Quality repair, good customer service.

The repairs were conducted quickly and efficiently--perfect paint match too. Dealing with repair shops is often pain--this business is a pleasant exception. From the front desk gals to the paint guy--customer service simply exceeded my expectations. Thanks.

Awful customer service and even worse repair work. They don't even respond to customer complaints - I sent one 5 months ago and have yet to be acknowledged. Seven months after my car was "repaired", I'm still having issues. Just want my car fixed, we're not asking for any special treatment.

Worst experience I've ever had, not only did the repairs take 3 wks longer then planned (42 days) but now my engine light is on and my driver side door creeks among other things. Avoid at all costs!

Excellent customer service from the front desk reception to the technician. My Toyota had $11K damage, was brand new, and they worked with me 3x to fix the issues with the gas tank. Each time I was greeted and treated very well. I do recommend them.

The employee that I spoke with, Angie was very rude. I also waited while my car was getting and estimate and she was very rude to a customer and told him she never promised him anything and refused to give him a current update of the status of his car. She slammed down the phone as hard as she could after yelling "SIR GIVE ME JUST A FREAKING MINUTE AND I'LL CHECK FOR YOU!" After picking the phone back up she said "since you're so needy I'll call you every day at 9am how does that work for you??"

Voss did some warranty work for us. They were very nice and the work seems to be done well, but it has taken forever to get the work done. They don't return calls very well, aren't proactive with setting up appointments when the parts come in, and overall don't follow up well. It took follow up phone calls to make anything happen. We took another warranty item to another shop and they had it done the same day. I'm pretty sure Voss would have taken 3 weeks for it.

Fraudulent business! They tried to tell us that our van was not drivable, threatened that the police would ticket us if we drove it off the lot, we took it too many other places for repair estimates that said the car was driveable, even our insurance company said the car was driveable, Voss did this obviously to try and force their business on us. Highly recommend you take your business elsewhere

The body work and paint job was very good. But when the car was returned with 1. the steering lock unlocked. whoever adjusted the steering forgot to lock it. 2. One of the turn lights was not connected. 3. Adhesive tape under the door came off and stuck to the floor mat. 4. Air conditioner stopped working after the job. Not sure how it happened. I will not probably go back here again UPDATE I received a call from Voss Collision Center on my concerns. I explained some of my issues and why I left the negative review. I had fixed all the issues at another service center. So I did not need them to fix any of these for me. To my dismay the unapologetic voice was not really concerned about my inconveniences. All the person wanted was to take down the negative review.
