The best switch I've ever made from the local dealership to P & M for cars services/repairs. This company operates an HONEST BUSINESS when it comes to servicing your car. They have continued to save me hundreds of dollars for services that the local dealership has over charged me for in the past. I'm a loyal customer. Taking your car to a body shop is usually something no one ever wants to do. My parked car was hit on Thanksgiving at a gas station & this was the first time any of my cars been in an accident. Choosing a body shop was stressful but a family friend recommended R&D bodyworx & I swear I was so impressed by the customer service & more importantly, the quality of work that was done on my car. I was out of state while my car was being worked on, & Rick the owner even dropped my car off at my Mom's house when it was done. Rick was so nice & Reeva who works in the office gave me updates on my car frequently. Definitely recommend this body shop!!!! -Brenna

The guys at this shop are amazing. They have worked on all of the cars my husband and I have from fixing cars after accidents, to custom paint jobs to replacing windshields. Recently we had a totaled car, and I was panicked, but every person we talked to at R&D was comforting, and put our minds at ease. They are trust worthy, and honest, and always provide quality work, and they will go to bat for their customers when it comes to issues with insurance companies.

R&D is the ONLY bodyshop where I would bring my car in to get fixed. Not only do they make your vehicle look better than it was before, the customer service is above and beyond. My car was supposedly a total loss (says a guy from the first bodyshop i brought it to), but Rick saved my car! He was telling me not to worry and he'll take care of it. It was amazing how I didn't even have to deal with my insurance company with the claim. I just dropped off my car, gave him my claim# and Rick did the rest. Dave was very kind and helpful too, he answered all the questions I had and arranged enterprise to pick me up for a rental.
The paint job was flawless! very shiny as if it was brand new! the huge dent that was on my car seemed like it never happened. i wish i took before and after photos though. bottom-line is "they had me at hello". I'm glad I met Rick and made the right decision taking my car to to his bodyshop.
so if any of you get into an accident and are told that your car is a total loss, bring it to R&D to be saved!

R and D is the greatest and I told them that. I was rearended a few months ago and State Farm covered the repair to my vehicle at another shop but unfortunately they left out a small part. I met Brian from a BNI meeting and had him take a look at it as well as some minor damage that I did myself. I talked to Dave and he ordered the part that the other place left out, we set up an appt. for the day after it arrived, and he fixed both that as well as the damage that I caused, all told it took about an hour and a half. While my vehicle was being repaired, they had someone shuttle me back and forth to somewhere I could hang out and wait. Everyone was extremely nice and nonstressed. They all made me feel very relaxed in what is usually a tense situation. Thanx guys!!!

No one ever wants to visit a body shop unless they are intentionally restoring or upgrading their car. That having been said, if you have the misfortune of being involved in an accident and "your baby" has been damaged and you're looking for the perfect, and I mean PERFECT place to have it repaired R&D BodyWorx is that place. Why? It's simple...the quality of their work and their customer service is unparalleled. How do I know? The guys at the shop stayed late to have my car repaired by the following morning and then detailed my car (and I mean to the nit!) and then gave me another complete detail for free ( that's right FREE) that I get to cash in on 2 months from now! Seriously folks, who does that kind of thing anymore? So, if you want a hassle free repair experience get your car to R&D BodyWorx in Fairfield. As soon as you turn off the car, take a deep breath and relax because you won't have to worry about A THING until they call you to pick up your completely detailed, shiny and brand new looking car.

Rick, Chris, and Brian over at R&D are awesome! They take great care of my clients. This place has 5 stars because they were honest and their work was great. I got ripped off in a couple of body shops and I feel after the work was done I immediately want to write a review. Good price and goreous view to my BMW! I well refer them to any person I get Rick and Dave are the bst service I ever got! They fixed my bumper and problems I never seen! Thank you R & D!

I highly recommend R & D Bodyworkx! I have know Rick Violette for over a year now. He will do everything that it takes to get your vehicle back in the condition that it was before your accident etc, He is honest and hard working. What more can I say about R&D - Their customer service, professionalism, honesty, integrity and workmanship all speak for themselves. I recently took my car there and got it back looking like new. They even detailed the entire inside and outside of my car! I was highly impressed! This is the only shop I will ever use when it comes to auto body. I refer all of my family and friends to them.

My experience at R & D went way beyond my expectations. Car accidents are never a positive thing and then when you know you have to deal with the insurance folks, the body shop folks and getting a rental car, it's a bit overwhelming. The owner of R & D Bodyworx made the process so painless. A great family owned & run business, everyone was knowledgeable and made me feel like family. They helped me with dealing with my insurance company and called the rental car place to help me get a rental car set up. Amazing service; it was refreshing to be treated so well. I was given a timeline for when my vehicle would be ready and they met the deadline and the work they did was top notch. I highly recommend this business.

I love this shop! I have taken my cars to Rick on 2 different occasions; I was completely satisfied with the work that Rick and his sons (Brian & Chris) performed. Rick is very knowledgeable. He made me feel like a million bucks! Rick called me to give me the heads up on what was happening with my car, before the insurance adjuster called me. I would recommend R&D Bodyworx to anyone needing their car repaired. It's hard to find and honest repair shop and R&D are 100% honest and reliable!
