I stopped here by chance after being in the area for business and my mini-cooper all of sudden started to sputter and the check engine light came on. I was in a panic. Luckily I drove right by this place and pulled in. I was driving between work appointments on a time crunch and Jim calmly agreed to take a look even though I said I had to be back in Boston for work in less than 2 hours. Within 45 minutes, he diagnosed the problem, ordered and got the new part, and had me out the door back on the road. This place is amazing, and the prices are very honest and reasonable. Highly recommend.

The owner, Jim is a good guy and has excellent customer service. The waiting room has a comfortable couch, a variety of magazines, a nice flat screen TV and a Keurig coffee machine.
All that is nice but the thing that really impressed me is their customer service. I had a flat tire on Wednesday afternoon. AAA changed the tire for me and put on the donut spare but I still had to get the original tire repaired. I drove into Nice Car Care's shop at 5:15 PM thinking if I'm lucky I could drop off the damaged tire and pick it up in a day or so. Instead, Jim asked if I wanted to wait. He repaired the flat, pulled the Outback onto a lift, and put the repaired tire on all within 15 minutes at the end of the day probably after closing time. Jim has a great attitude and exceeded my expectations!

I have to agree with everyone else's review. I just brought my car down here as I am new to the area. The owner Jim was very straight forward, told me what I should fix now and what I should keep my eye on in the future. I know nothing about cars, so I feel like when I go into any other shop I am just getting ripped off. This was not the case here. This will be my go to place from now on.

If youre in the franklin area and not using nice car care for your car, youre missing out. Jim Norris, the owner, is just a salt of the earth, all around good guy. Since the very first time I went there, hes always been up front and honest about what I need to do for maintenance vs. What I could do or should start thinking about. He searches for the best priced parts, service cost is unmatchable, and ive never been in there without hearing him say to either to me or another loyal customer "oh I did this, but didnt charge you"
Ill never go anywhere else. Thanks Jim!
