Fantastic in every way!

I have been to a lot of vehicle repair shops in my life, but I've never found folks as friendly, courteous, efficient, and hone st as Gary and Dean. These guys aren't looking to make a quick buck off of people. They take the time to get down to the root of the problem and offer the best solution. I wish there were more like them.

Outstanding service!

I travel a lot, leaving my wife and mother behind. I trust the people at this service station to take care of all their automotive needs. Not only are they always clean and polite, but are as helpful as they can be. They will even pump the gas, check the engine, etc. It's more expensive, but when I'm not there, it's more than worth it. And honest. I doubt they are the cheapest in town, but being able to trust someone like I trust them is "priceless".

Gary and his team are very knowledgeable mechanics. I Trust them with all of my automotive needs both personal and business. I recently purchased a 2011 GMC pick up and after an oil change at another local quick lube shop The truck began to run rough. I took it to Gary and he quickly realized that it was due to the wrong oil being put in the truck. Gary and his team removed the oil, flushed the engine and put in the correct oil, The truck is now running great again! Gary and his team have made minor to major repairs on at least six of my vehicles. I have found them to be honest, fair and dependable and that's why I trust them with all of my automotive needs including oil changes!

I have never, ever experienced a group of people in the vehicle service business as courteous and efficient as the folks here at Donnybrook. Gary, Dean and the crew went out of their way to provide help with a confusing problem with my vehicle at a moment's notice. The shop is squeaky clean, and it's obvious as soon as you hit the door how much pride they take in the quality of their work and the service they provide. They have made a customer out of me!

I've been dealing with Gary, Dean and the rest of the crew for over 10 years now. They are by far the most honest set of mechanics I've ever come across. They will let you know what the REAL problem is with your vehicle. They diagnose it correctly. They keep the place very very clean and all employees are very knowledgeable and clean as well. Go visit and get to know the guys and see for yourself. You won't be disappointed.

I have used many machanics over my lifetime. Donnybrook automotive is as good as it gets. ASE certified and they get all my warranty work. I always do my homework when it comes to costly repairs and Gary and his staff have always exceeded my expectation with regards to price, quality and workmanship. Gary has save me more $ than I can count from needless repairs. He and his staff are honest, caring, and compassionate. No one else will ever touch my cars. 100% trustworthy.

Naturally 2012 on here is a moron!!! Claiming these guys are racist. BS!!!These guys are the best!!! I know black friends that use them, and won't go anywhere else. The problem is clearly her!!! Best place Ever!!!! These guys are the most legit and honest repairmen in Tyler! As a lady, I never feel taken advantage of. I refer them to anyone I know!!!! I go here because they fix what is wrong. When an expensive item in my last car failed, they replaced it and the replaced part failed. They fixed it again, no charge. I was surprised, no one does that anymore. They stood behind their work. An older female employee of mine was being taken advantage of by a local shop, I sent her to Donnybrook, and they are taking good care of her.
