I want to thank everyone at vision collision for helping us out with such short notice! My car was involved in an accident and the passenger rear was pretty bad and I knew it was going to need a lot of work. I have never been in an accident before. But I did my research after hearing about this place. I've got to say I made the best choice ever my baby looks new, just like the day I first laid eyes on her! I went there cause I had work done before they do good work but when I took my car they freaking switch my two front tires put old ones on the front I didn't have pictures of my tires I couldn't prove it ladies take pictures of your car and tires

I brought my Honda Pilot into Vision Collision Center and asked Francisco if he could fix my rear license plate that someone tore off the whole license plate. He immediately said yes and said it would take 90 minutes and $60 to fix. After I took my car to four places and everyone gave me a song and dance including The dealer at Honda World Downey that it couldn't be fixed. I would have to order a whole new back bottom hatch door costing tons of money. Francisco was clever and fixed it so nobody could ever take off that license plate again. My car was ready in 90 minutes and it was even $10 less than he quoted me!
I love this place! They are honest and do fantastic work!

I have to rave about this place - someone dented my car door at work, and my co-workers told me that this was the place to go. Turns out, they were right! Chuck and Francisco returned all calls, emailed me a quote, worked with my time frame, worked with the price I needed, and did a great job. My car door looks perfect again, and they couldn't have been nicer about it. Everything they quoted - prove and time wise - was right on the button. Thank you for all your helpfulness and good work!

I was referred by a friend and it was the best decision I've made, trusting Vision Collision with Lola! They left my Lolita tippin' better than she was before the accident! They are very welcoming and updated me on the progress as they fixed my beauty! Engine is running smooth, all my electrical is working great, and the paint job is magnificent! Vision collision shares the building with straight pipes exhaust and mufflers. So I was always in here, when my wife and daughter had a car accident I had the car taken to Francisco at vision. We love the work in customer service and would recommend the shop to anyone. I recently took my 1965 Pontiac GTO for some minor issues and it came back better than before . The staff is friendly and a pleasure to work with.

Took my 2015 GMC Yukon in cause some A-hole backed into it. They took care of it in the time they said they would. Also upon delivery the washed the entire vehicle and shined up the tires. I have unfortunately had to have work done on my car due to an accident. I brought my car in the day after my accident and was able to get my car back in a week! Francisco and Lupe were very nice, easy to work with and very helpful between the insurance companies and their running around and lack of response. Lupe called the companies to follow up so that I can get my car back in time when the repairs were done (you know how bad claim departments can be with insurance companies). When I came to pick up my vehicle I was so pleased with the job they had done, my car looked like new again! Thank god! Since my car will barely be a year for me in March! Thank you again Francisco & Lupe for your great work and customer service! I would definitely recommend Vision Collision Center to everyone!

After a little fender bender in a parking lot, my 2005 F-150 was in much needed attention. The driver-side door, and driver-side rear door were completely damaged. I emailed Vision Collision Center and received a quick and friendly response from Francisco. As such, I took my truck down and Francisco took a look at my damages and gave me a reasonable price. He even guided me on ways to save money if I purchased usable doors from a junk yard. After a little research, I found the (2) doors that I needed and gathered other parts. Francisco and I coordinated a drop off date. He estimated the truck would be ready in about a week. Moreover, he referred me to a rental car location; their fees were great. Long story short, I was speechless. My truck was done on time, and my truck looks brand spanking new. Just like the day I bought it back in 2005. If I ever need any body work done on any of my vehicles, I will take it straight to Vision Collision Center. And for those of you that are reading this... I am a very picky and particular person. Vision Collision Center is not a micky mouse place. They provide A+ Quality work! Thank you Vision Collision Center.

I purchased a used 2005 vw beetle. After driving it I noticed a noise coming from the passager door. I had taken it to craftsman across the street. To be told before theycould look at my car it was appt only and could possibly see me the following Tuesday???? Well I thanked them and told them I would go across the street. Before leaving I took the yelp info on the door only then was he polite as I left. I pulled in to Vision Collision Center Francisco is awesome!!! He looked at my car and had it fixed in no time.!! So glad for craftsmans horrible service because I found Vision Collision Center ! Ive taken my second car and a friends to them since. Awesome work and Great service!!!

Wow! I cannot believe how great the customer service is at this place. I broke a piece of my own car and Chuck, the manager was able to complete the repair within 24 hrs. This was a terrible experience. I'd love to go into a diatribe as regards the myriad cut corners, lack of follow-up, discrepancies between promised/performed and the overall value, treatment and service, but that should suffice for now.
All I will say in detail is do not trust them to do anything that is not in writing. Confirm literally every detail in said written record and expect to have to pay rather dearly for any/all issues that can be even slightly defined as not obvious.
There's running a business and there's taking advantage of people; these folks utterly fell into the latter category.

I had an accident on the 605 freeway back in May 2014. As my first time accident I was clueless and stressed as to how insurance would play out and in finding a good reputable body shop. I learned about Vision Collision though a referral and I am glad I did. The owner Francisco is an honest individual who cares a great amount for his clients and will do what is best for his clients. His wife Lupe is exactly the same way and she helped me with the insurance portion of this ordeal. She was awesome and on top of her game. My 2012 Kia Optima was in an out in about a week and the quality of the work done was amazing. I highly recommend this duo and will keep them in mind for the future.

Thank you sooooo much Vision Collision Center!!! I had a car accident couple of weeks ago. This shop was recommanded by my friend. I can't believe how fast and how perfect job they did! I brought my car in thought it would have to take few days to fix. NO! I was in and out of the body shop the same morning!! Can't be happier! The owner is a super nice guy.
