I am a little late in posting this review but better late than never. After the dealer wanted to charge me $1800 to fix an engine issue I took my mini to WF Auto and they fixed it for the cost of about half of the dealer quote. They also advised me that I have a few items that were still under warranty that mini dealer should fix without charging me and they were right. This was about a year ago and I've been taking my car to WF Auto ever since for all my car needs, oil change, breaks, even nails in my tires. I have a 3 hours daily la commute, my baby runs into a lot of issues.
The WF guys are always nice and helpful, the shop is also clean and spacious. I love that they're honest about what your car needs and won't find bs things to fix so they could charge you more. Which auto shop would tell you to bring your car to the dealer because some things are still under dealer warranty?!?
I recently had my Mom bring her car to WF for a transmission service as well as an AC issue. Ravi was really nice in explaining what needs to be done. They had to order a specialty part and got her car done within a week. Also, they were nice enough to send pictures so I could show my mom the work required and progress. Seeing the pictures put her at ease since she has always worried about taking her Benz to a non-dealer mechanic.

Came here for the first time a few weeks ago for a flat tire and got great service!
I have an older Corolla and was in need of a lot of work.
Made an appointment with the helpful owner Will and was back the next week. They were flexible with working around my schedule.
I ended up getting new brakes and they did a great job with my transmission rebuild for a reasonable price.
Their turnaround time was spectacular, I was able to just sit there and wait for my car to be finished.
I would definitely recommend this place to anyone! I will for sure be back here for any maintenance in the future. Felt good coming in and not being pressured into doing any unnecessary repairs!

Been taking my cars for service here for about a year.. Always very upfront and explain exactly what the issue is by physically showing and explaining it. They also provide the same transmission services you would get at a dealership for non dealership prices. Can't imagine going anywhere else!

This shop is by far one of the BEST in the Chatsworth area. Not only do they specialize in repairs such as maintenance and transmissions, but they also do alignments. If you need any work done to your car, this is the shop you want to bring your car! Edgar and his staff have worked on my car, as well as all my friends cars.
Also, Alex and Rabi are very knowledgeable, friendly and do excellent work. I would recommend to call ahead and make an appointment to get an idea when is the best time for them to have your vehicle inspected and if there is work needed to be done. Just like any automotive shop it can get busy. The staff is courteous, polite and very professional. They will take care you! This is the only shop I recommend to people in the LA area, as I came all the way from the South Bay!

Impressive, precise and most importantly, an honest shop. Rabi is the man! Finally, someone who is actually as experienced as they say they are!
I was referred here by a Beemer driver, but my little Nissan is up and running like a champ again!
I felt my car needed some work, so I came to this shop for some repairs, received great work & even better customer service.
I've had so many untrustworthy mechanics, but thankfully I'm really confident in the work I've had done here. I am certainly coming back here, should my '99 4-banger have another nervous breakdown.
Rabi had my clutch, brakes & tune up done in a timely manner & didn't make me feel uncomfortable or pressured about what I really needed. No up-sells, no bs!
Thanks so much to the gentlemen here for taking care of my wheels & having me safely on the road again!

I got here and I was approached almost instantly by Edgar he took my car around to test the alignment and came back quickly and let me know he was gonna start right away. I waited for maybe 10-15 minutes at the most, and their work was fast and efficient. My alignment was well done and the pricing was affordable. Definitely will be here again!

My SUV came down with the shakes as of late and I was in the SFV area. I found this place to have many positive reviews and decided to check this place out.
I called if there was an available time slot, thankfully there was!
They took me in a little earlier than my scheduled appointment.
Their shop was surprisingly cleaner than most garages I've been to. Definite Plus!
A few customers came by while I was I was waiting for my vehicle. All were greeted as the owners exited their vehicles, very friendly fellas work there!
Alex was working on my car while Edgar was greeting the other customers. Alex showed me what was wrong with the alignment of my SUV. I'm no gear head and know very little about all that stuff. Alex was very helpful in explaining what needed to be done with the Vehicle and didn't hassle with added services like the horror stories I've heard of about other garages.
Edgar, the GM, also informed me that there was a recall on the transmission of my vehicle. So thankful he did, I WAS NOT AWARE! Thanks, Edgar you're a life-saver, in all aspects of the word!
My vehicle no longer has the shakes while I drive. The fellas working here are very knowledgeable and I highly recommend this place!!

Have taken both my 2000 bmw 528i and 09 accord for oil change and shaved disks. And i have to say im very satisfied with both services. My bmw runs great and my accord brakes smoth, like it should.
Ive recommend this shop to my fam and friends already and will continue to bring my vehicles for any srvices needed. Their master technician is very knowledgable at what he is doing i can tell when i see a good mechanic and he is def one of the best ive seen.

