spa. I was incredibly impressed at how well they prepped the trailer and fixed up just about everything.
They went above and beyond and did an extremely thorough walk through of the entire trailer (addressing any issues that were discovered) before even letting me sign the paperwork. The walk through lasted 2.5 hours!! Every light switch was turned on and every system was tested in depth. My pre-owned coach is incredibly clean. The service technicians were very knowledgable and they really cared about their work. It really shows in how nice my trailer looks.
I visited a TON of other (and much bigger) RV dealerships, and the RV Spa walked circles around all of the others.
I felt I got a great deal on my trailer, and I would recommend this place to anyone.

My husband and I came here after seeing an advertisement they had placed on RV Trader for a pop up trailer- we had been wanting one for quite some time and wanted to get a good deal and the one that was advertised looked perfect. We met Tommy and he showed us the trailer and gave us the details about it. We asked several questions and he answered each one honestly and just was a really friendly guy. Our kids were bouncing all around the place and he didn't bat an eye, which we appreciated, as a lot of people would get all crazy about kids who were excited to be in a "house on wheels".
In the end we left to think about it and spent the next month continuing to look at trailers and kept thinking about the one we had seen here- it was a great price, especially compared to the several ones we looked at with private dealers (people wanted to sell trailers in crappy condition that were 10+ years older for MORE than this one) and we kept getting the owners telling us that their trailers were in "great condition" while we were looking at broken parts, staining, etc. Riiggghhhtttt....
So, we went back to the RV Spa and met with Tommy and told him that we'd like to see the trailer again- he remembered us, too. I had priced it on the NADA Guide and it was priced right on the money and we knew that they would be willing to deal with us at least a little bit. My husband said an amount, Tommy said another amount and they met in the middle, which was exactly where we expected to land. It was an easy transaction and we sat in the office while the office manager, Stacy (I hope I'm remembering her name correctly) got all of the paperwork ready and our kids played with Lego's that they provide for kids when they come in.
A week later, we went to pick the trailer up and one of the guys in the service department went over all of the functions with us (okay, my husband did it and I just watched, LOL) and popped it up and broke it down. Everything worked fine and we actually ended up purchasing an Interstate battery from them, too, for the trailer- it was priced less than any retailers around. We were also given a free trip to the Mountain Lakes time share and all we had to do was sit through a 40 minute presentation- it was an ideal weekend for us to try everything on the trailer out. All in all, we are very happy with our new trailer and highly recommend going here if you're in the market for a new/used trailer.

Excellent customer service. We saw an add and came here first on our shopping excursion. We were not disappointed. We were looking at a 31' trailer. The salesperson was honest about our SUVs ability to tow it. He could have just sold it to use and let us wreck our car in the process. We fell in live with the trailer and will be going back just as soon as we upgrade to a truck!!

My husband and I purchased a trailer here and have had problems with it since day ONE... We took it back the first week with leaks and they had it for a week and Still could not fix it...They sold us a warranty saying you can go anywhere for repairs and found out you cant unless you are over 50 miles from them...When we came back they scattered and hid so no one was around...Sammy all of a sudden says he works there he wasn't the owner...(his wife was)...Please with the bull**it...would NEVER BUY FROM THEM OR RECOMMEND THEM....There are to many reputable places that take pride in what they sell and tell the truth versus getting your money and giving you the finger on the way out.

I looked high and low for our dream r.v.
After a lot of looking, we found it at the RV Spa. A gently used 35 foot. Hitchhiker 5th wheel. Price was important , but getting what we WANTED at a great price awesome! Paige was very helpfull in arranging a great financing deal for us also.A much better rate than Navy Federal would do for us. The walk through at delivery was very thorough and. Things on the inspection sheet were gone over item by item. All in all a great no hassle experience . Will recommend to fellow RV'ers.

I love reviews,,,,,,I purchased a 21 toy a few years back from these guyz and they are great. One of the vents recently cracked due to age, so I went to Giant RV. It took them 45 minutes for them to tell me that they cannot get that part. I went to The RV Spa service guyz and within 2 minutes, the guy ordered the part for me and sent me on my way. They are very knowledgeable in the products they sell as well as having a great service dept. I would highly recommend these guyz.

We bought an used travel trailer that we fell in love with at RV SPA. Tammi Higley went above and beyond our expectations from a salesperson. She spend over two hours going over every feature on the trailer we bought. Tammi even corrected an error regarding the tires and put brand new tires on the trailer. When we picked up the trailer the staff in their Service Dept. spent as much time as we needed to make sure we would know how to safely handle our new trailer on the drive home. I was given everyone's personal cell phone numbers in case I have any questions or problems. RV SPA is not one of the super RV Stores that could careless about us. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. We received the type of customer service that we expect and that we didn't receive from one of the big box RV dealers that we visited. Now it is time to head off on our first excursion!
