Being a female and not knowing a whole lot about cars, I am quite upset with how they attempted to take advantage of me. To think that they can try to charge me beyond what was needed is disgusting. My car, in which I just purchased in October (6 months ago), had a painful grinding sound coming from my front left brake. I brought in my car to have them look at it, assuming a rock was lodged or the brake pad needed to be changed; I was expecting to fork out $200 or so. Several hours after I was told my car would be ready after a quick inspection, I called them and asked the progress. They proceeded to tell me all four of my brakes were in terrible condition and needed to be replaced, including all my rotors, and ABS lines. They quoted me $784. Confused as to why my new car needed all new brakes, I told them I would come and pick up my car to get another person to look at it. Guy, the man who I spoke with was upset and short with me when I told him I didn't want them to repair my car. After taking my car to another mechanic they told me my brakes were at 85%, almost like new. The only issue was my front left brake in which needed a new brake-pad and my rotor was barely scratched. I was told that when Lloyd's took apart my brakes to inspect it, they put them back together half-assed. The wires were hanging out rubbing against the brakes, not clipped in where they should have been. I was only charged $185, compared to their disgusting $784 quote. As a customer, you would think they would take the time to be honest and careful with someone else's property. I am so disappointed and unhappy with your service. I would never recommend them.

Thanks so much for making a bad situation great. Joe is the best he even picked me up at the airport as I'm from the other side of the state and my truck broke down on a trip. He communicated with me the way through and always answered my questions promptly. One night Bryan even stayed an hour late to process my payment over the phone. I cannot say enough POSITIVE things about the guys at Lloyds Automotive. They were instrumental in finding severe damage that was done to my car from a local dealership, that could have been life threatening. Without their assistance, I probably would not have been able to return my car for a full refund and the cost of all auto repairs. These guys have gone above and beyond the call of duty for me a number of times and at no cost. These guys are not out to make a buck or take advantage of anyone, they are there to make sure your car is safe. Refreshing! I would highly recommend these guys to anyone in need of any type of car repairs. They are my mechanics for as long as I'm living in Eastern Washington! Thank you again Dale and Brian!

I took my car in for an inspection. First, they didn't even call me to let me know they were done with my car. Second, they gave me a huge list of things that were wrong, and told me I was better off just buying a new car. For a second opinion, I took it back to my regular mechanic, and nearly everything that Lloyds said was wrong, was actually fine. One thing Lloyds told me, was that my car was spewing oil. I was a little baffled, because I had my oil changed jusy a couple weeks prior, and according to Lloyds, this has been going on for a long time. I'm pretty sure my mechanic, would have noticed that. I wouldn't recommend anyone that I know take their vehicle to this lloyds, nor will I ever be back.

Quick to get my vehicle in for repair, but after telling me that they wouldn't replace my hub assembly without replacing my brakes (which they wanted $1100.00 for) I took my van to a competitor.who told me my brakes were TOTALLY FINE, and only charged a fraction of lloyd's price.

Had to pay $80 just to find out what was wrong with our headlights.
Went to our local mechanic who checked it out for free.
The Lyons automotive team told us that we needed a power mod but in actually in reality we did not. The mechanic we went to after going to Lyons automotive fixed our headlight for the same price we got it looked at via Lyods automotive.
Not exactly your honest mechanic.
We recommend local mechanics as apposed to a business that'll rip you off.

I went out of my way to get my oil changed here because they'd put a coupon in a local Christian newspaper. While I was there, they showed me a dirty air filter, which may or my not have come from my car, and I told them to go ahead and change it. Then they said my brake pads were in very sad shape and could result in brake failure in the near future. I told them I'd get back to them on that one. Good thing! I had a friend look at my brakes and he said they were only partially worn, certainly nothing to panic about. I am SERIOUSLY disappointed that this company would suggest they are a Christian business and then try to cheat people who come into their shop!
