Stopped in with a near flat tire and a bent valve stem and these folks were great. Employee named Sam came out and fixed problem and aired up all tires at no charge. We were back on road in less than 5 mins. Thanks so much.

took my car in to have them tires rotated. They said my back brake pads looked low. I needed all new brake pads and rotors ($1300!!!). I told them I would check around and would be back to pick up the car. When I got there MY BRAKE PAD SERVICE LIGHT WAS ON! I didn't even know I had that type of service light on the car. They said it was on when I dropped it off...they refused to turn the light off and said he wouldn't unless I got new brake pads. I have never in my life met a more dishonest guy. There are so many companies you can take your car too...PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOYR TIME HERE.... I took it to another company and they said goodyear drove around my car and slammed breaks to damage the brake I needed back brake pads only ($250!!). DO NOT LET THESE GUYS ANYWHERE NEAR YOUR CAR...PASS THIS ON TO ANYONE ELSE YOU KNOW.

They were fast and I don't have any complaints except they didn't do all they said they did which was evident when I took the car down the road to Autozone and they showed me that although I'd been told they checked certain things and that they were fine, these things needed attention. Probably should have checked the reviews before taking my car in here.

These guys performed some warranty work on my 1984 Ranger. Checked the starter which had been replaced at another Goodyear Auto Center, and replaced the starter solenoid. It took them 2 days before they did anything with my truck. When I got it back, I was adjusting the idle screw on the carb, when suddenly, upon my attempting to start the truck up, the starter kept cranking, even when I wasn't turning the key. I tried to stall it out, by putting it into 2nd, and it just kept cranking. I had to pull the key out, and then when I tried to start it up again, nothing was working. No solenoid click, not even interior lights. Upon calling to see what they could do about it, the manager was very unapologetic, and told me he didn't know if the work would be covered under the warranty until I brought the truck in, and that they wouldn't be able to do anything on it for several days. Do not go here. Shoddy work, rude customer service, slow, and generally unprofessional. That is all.

I used to come here all the time for oil changes, but I had a bad experience when wanting a wheel alignment. They refused to perform a wheel alignment on my vehicle because they said my tie rod was bad. I had just replaced my tie rod with a MOOG part. The manager quickly apologized and offered me a free wheel alignment. To his defense I didn't take him up on his offer immediately, I actually waited about 7 months or so, but they did NOT honor the free wheel alignment, he said he didn't have it in his system that he owed me a free wheel alignment and wouldn't give me one for free. Not sure I would come back here, and also I would not go to MIDAS (separate issue) as they lied to me.
