The staff at AV Mercedes are very nice and knowledgeable in every aspect of Mercedes-Benz cars. They had no problem when I wanted to see the work done to my car and did it in a timely manor. I had my E350 in for balance shaft replacement. If i ever have another issue with my car I will be back. The prices were lower than the dealer or anywhere else I called. Thank you AV Mercedes.

I was told that the reason I was loosing coolant was that my E320 had a water pump leak which the owner of the business had observed. As it didn't appear that bad to me, I return home with the vehicle. When I arrived at home I open the hood and found out that there was a pinhole leak in the coolant reservoir and that the water pump was not leaking. I replaced the coolant reservoir and everything has been fine.

The worst place to have your car worked on. I was involved in a hit and run and took my car to be repaired there. It took almost a year to get it back. The damage was not that bad but it took forever to get it back. The repairs were not done right and got tired of taking it back so I had it fixed somewhere else and now it's fine. For example who puts the wrong bulb in for the brake lights and now my taillight unit is burned out. Stay away

Suprised no one has written any reviews. They rarely answer the phone, the shop/lobby is a dirty disaster, and the work is average. And they are pretty rude. The owner yelled at me for ordering a part without him diagnosing it. (It needed a new key cylinder; pretty easy to diagnose) I am going to try Sal's and see how that goes.

I love this place. I have had them work on two different cars for me and both times they have done great work. They were very helpful and accommodating, friendly, did all the work in a timely manner, and did all the repairs at almost half the price of what the dealership quoted me. I highly recommend Antelope Valley Mercedes.

Saw two unfavorable reviews so I was a bit hesitant to go here for service, but decided to take a chance and take my wife's ML-350 for service anyway. I made the phone call to set up the appointment and was told that I could bring it in within the next few hours, I went in and everyhing was well explained and the pricing was within what I had expected. Vicky in the office was very professional and real helpful. I will be taking in my E350 when the next service is due which should be coming up shortly. For us it was a good experience at a fair price...I would definitely recommend to family and friends.

I do not understand the negative reviews. I live in OC and own rental property in Palmdale. My MB 2001 wagon broke down yesterday in Palmdale. I had the car towed to Antelope Valley MB...We got there at closing. The diagnosis faulty alternator. Promised car would be ready at 12 noon the next day and it was. Very pleased with the service and the quality of work. They are not rude. Very nice if you are nice...They called Enterprise got me a car.
