My cousin was in an accident six months ago, he found what seemed to be a great body shop from what he was told. However that was not the case, all was well at first he was told great things about experience, quality, and attention to detail. All seemed great until he was back home waiting, and waiting, and waiting. When he called to check on the progress it was all duck and dive. Never was it there inadequacy in the auto body world. It was always someone else, this or that routine every single time for six months. Finally the vehicle was repaired so they said. It was picked up and in no way was it any representation of what he was told about the quality of work offered. One of the worst stories of customer service I have heard let alone the shoddy work that was done. If you are ever in need of repairs please save yourself the same trouble and avoid Dickey's Body Shop at all cost. The promises are not worth a dime if they are not fulfilled.

Dickey's Body Shop in Dumas, TX repaired my Altima 2 times. Once for hail damage, and once for front end damage. My car was repaired and delivered to me showroom perfect both times. They gave me a ride home and picked me up when it was ready. Overall great service and attention and I recommend Dickey's Body Shop to everyone in Dumas and our panhandle.

Dickey's has replaced windshields and done body work for me. The work is always top notch. I recently was in a meeting with a few people and a gentleman was bragging about how he had hail damage on his pickup and Dickey's got him in and out fast even though they seemed extremely busy. He also said I can't believe they cleaned the inside of my car and the outside before they gave it back! He's not on Facebook so I thought I would share. Dickey's goes above and beyond, great job guys!

I smashed the front end of my Altima in December.Grill, radiator, hood, air conditioner components ++. The crew at Dickey's had me back on the road in less than a week-and that was right at Christmas time. My car's still looking great and driving great.

We're from out of town and Dickey's was able to complete the needed repairs overnight. Their price for the work was very fair and they offered us more assistance than the other 2 body shops in Dumas that we went to. I recommend them if you live in town or out of town.

We had damage to our pickup while we were in Dumas. Dickey's helped us understand and straighten out some insurance issues - 2 other body shops in town wouldn't help us. They worked out to get us back on the to Oklahoma the very next day. Their service technician was very informative of the repairs, we had to pay cash and they worked with us. I just didn't like their coffee so I'm sending them some!

Driving through Texas over the Thanksgiving holiday, we accidentally ran into a deer, which damaged our Explorer beyond drivable. Not knowing any auto body repair facilities in the area, we took the advice of the tow truck driver and let Dickey's do the repair work. Folks, DO NOT use this body shop. Less than a year after they completed the repairs, the paint started peeling off of the hood. We found out there was no primer used prior to painting. The replacement parts they used were sub-standard, and the vehicle was not put back together correctly. I have spent over $3000 fixing Dickey's fixes. Air conditioner was not reassembled correctly and was missing parts, chrome grill parts are cracking and peeling in addition to the paint issues. To add insult to injury, when we picked up the vehicle, the man told us his computer was down and he would have to mail us the detailed repair bill. Of course we've never received it.
