The only automotive repair shop in Willits I would recommend - I took my vehicle there at 9:00 for my brakes they gave me and my wife a ride into town so we could have breakfast by 11:30 they were done they stayed within the written estimate and I was very pleased w/ the work that was done.

I've only been in there 2 times now but Bill runs a tight ship..
good service and friendly mechanics..they even gave me a ride across town so that I could pick up my other truck at the body shop..also honest and only do the work that you ask them to do or what is absolutely needed..good place..

went to this garage for warranty work. also wanted to have a few other things checked out. the owner began by telling me to find him a part number for part to be replaced(thought this was strange) i then continued discussing the other work i wanted done with another employee, the owner came out of a back room and upon interrupting discussion implied i wanted "free work". at this point i felt rather insulted and no longer wanted to discuss any of the extra work i wanted to pay to have done, since it seemed too confusing. he then stuck his head under my car for under 5 seconds and stated there was nothing he could do for me if i couldn't tell him why my vehicle was broken. i then stated to him that i did not know why, im not a mechanic, and i was told part was broken by another certified mechanic, and that i was sent to his shop because napa told me they should be able to cover my warranty work since they participate in that program. i don't know why my business was refused???? im under the impression warranty work doesn't pay the garage well so they shoed me off? no clue. i was so angry by the time i left. maybe these here people don't like my hair do or something. i wonder how they would have treated my grandmother. i will try to bring in the part after a professional mechanic replaces it to see if it improves his eyesight any.
