By far the best auto shop I've ever had the pleasure to deal with. The job gets done right, and they're careful to let you know what parts and labor will cost if you need major work (before they start). Staff is friendly, courteous, I can't say enough good things. I recently moved out of state, and my experiences with shops here in KY have made me miss Loop even more. Truck has been in 4 shops up here, and even though I finally found one I can vouch for, I got ripped off 3 times in the process. If you need work done, don't waste your time and money elsewhere, this is one of those rare shops you can trust to take care of you right.

(3783)I bought a Jeep from here and absolutely love it. The salesman made me feel comfortable and the ladies in the office were professional. I would definitely recommend family and friends to stop by the location and buy a car. The best place I have been to in the San Antonio area.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME! The salesmen here are nice enough and friendly but you hardly spend any time with them at all, just to test drive or look at the car youre interested in. Unfortunately you spend most of the time working with the ladies in the office who are complete miserable shrews! They obviously hate their lives and take it out on you. They are very unprofessional and rude and unwilling to do anything to help you understand or answer any questions. I was so utterly disgusted by the lack of customer service that I refuse to deal with them. The cars are not half bad, theyre in good shape and payments I can deal with but I could not get past the trolls in the office. Trust me people, there are ALOT of other dealerships in the city that will work with bad credit and help you out. Take your money and your business ELSEWHERE, they obviously don t need it here at Dale s and Bartlett.