Had the best experience visiting this shop.. not only was the staff very professional but it was very very clean and everything in order and on time as promised. They do just about everything like transmissions, 4 wheel alignments, engine work, to simple oil changes and brakes. Also Ac& heating for your hot days. ... Just ask and I bet they do it! The pricing is VERY VERY GOOD for the quality service you get! I'm defiantly going to refer all my friends to this shop!! I will be back soon. Phenomenal service! I normally take my car to the dealership for any maintenance or repairs. But due to a few less than satisfactory experiences with the dealerships, I decided to take a chance with this shop. The customer service was great. I never felt pressured for anything. I was in and out of that place in a very short time and the prices are extremely competitive. One thing you'll notice at this shop is the cleanliness. If they take that much pride in keeping their work areas clean, consider how this would be applied to your vehicle. These guys are trustworthy and I'd recommend them to anyone who needs any automotive work done. Customer for life here!

I have absolutely fallen in love. It is very rare to find a auto mechanic who is trustworthy while having competitive prices. William (the owner) and Armando took very good care of me and even let me watch the work be done. William and I had a very good conversation with one another (prior to knowing who he even was, I thought he was a customer). I will absolutely be coming back to this shop and would highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of auto repair. truthfully I hate taking my car in to the shop,dealing with mechanics regarding my car and work/servicing needed to be done to it. Normally I feel like I am going to get taken to the cleaners or they are going to tell me I have get this done or that done to my car for things they say has to be done to my car so they can charge me an arm and a leg for work they say had to done for my car to run properly
So when a friend of mine referred me to WF Automotive to get my car serviced. I called in spoke to one of the owners and explain the service I need done to my car. I was told exactly what their car servicing package included and was told of their special they were running. I was like OK at that price and all they included let's setup an appointment as it worked out perfect to bring in my car the next morning and that their was on my way to work off the 118 FWY and close to where my son's school is. I pulled up to WF Automotive, the garage was the cleanest auto repair shop I have ever seen,well lit and Armando came out greeted me with a smile and a hand shake,then explained their service package in detail of everything they would be doing to my car. While I waited Armando went over the invoice and I paid for the services done to my car using my new more secure EMV America Express credit card. By the time we were done with that my car's oil was changed and topped off, as well as all my other fluids. Filters replaced.windows washed. Both Armando and the mechanic went over a couple things my car might or would possibly need soon that I should be aware of due to my cars mileage and wear and tear to my car's engine and brakes. I got my key back and was ready to go as i was in and out in no time. But most importantly my car felt like it was running better after I drove off and all the things they added or replaced as part of their service plan was at a reasonable low cost compared to other places I had taken my car before.
I was so satisfied with the service on my first that was performed to my car and the friendly honest people working there from the mechanic to the attendant who greeted me, explained my services, took my credit card payment with their New EMV credit card terminal and kept me company discussing our kids,sports and stuff happening around the area as I waited. I ended going back a month or so later (this past week) to get my front brakes and rotors replaced. I met Armando again who took care of me and my credit card payment.I was introduced to Will the owner who was another nice guy who I talked too while waiting for my car.It seemed like the time flew by as the mechanic completed the work done to my car, test drove it and I was off to work satisfied again with my experience at WF Automotive. Do to the condition caused by my Brakes and Rotors. I was told my Alignment was off which i could feel, was quoted a discounted price and due to my comfort level established by WF Automotive I scheduled to have my alignment done this weekend.
it is nice to find a business that does honest work at a great price that is affordable to my budget. WF Automotive seemed like they have a cool team working there from the owner and his partners, to the mechanics. As they are a knowledgeable/ engaging staff that makes it easy for me to continue bring my car in and easy for me to refer then to friends and family who need work or servicing done to their ride. Needed some work on my 1970 Dj postal jeep. A friend recommended this place... Found it had been there for years but was under new ownership. Manager (Edgar) was a nice guy (49ers fan but I dont hold that against anyone) and was attentive and fulfilled his promise. Had the problem diagnosed by the time the next day they said they would and provided a fair estimate I felt to get the repair done. (tranny seal leaking..needed new seal) They offered me coupons for discount future oil changes as well as gave me a free inspection with honest recommendations of when other repairs will need to be done. There was no presuure to get it done now, nor was there any doomsday stories of how the car would fall apart on the road if I didnt get their repairs done this second. I felt that they were honest and hard working and really wanted to earn my future business. That is rare these days.. Mechanics get bad raps as people are always worried they wont get an honest one... They will get a crook.. I can assure you Edgar and Will here made me feel like a valued client and I left feeling like i had a positive experience with a mechanic. (yes, a positive experience at an auto shop... Im shocked also) If you are looking for a place that is fair and will treat you right, give them a chance.
