Jeff from Beach Cities Paintless Dent Repair honestly rescued and salvaged what was originally a stressful, unfortunate car situation. Less than a month after purchasing my brand new Kia Forte hatchback (and well before my plates even arrived), my car got a 2-foot long dent from a wooden post (and a poor valet service). I felt like I wanted to faint seeing my brand new car dented with white scuff marks from the post. The silver lining was that none of the car paint scraped off so I looked up local paintless dent removal services on Yelp, and Beach Cities had the most - and highest average - reviews. The process was so easy. For someone who works full-time, I knew I had no time to stop by just for a quote. Luckily, from their website, Beach Cities gave me the option to text photos of my car dent along with just my name and phone number. Within an hour or so, I received a call back. Jeff owns the business from what I remember, and is actively running it so he was the one who returned my call. I could not have expected someone more courteous and understanding on the phone. Also, even with my crappy iPhone pics, he had a good understanding of how the dent looks like and how he would approach the repair. He even gave me a quote on the spot and an estimated time it would take to fix. I felt it was a reasonable price so I opted for the service. Dropped the car off the next day, carpooled to work, and was dropped off to my car at the end of my work day. Despite the fact that the impact and nature of the dent stretched the metal on the car door, I was really pleased with the results. Anyone who doesn't know where the car dent was located could not find it when they tried searching! My brand new car was saved and Beach Cities just secured a loyal customer :) though I am seriously hoping that I would never have to go through this again!

I brought my truck here last Saturday to be detailed. Tom from Beach Auto Sound recommended going here. I actually wouldn't say that Tom recommended, but rather insisted I bring my truck here. Tom knows me really well and knows I'm all about quality. I had the top of the line package done with the truck. I picked it up yesterday and was extremely impressed.
Jeff was really cool and did a really good job. Really good doesn't even come close to explaining the job he did. I'm not kidding when I say he cleaned/detailed every inch...every nanometer of my truck, including every bolt/screw on the vehicle (engine, frame, wheels, spare tire...you name it). They removed every single inch of dust and dirt. It didn't matter how tight of a space the dirt was in, either way, it was removed.
This is not your typical detail you would get at a car wash or dealership. The detail you receive here is a true detail where the owner and associates spend days, not hours, detailing your car. I dropped it off Saturday morning and retrieved it yesterday. Tom told me that when finished, my vehicle would look better than it did brand new at the dealership; sure enough it did!
Jeff really does care about his work and product. That guy is so meticulous. They don't do that ghetto detailing of wiping the vehicle with greasy crap the way other places do. The tires don't have that ugly greasy look to them when finished. This is definitely the place I will be bringing my vehicles to, moving forward.
I'm bringing my car here next week for the same detail package I got for my truck.

Bought a new 2014 Ford F-150 Supercrew about a month ago. The finish on tbe truck was horrible, from sitting on the lot for so long. I called Jeff, he said he could take car of it. Boy did he ever. My truck is beautiful. Jeff did an amazing job. Thanks Jeff

Went here and had my car professionally done by Jeff. Turned out better than I could have expected! Was very friendly went over what he saw on the car before he even started. Afterwards went over in detail over everything again showing what he fixed. Honestly you get what you pay for and here you definitely do!
