I can't believe that I am the first to review this place. I have been going there for 7 years. My entire family goes there with new and old cars/trucks. They are quick, courteous, competitively priced, thorough, and honest. There were two things about this place that immediately got me to be a repeat customer. First they were fast and professional. Even with a long line of cars/trucks the most I ever had to wait was a half hour. I have never seen the guys at this place screw around or chit-chat instead of working on your car/truck. They are all very fast and professional. Second they let me know about any other problems or maintenance issues and politely asked if I wanted anything done. They did not do anything else without consulting me first, AND they were nice about it. That was the first experience at the Oil Station and it has been like that ever since. I highly recommend this place if you like a quick and professional job done without any BS.

The ONLY reason I give this place 2 stars is because the nice associates who work for a yam-bag of a boss. I use to come here for the past 2 years and get my oil changed. I went there recently to have a regularly scheduled oil change and decided this time to get a coolant flush. I got the 79.99 coolant flush and days go by I'm low on coolant. Notice fhat I had a leak so I drive it back they said my water pump is broke I need a new one. Not even an offer for a refund let alone a free oil change next time NOTHING!! So I had to my mechanic and spend hundreds of dollars for a new water pump.

I advise All future customers to Avoid being ripped off by the Owner and supervisor regarding how they distastefully handle this "so-called" business. I heard more rude talking, laughing about their personal life and flirting with women instead of servicing the cars properly especially for a simple oil change. The oil change service was deplorable. The associates unfortunately are being trained by a Trifling Supervisor and Owner. I hope those associates look for real company to work for. That way, they will get trained by a competent and intelligent supervisor and owner.

Disgraceful. I have been going to the oil station for over 7 years. I went there for all my oil changes, transmission fluid changes, and tire rotations. They have serviced my Corolla for all 160k. As of 2 years ago I started noticing a change in my oil change price. It started creeping up past 40 then 45 then 50. During this time I have never had an issue with this high price oil change but I definitely started to once the demeanor of the employees started changing. I used to get a brief summary or even a "hey, ya might want to check this out" ...but the last few times, nothing at all! Makes ya feel like another yupee walking through the door! This last oil change was over $60! That's absurd to say the least! When asking for the breakdown, I was told they increased the price of the oil filter alone to $15! I immediately repeated this information outloud for all the customers to hear. Looking for something off, I told them I was coming there for 7 years, this is too high and I'm done here, the girl then repeated to me "yea, wow that is a big price difference and I know I have seen you in heat for a while....." thats it! She didn't even pretend to give a crap about taking money off! Which I heard through the grapevine as I was there, that was the owners niece! Anyways, this place isn't like it was when I started going there and the prices are outrageous! I got it, times are changing and prices reflect, you just got to remember the longtime customers..Good luck to ya Oil Station, I see the help wanted signs but dont price yourself out of the business! Oh, and I would have gave ya two stars for the employees buuuut yea...

Paid close to $100 for an oil change. Less than one week later the check engine light comes on. Find out from the car dealer that the oil cap was not secured properly. Cost $200 to clean up the oil that got all over the engine. Went back to oil station to tell them what happened and owner/manager wasn't there. Employee took all of my info including copies of the invoices and she told me I should hear from him the next week. Well it's been over 2 weeks and I haven't heard a word. You'd think I would at least have gotten an apology. Nothing at all. Beware if you go there and your check engine light goes on shortly after.

My boyfriend and I went to change my oil yesterday and he suggested that we go here. I followed him there and parked my car. He was trying to find a place to park so we could both go in. When I got out of my car I saw that my boyfriend was fighting with one of the managers(we didn't know he was a manager at the time). Apparently he pulled up behind my boyfriend and was waving his hands behind him and yelling. They got into a fight and the manager refused to change my oil! I wasn't even the one fighting. I found this very unprofessional and rude. If he's the manager he shouldn't be starting fights with customers and refusing service. I wouldn't suggest going here due to the unprofessional nature of the employees. Horrible experience.

I went here for an oil change and it was incredibly well done and very expeditious. Very professional and really welcoming. This place gets such a bad wrap because its in a crappy small town. One persons grudge is the entire towns grudge. I recommend this place to anyone.

Slow and inept. Took 35 minutes for oil change. Said they filled wiper fluid but didn't. Never reset service timer so it still shows I need an oil change. Will never use them again. Gave them one star because you can't give zero.
