After our accident My 8 year old son and I took our Pontiac to Miracle Auto Body. From the time we walked in the door the kid friendly staff made us feel we had come to the right place. Miracle Auto Body took time going over the repair list and assured me even though parts had to be ordered,the repair would take only a few days. Miracle Auto Body even made arrangements for us to rent a car while my Pontiac was being repaired. I am very satisfied with Miracle Auto Body work and appreciate the fast friendly service.

Went in to get my truck painted. Wanted jams painted and rocker repair.Told me would have to charge me more for sanding. I said fine. I wanted truck to look good. Said would be done in 3 day's, we'll it was done in 2 days. When I went to pick it up, it looked like hell. This paint job cost me $2000.00. They told me the only way they could fix it was for me to pay ANOTHER $2000.00 Now you tell me what business charges you up front for giving your truck a better sanding job. Amazing! Mike at Miracle is an honest business man. Last week I took my car in to have a dent and broken tail light repaired. He did not pressure me into spending money to fix a dent on my older, high mileage car. He recommended I purchase the part online to save money. I bought the tail light assembly on Ebay and when I returned to his shop to have it installed he charged me NOTHING for the labor. Another body shop was trying to get me to pay over $600 for the same thing. So glad I went to Miracle for a second opinion.

If I could give Mike & Miracle Auto Body more than 5 stars I would. Our son was in an accident in Chico and the car was towed to Miracle. Mike was so great to allow us time needed to work with insurance and figure out a plan. No pressure and extremely understanding of the unfortunate circumstance. A real good guy in every way possible. I had a misfortunate encounter with one of those parking lot wheel stops in my 2007 Honda Civic and ripped off the bumper cover when I pulled back from the wheel stop. Thoroughly embarrassed, I tried to reattach it in the parking lot. Knowing it was a temporary fix at best, I let my fingers do the walking and spoke to Kevin at Miracle. He said bring it over. It was 4:30 PM, just about closing time.
Kevin looked over the situation and immediately got his hands dirty and reattached the cover, more securely than I had it. When I asked him" how much", he declined to accept any payment. Throughout the whole encounter, he was personable and professional. I would highly recommend this body shop to anyone in Chico looking for a fair and honest body shop.

My daughter attends Chico State and had a little parking lot "meet and greet" with another student. We opted to forgo insurance and have both vehicles repaired at Miracle Auto Body.
Mike the owner is a dream to work with. I'm in Los Angeles and we handled everything by phone. As the parent of a college student himself, he understood my concerns about safety and took extra care to check out my daughters vehicle completely before she drove back to the LA area for winter break.
The quality of their work is excellent - both cars look as good as new and everyone
is very satisfied. Mike's estimates were also very accurate. He's an honest, reputable
businessman - one estimated/ordered part wasn't needed and he returned it and credited us that amount! When's the last time that happened? The work was also done in a very timely way - both vehicles were repaired in the amount of time estimated with minimum inconvenience to both parties.
I wouldn't hestiate to recommend Miracle Auto Painting & Body Repair to anyone who needed auto body work. Their estimates are accurate, prices fair, work excellent, and they are pleasant to deal with. Well run, reputable businesses like this deserve your business. Honestly the least stressful auto repair I've ever had!

I'm blown away.
I read the Yelp reviews before I went in, and the're spot on. Wait till you hear this!
The owner, Mike, is great. Down to earth, helpful, genuine.
I have an old Mercedes roadster and started noticing some areas of concern with the paint. One was a spot that had pulled away from the door handle and I was worried about blisters, peeling and rust.
Mike walked the car and told me all about my paint job. Assured me this was, indeed, a good paint job (couldn't have said it was junk and I needed a new one :). He wrote me an estimate for ALL the repairs I wanted to make, then told me what it would cost to do them individually.
THEN GUESS WHAT HAPPENED?? He said, "Deb, I think you should live with this for a little while. That area on the door could stay just like that for the next three years for all we know. I'd go to Courtesy and get the factory touch-up paint using the color code. It'll cost you around 12 bucks. If you want, bring it back here and we'll touch it up for you, no cost. If it gets worse, if you start to see rust, if it's driving you nuts, then come back and we'll paint it." Then he tells me how he'd take care of it, preserve the pin-striping, etc.
He says, "If you come back in 6 months, I'll honor that estimate."
The guy could have made a thousand bucks off me today.
So since he didn't actually paint my car, I can't comment on that (although the other reviewers unanimously said it was great). But for his expertise, honesty and customer service? Five stars. Thanks Mike!!
Oooh, almost forgot!! There was one more thing I wanted him to look at, and that was replacing the power window motor on my driver's side door. He said, "I'm going to send you to this other place. They do that sort of thing on these cars all the time -- they're the experts. They'll get it done in half the time that we will."
Right? Unbelievable.
