Had a $800 marine alternator with crossed threads and a stripped nut on the pulley shaft. Went to tacoma screw to find a nut to replace the stripped one only to find out that tacoma screw doesn't carry any metric that big and with as fine of threads (m18 1.25) and they had no suggestions of where to go. I even googled m18 1.25 and nothing came up. I was getting really stressed. I called The Rebuilder, told them what kind of alternator I had and what my problem was and they told me they can help me. Showed up to the shop, gave them the alternator and 15 minutes later they had cleaned up the threads and installed the pulley and new nut. I was very pleased with them. I will definitely go to them for future needs.

We take all of our business electrical items that need rebuilding here. (our personal stuff too) Always quick, always reasonably priced. Will NEVER pay for a NEW or REMANUFACTURED alternator or starter again.

I have used this company multiple times to fix my automotive starters and alternators. I had a boat starter that went out. They were able to fix it in a day. They are fair priced and actually rebuild your equipment with new parts. Friends of mine have bought rebuilt starters from the chain stores, only to have them go out again within a year. Mine have lasted since I had them rebuilt the first time at The Rebuilder.
The guys there really know their stuff. Save your time and gas and just try them out. I think you will be satisfied. I sure was.

I race with these guys. Not only are they good people, they really know what they are doing! My alternator recently went out and it was without a question where I went. Not only did they fix my alternator, they fixed/made it higher output and cheaper than if I would have bought new. I will NOT go anywhere else. Good job guys!!!! *Six Stars*
