I brought in my Subaru Impreza that had fender damage about 6 months ago. After comparing with two other places in the Miramar area, I decided to go with them. Their price was competitive (right in between what the other two other places had quoted), the actual shop owner was around which tells you there is somebody that cares overlooking the work being done, and they had some fancy old cars being restored. The experience was smooth, no trouble with my insurance and the car was looking like new and repaired on time. 5 months later I can't see issues with the paint.

I needed a bumper repair job and decided to check out Sacio. To be honest, I had a minor trepidation (because of one very negative Yelp review, more on this below) visiting this place, but I am glad I found them. The owner Javier is in the business for 30 years. His sincerity and pride in his work came across clearly during the first visit. Two days later, my Nissan Murano was expertly repaired. Through the whole process, Javier and Jennifer were professional and courteous.
Prior to visiting Sacio, I studied Yelp reviews of shops located in the western half of Miramar between I-805 and I-15. I found some solid choices (i.e. shops with dozens of good reviews). However, something about Sacio intrigued me. To begin with, this shop had (and still has) only five reviews, which consisted of four very positive reviews (which all gave 5 stars and used enthusiastic words) and one very negative one (with 1 star and equally enthusiastic words). Another thing I learned from the reviews is that the shop has been known to restore Ferraris and Rolls Royces. If so, they must have skills, I reasoned. It did make me wonder if they would bother to work on a Nissan, but my curiosity was already piqued. I visited the place and found out that they would indeed work on ordinary people's cars. I even asked Javier about the negative Yelp review. His answer satisfied me, and thus I proceeded to leave my car at the shop.
Highly recommended.

You will find no better place to get your car fixed if you're looking for collision repair.
I was recently involved in an accident. My 2005 BMW 545i was completely damaged on the driver side. I had some mechanical issues with suspension as well. I took my car to my mechanic who referred me to Sacio Enterprises. Boy, that was the best decision I ever made. From start to finish, the process was smooth. It was hassle free. They dealt with my insurance and took care of everything.
Diana is always there at the front desk making sure my questions were answered. I got to meet Javier Sacio, the owner, and he guaranteed that he would do all of what it takes to bring my car back to its original state. My car now done, it looks AMAZING! I can't even stress how good of a job was done.
For those looking for a place to get their cars done, look no further. This isn't your regular collision shop. If their years in the business, great reviews, and awesome customer service doesn't impress you, then their amazing restoration on million dollar classics or high end cars(Bentleys, Rolls Royce, Aston Martin, Porsche, Ferrari etc...) always being worked on should speak for itself.
Thank you so much Javier and Diana for the great work on the car. I'll refer and always come back if ever I need body work done. :)

I went to this place because of the previous review. I was very impressed by a variety of things.
1. Diana at the front desk cares about taking care of you and helping out.
2. Javier, the owner, is awesome. He ensured that my car got done on time and worked extra to do this.
3. The quality of the work that they do. My car looks absolutely perfect.

I have been going to Sacio Enterprises for several years and am still impressed by their service. I've brought in numerous types of cars and they repaired them quickly and returned them to me looking brand new! Their quality is incomparable and their prices are competitive. Whether they deal with your insurance company or with you individually, their customer service is exemplary every time. Everyone is so pleasant and knowledgeable.
