Never personally have I been so lucky to smash a vehicle, however, if I ever do i would definitely take it to Pats. Everyone I know, takes their dents to Pats and say they would not go any place else. I have never seen anything but quality work from there n I have seen a few.

Great experience at Pat's after hitting a deer. I started out at a local dealership that my insurance company worked with directly, but soon realized that their customer service seemed sub-par. Pat's worked directly with my insurance company's estimator providing a thorough inspection of damages, even finding a damaged radiator that the dealership did not. While my car was in their shop, they provided me with a no charge loaner car which was a great convenience. I was amazed to get a call from Wendy two days after I dropped my car off saying that it was ready to be picked up. Pat's Auto has been the best body shop I have ever dealt with both in terms of customer service and quality of workmanship. If you want a body shop that will exceed your expectations during and after the repair, I would highly recommend Pat's.
