Horrible service took Mercedes in for engine light they gave me code said they would need car for a few days to fix. 1 week later and a Thousand dollars later for everything but engine light finally give same code and told this has to be done by a Mercedes specialist. THEY STATE HONESTY IS EVERYTHING but they are scam artists DO NOT GO THERE

Extremely poor customer service. Took car in for brake work. Next day, discovered they had done something to cause ABS to come on when I go around curves. Spoke to owner, who told me to bring it in next week. Tried to reach him the following week but instead got a guy each time I called, who kept saying he was out and wouldn't say when he would return. I was done with them when on the last call he said he Sean "would never be available unless I left a message." Horrible service. Place has gone downhill fast since new ownership. The have the nerve to keep that "Honesty" sign up.

I brought a car in for a used car pre-purchase inspection. Jenna, the owner just looked at the car and saw a recent paint job. Her mechanic found more things wrong. This car was a disaster. At check out she didn't charge me for a car I'm not buying. She is a saint. If I lived closer, I'd be a steady customer. These folks know their stuff.

Who ever heard of a mechanic you can trust? lol It seems like that just doesn't happen often enough these days. How about a place that is friendly, accommodating and committed to your needs, your cars' needs as well as your wallet?
Limited budgets in today's economy doesn't mean you have to sacrifice great service (with a smile I might add). Let's face it, car trouble is never pleasant but the repairmen here are!
They go above and beyond, are personable and I hope they stay that way because my car is going to be going there every time it even just needs some TLC.

I've been taking my car to Kimble's for three years now. I love this place. The staff is super courteous, polite, and efficient. They are always willing to go above and beyond to make sure that the needs of every single one of their customers are met.
If you have to go to work, or have something else to do while your car is getting worked on, a staff member will drive you to the train or to your house or to wherever you're going and will come and pick you back up when your car is done. (not if you're trying to go somewhere really far, of course.) It's amazing.
If you decide to wait for your car in the shop, you have access to free wifi! Also, they are always running specials etc. that make their already affordable prices even more affordable.
Kimble's has a very familial feel to it and they are guaranteed to give you the best prices/ the biggest bang for your buck.
I can't imagine taking my car someplace else now. Kimble's services my car, my mom's car my aunt's car, and my grandparents' car. If you are in need of any type of vehicle services oil change or anything definitely go to Kimble's. (Tell them Meagan sent you *wink*)

Todd and his crew are professional, prompt, thorough and knowledgable. They pre-sale reviewed two cars I was considering and they saved me from buying a car that the seller said had passed MD inspection. Todd steered me clear of a bad purchase that would have cost me thousands in repairs. These guys are honest and do great work. I highly recommend their services.

Over the years I have brought my Alfa Romeo to this shop. In part because the owner is also a pilot and small aircraft owner, which sets a certain standard for how to maintain machines to be reliable, and in part because they do good work at reasonable rates. When it came time, they found a top notch overhaul shop to do the engine, pulled the transmission, and have done lots of other work for me over the years. Good trustworthy reasonable shop for even your oddball auto.
