I NEVER write reviews so for me to share what a pleasant surprise Precision German Performance was - is out of character for me. Very impressed! Kyle (co-owner) could have easily upsold me more work than my X5 needed and I wouldn't have known. Instead, he was ethical and honest and did a great job. Could not recommend them higher.

Excellent service and super knowledgeable team. We've had our 325i and 330i serviced there, and they have been very fair, fast and efficient. I will continue to use them, since they are very honest and trustworthy. They know BMWs, and I highly recommend them to anyone with a BMW!

DO NOT!!!! I say again, DO NOT get your car serviced by these guys. I brought my car in for them to check the source of an oil leak and got slapped with a $4,500.00 invoice by the time it was all said and done. BTW, the oil leak was not fixed. Instead, they replaced the torque converter ($2,374.38); the fan clutch ($317.41); and serviced the transmission ($557.36); all of which I later learned were unnecessary. They charged a $90.00 fee to plug a computer to your car to read diagnose it and $60.00 to diagnose the oil leak. Both fees are separate and are no credited toward your final invoice if you chose to have them perform the service on your vehicle. These guys are shady and will do what they can to upsell you on service you do not need. I got suckered by Kyle so wanted to take the time and effort to write this review so that others don't fall for the same scam.

Kyle and his crew are very knowledgeable and friendly. An experienced and honest independent mechanic that is conveniently located is a must for owners of out of warranty BMWs. I've found all these things at Precision German Performance. I highly recommend this shop.

Outstanding service and great professionalism. Had a low boost on my wife's bimmer and since I'm currently deployed she took it to the shop. They were very upfront with my wife. They ended up finding the problem was caused by a previous warranty repair at the dealer a few weeks early and referred my wife back to them to effect repairs. I was highly impressed with the quality of service my wife received.

If you you are looking for an upfront straight forward shop this is the place to go. Very competitive rates. This place is an Orange County hidden Gem for BMW owners. Kyle is extremely knowledgeable and customer service is impeccable.
Avoid being milked of your hard earned money or given the run around on repairs. I was told about all major repairs and also minor repairs that should be addressed in the future. I never felt like I was being up sold. I will never go anywhere else to get my cars serviced or allow anyone to touch my BMW unless it's Kyle and Co.

I brought my 330i ZHP here a few weeks ago to have the differential bushing fixed. These guys are awesome and they really stand by their work. Kyle and the rest of the team are very trustworthy. My family has been taking our BMWs here for years (an e39 and two e46 cars) and have nothing but good experiences. I highly recommend this shop.

I have utilized Precision German multiple times for service and repair on my E-46 M3. Brakes, oil changes and inspection #2.
All visits were great and turnaround time was quick. I was able to drop off in the morning and come by later in the day or the following day for pickup. Staff is extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with... That is something I appreciate.

I have been a customer of this shop for more than two decades! Ralph was here from the start. They worked on my cars mostly BMW's for all that time and I have always felt completely comfortable with their knowledge, pricing and service. I know if they tell me something needs doing--it needs doing! I am always treated as a customer and not as a female. They have kept me sailing along the highways in good repair for 247,000+ miles on my current BMW. You can't argue with that level of work. I could speak for at least an hour on my unhappy experiences at the local BMW dealership after an accident. I completely endorse this shop without reservation. The dealership should work half as efficiently and economically. This shop is staffed by individuals who care about their customers and I am happy to be one of the longstanding customers.

This is a great place! They have taken care of my car and I don't feel ripped off. So done with BMW dealerships where they work on commission. I had lights come on saying I needed brakes and when I took it in they said I didn't and were able to turn off the warning light. They didn't even charge me! I just had my brakes done estimate from BMW was $1,500 the cost was $600! I trust them plain and simple!

Precision German Performance is EXCELLENT! I have felt nervous in the past bringing my BMW elsewhere, but I feel confident every time I leave my car in this shop's hands. I usually speak with Kyle who is the best at clearly explaining exactly what my car needs. As a woman I feel it can be very intimidating taking your car to someone you don't know thinking that they will try to take advantage of you. Kyle was completely honest and upfront with me from the start, and I feel happy to bring my business to this shop. I understand this place was under different ownership in the past, and their customer service has drastically improved. My car comes back happy every time. I recommend to any of my friends and family with bimmers!

Great work at a great price. The techs there are extremely knowledgeable and honest. They don't want you spending any more money then you have to. Its unfortunate someone had a bad experience there but I've only had honest service there. They are a little ways from my home but they are worth the drive.
I've had a multitude of BMWs serviced here and have found them to, not only be quick and affordable, but informative about future repairs.
They have been servicing my Porsche now too without any issues. And their price can't be beat.

I had a great experience at Precision German Performance. The water pump failed on my 07 335. Kyle confirmed my suspicion and was able to repair the issue within the same day. Prices are on par with other independent shops and I was even given a discount for being a BMWCCA member! I've been looking for a good indy shop now that my warranty has expired. I think I've found the place!

I brought my 2000 BMW to Windigo for a diagnosis to find out why my DSC light was coming on. Kyle, the owner, was very knowledgable and did a diagnosis for less than another BMW repair shop had quoted me. The news was the worst case scenario, a bad computer module. I was bummed that the part alone was $1000. I had them do the work but a day after the repair I still had the light coming on. He said that it was probably another unrelated issue. In order to provide the very best customer service, he immediately found the issue (an additional sensor that was out), replaced it and didn't charge me any additional fee, because it wasn't part of his original diagnosis. That's what I call customer service! The work was top notch, and he gave me some tips on saving money on maintenance costs. I highly recommend these guys.

Precision German performance BMW is the ONLY place I will take my BMW for service. I am a long time customer and have always felt at ease speaking with Kyle about my car with his precise diagnosis both in person and over the phone. I totally trust Ralph's impeccable work on my BMW with every visit. These guys know what they are talking about. Service is excellent. Total piece of mind when I drop off my car!! This a a great BMW specialist shop. They have all the proper equipment and computer to diagnose your baby. They have a very comfy lounge while you wait and they can also accommodate after 5pm appointment if schedule in advance. Shop has plenty of parking and In and Out Burger is just blocks away should you feel the need to raise your blood sugar level. This is a small shop but the knowledge and quality of work they perform on your BMW is where they set themselves a part from the other shops. The level of details and attention they put into the job is a pleasant surprise. No small details will be left unnoticed. For example, they noticed that my wheels and tires are placed at the wrong position because the tread wear was not align with the forward position of the car. Probably not a big deal when the road is dry but on wet pavement, this will definitely impact my driving and safety. I came in for a major valley pan replacement job and they replace a few crucial parts that is part of the job but is often overlooked by other shop. This kind of care will help extend the life of my wagon and prevent future headache which in turns will save me alot of money in the future. You just don't get this kind of level of care nowadays from most shops. During the last step of the valley pan job, while pouring the new coolant into the car, they turn on my interior cabin fan in the car as a preventive measure to help remove any tiny air bubbles if there are any, just in case. It's little details like this that gives me great confidant and know that my E39 sport wagon is in good hands with Windigo. So if you are looking for a trust worthy, professional and reliable BMW specialist...give Windigo a try and they will not disappoint.
